Claims (8)
- CMOS 래치 셀을 기본구조로 하며,상기 CMOS 래치 셀의 정전원측 또는 부전원측의 적어도 일 측에 설치되고, 서로 다른 전압을 갖는 제1 및 제2 전원을 각각 선택하는 제1 및 제2 스위치와,상기 CMOS 래치 셀의 래치 동작 및 출력 동작의 각 기간에 따라서 상기 제1 및 제2 스위치를 스위칭 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 래치 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 스위치는 트랜지스터인 래치 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,복수의 상기 래치 회로가 배치되며, 상기 복수의 래치 회로가 상기 제1 스위치와 제2 스위치를 공유하는 래치 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 래치 회로가 유리 기판상에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터를 이용하여 작성되는 래치 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 래치 회로가 실리콘 기판상에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터를 이용하여 작성되는 래치 회로.
- 주사계를 포함하는 구동회로와 화소부가 동일 기판에 일체로 형성되는 액정 표시 장치로서,상기 주사계는,상기 CMOS 래치 셀의 정전원측 또는 부전원측의 적어도 일 측에 설치되고, 서로 다른 전압을 갖는 제1 및 제2 전원을 각각 선택하는 제1 및 제2 스위치와,상기 CMOS 래치 셀의 래치 동작 및 출력 동작의 각 기간에 따라서 상기 제1 및 제2 스위치를 스위칭 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 스위치가 트랜지스터인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 래치 회로가 디지털 데이터 비트의 수에 대응하여 복수개 배치되고, 상기 복수의 래치 회로가 상기 제1 스위치와 제2 스위치를 공유하는 액정 표시 장치.
