Description
Claims (16)
- マイクロアクチュエータを、第1の面及び第2の面を含む上面を有する撓み部材に取着する方法であって、
構造用接着剤の塊が湿潤状態で塗布される、前記構造用接着剤の塊を前記撓み部材の前記第1の面に堆積させることと、
前記構造用接着剤が前記湿潤状態にある間に前記撓み部材の前記第1の面と前記マイクロアクチュエータの表面との間に位置付けられ、かつ該撓み部材の第1の面及びマイクロアクチュエータの表面のそれぞれに接触するように、前記マイクロアクチュエータを前記撓み部材にわたって取り付けることと、
前記湿潤状態にある間における前記構造用接着剤の塊への硬化エネルギの第1の印加によって前記構造用接着剤の塊を部分的に硬化させることと、
導電性接着剤の塊が前記撓み部材の前記第2の面、前記マイクロアクチュエータの第1の端子、及び前記部分的に硬化された状態にある前記構造用接着剤の塊のそれぞれに接触するように堆積される、前記導電性接着剤の塊を前記撓み部材に堆積させることと、
前記構造用接着剤及び前記導電性接着剤の塊を、硬化エネルギの第2の印加によって完全に硬化させることと、を含む方法。 - 前記構造用接着剤の塊は、前記部分的に硬化された状態にある間、前記マイクロアクチュエータの下への前記導電性接着剤の塊の浸透を防止する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造用接着剤の塊は、前記部分的に硬化された状態にあるときは、前記導電性接着剤の塊によって変位しない請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硬化エネルギの前記第1の印加は加熱された空気への暴露を含み、前記空気は少なくともセ氏130度まで加熱される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造用接着剤の塊は、前記部分的に硬化された状態にある間は、硬化された前記構造用接着剤の表皮、及び依然として前記湿潤状態である前記構造用接着剤のコアを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造用接着剤は電気的に絶縁性である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性接着剤の塊を前記撓み部材に堆積させた後で、前記構造用接着剤の塊は、前記撓み部材と前記マイクロアクチュエータとの間に完全に収容される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記撓み部材はステンレス鋼層を含み、前記第1の面は前記ステンレス鋼層の面である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の面は前記撓み部材の導電性パッドである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の面は、前記第2の面とは異なるタイプの金属から形成される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の面は、前記マイクロアクチュエータの取り付け後では該マイクロアクチュエータの完全に下にあり、一方で前記第2の面は、前記マイクロアクチュエータの取り付け後では該マイクロアクチュエータの下にない請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記上面は第3の面及び第4の面を含み、
前記方法は、
付加的な構造用接着剤の塊が湿潤状態で塗布される、前記付加的な構造用接着剤の塊を前記撓み部材の前記第3の面に堆積させることと、
付加的な導電性接着剤の塊が前記撓み部材の前記第4の面、前記マイクロアクチュエータの第2の端子、及び前記付加的な構造用接着剤の塊の面のそれぞれに接触するように堆積される、前記付加的な導電性接着剤の塊を前記撓み部材に堆積させることと、を更に含み、
前記導電性接着剤は前記マイクロアクチュエータの第1の側端に沿って堆積され、前記付加的な導電性接着剤の塊は前記マイクロアクチュエータの第2の側端に沿って堆積され、
前記マイクロアクチュエータは、前記構造用接着剤が前記撓み部材の前記第3の面と前記マイクロアクチュエータの前記表面との間に位置付けられ、かつ該撓み部材の第3の面及びマイクロアクチュエータの表面のそれぞれに接触するように、前記撓み部材にわたって取り付けられ、
前記部分的に硬化させるステップは、前記湿潤状態にある間における前記付加的な構造用接着剤の塊への硬化エネルギの前記第1の印加によって、前記付加的な構造用接着剤の塊を部分的に硬化させることを更に含み、
前記付加的な導電性接着剤の塊は、前記付加的な構造用接着剤の塊が前記部分的に硬化された状態にある間に堆積され、
前記完全に硬化させるステップは、硬化エネルギの前記第2の印加によって、前記付加的な構造用接着剤の塊及び前記付加的な導電性接着剤の塊を完全に硬化させることを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構造用接着剤の塊を前記部分的な硬化させることがない場合、前記導電性接着剤の塊は、前記構造用接着剤の塊を変位させ、前記撓み部材の端子パッドを前記撓み部材の構造的な金属層に対して電気的に短絡させる請求項12に記載の方法。
- 撓み部材アセンブリであって、
第1の面及び第2の面を含む上面を有する撓み部材と、
前記第1の面に配置される構造用接着剤の塊であって、部分的に硬化され、非導電性である前記構造用接着剤の塊と、
前記撓み部材に取り付けられるマイクロアクチュエータであって、底面及び端子を有し、前記底面が前記構造用接着剤の塊に接触する前記マイクロアクチュエータと、
前記第2の面に配置される導電性接着剤の塊であって、前記端子及び前記構造用接着剤の塊に接触し、湿潤状態である前記導電性接着剤の塊と、を備える撓み部材アセンブリ。 - 前記構造用接着剤の塊は、前記導電性接着剤の塊が前記マイクロアクチュエータの下面と前記第1の面との間に浸透することを防止する請求項14に記載の撓み部材アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の面は前記撓み部材の構造的な金属層であり、該構造的な金属層は第1の金属から形成され、前記第2の面は前記撓み部材のトレースに電気的に接続する端子パッドであり、該端子パッドは前記第1の金属とは異なる第2の金属から形成される請求項14に記載の撓み部材アセンブリ。
