Claims (41)
- - 콜라겐 겔을 제조하고,- 공기를 콜라겐 겔 안에 혼합하여 콜라겐 발포체를 수득하고,- 콜라겐 발포체를 건조시켜, 그 안에 챔버를 가진 콜라겐 스펀지의 건조 블록을 수득하고,- 콜라겐 스펀지의 블록으로부터 0.75mm 초과 4mm 미만의 챔버 직경을 가진 스펀지의 부분 또는 3mm의 평균 챔버 대각선 치수를 가진 스펀지의 부분을 단리하는 단계를 포함하는, 콜라겐 스펀지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스펀지의 단리된 부분의 콜라겐 함량이 50 내지 100%인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 콜라겐 겔이 포유동물, 형질전환 (transgenic) 및 재조합 공급원의 적어도 하나로부터 상이한 유형의 콜라겐 물질을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 콜라겐이 말 힘줄, 소 힘줄 및 인간 힘줄로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 힘줄로부터의 물질을 포함하는 것인 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제31항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 콜라겐 스펀지가 20% 이하의 물 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제32항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 콜라겐 스펀지의 일부를 단리하는 단계가 콜라겐 스펀지를 절단에 의해 여러 부분으로 나누는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- - 콜라겐 겔을 제조하고,- 콜라겐 겔 안에 공기를 혼합하여 콜라겐 발포체를 수득하고,- 콜라겐 발포체를 건조시켜 그 안에 챔버를 가진 콜라겐 스펀지의 건조 블록을 수득하고,- 콜라겐 스펀지의 블록으로부터 다음과 같은 성질:- 5 내지 100N/cm 범위의 탄성 모듈,- 1 내지 10 mg/cm3범위의 밀도,- 0.75mm 초과 4mm 미만의 챔버 직경, 또는 최대 3mm의 평균 챔버 직경을 가진 스펀지의 일부를 단리하는 단계를 포함하는, 콜라겐 스펀지의 제조 방법.
- 제34항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제33항중 어느 한 항의 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- - 콜라겐 발포체의 흐름을 수용하기 위한 입구, 콜라겐 발포체의 흐름의 일부를 위한 출구, 및 콜라겐 발포체의 흐름 방향으로 하향 경사진 바닥 부분을 포함하는 분별 채널, 및- 분별 채널의 바닥 부분에서의 콜라겐 겔을 위한 하나 이상의 출구를 포함하고, 상기 출구의 위치가 분별 채널의 말단에서 수직 방향으로 이동가능한 것인, 콜라겐 발포체의 일부를 추출하고 콜라겐 발포체의 다른 일부를 콜라겐 겔로 변성시키기 위한 장치.
- 관통 홀 또는 구멍 및 가요성 벽을 가진 신장된 콜라겐 스펀지.
- 제37항에 있어서, 원형 또는 타원형 단면을 가진 신장된 콜라겐 스펀지.

- 제37항 내지 제39항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구멍 또는 홀이 포유동물 위장 누두 또는 기도의 내부 또는 외부 단면 치수에 상응하는 대각선 치수를 갖는 것인,신장된 콜라겐 스펀지.
- 제39항 또는 제40항에 있어서, 스펀지가 직장 벽에서의 상처를 봉합하거나 직장 벽을 재-설정하기에 적절하도록, 인간 직장의 내부 치수에 상응하는 외부 치수를 갖는 신장된 콜라겐 스펀지.
