Claims (25)
- 二段作動構造を有するサスペンションであって、
少なくとも1つのトレースとジンバルとを備える屈曲部であって、前記ジンバルが少なくとも1つのパッドと、少なくとも1つのバネアームと、前記少なくとも1つのバネアームに接続される舌状部とを備えており、前記舌状部がそこに装着されるヘッドスライダーを有するように構成されており、前記少なくとも1つのパッドが、前記少なくとも1つのトレースに対して電気的に接続されている、屈曲部と、
前記ジンバルに搭載されるモータであって、少なくとも1つの端子と、上側と、前記上側の反対の下側とを備え、前記下側が前記屈曲部に対面しており、前記少なくとも1つの端子が、第1の種類の材料によって、前記少なくとも1つのパッドに対して電気的に接続されており、前記第1の種類の材料が導電性であり、かつ、前記少なくとも1つのパッドおよび前記少なくとも1つの端子に接着されている、モータと、
前記モータと前記屈曲部との間に位置するダンパーであって、前記舌状部と前記モータの下側に接触し、前記第1の種類の材料とは異なる第2の種類の材料を含み、前記第2の種類の材料が、弾性または粘弾性、あるいはその両方を有する、ダンパーと、
を備えるサスペンション。 - 高周波共振モード中、前記ダンパーが前記舌状部の面外運動を低減する、請求項1に記載のサスペンション。

- 前記ダンパーが、前記第2の種類の材料からなる層を備え、前記第2の種類の材料が粘弾性を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーが前記モータと前記舌状部との間の重複部分間のみに直接配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーが前記屈曲部と前記モータの下側の両方に接着される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーが前記屈曲部のステンレス鋼層に配置される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーが前記モータと前記舌状部との間の重複領域の大半または全部にわたって延在する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーが、液体状の材料を前記舌状部に塗布することによって形成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーが膜として適用される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーが空隙を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパーの前記空隙を通って延在する電気導体をさらに備える、請求項12に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記舌状部上の導電アイランドをさらに備え、前記空隙が前記導電アイランドを囲む堀である、請求項12に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記堀が接着剤と半田の一方または両方の前記導電アイランドからのウィッキングを最小限にする、請求項14に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記少なくとも1つの端子が2つの端子を含み、前記2つの端子がそれぞれ前記モータの対向側面および対向端の一方または両方に位置しており、前記少なくとも1つのパッドが2つのパッドを含み、前記2つの端子が、2つの導電性構造によって、前記2つのパッドに対してそれぞれ電気的に接続されており、前記2つの導電性構造が前記第1の種類の材料から形成されている、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記モータの上側に搭載され、ロードビーム窪みと係合するように配置および構成される当接素子をさらに備える、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記当接素子が金属層と絶縁層とを備える、請求項17に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記モータの上側に装着され、ロードビームと係合するように配置および構成される窪みをさらに備える、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記モータの電気的始動により前記ヘッドスライダーがトラッキング軸を中心に移動する、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ヘッドスライダーが前記モータと前記屈曲部の同じ側に配置される、請求項20に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ヘッドスライダーがチャネルを備える、請求項21に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記モータが前記チャネルを通って延在し、前記モータが前記ヘッドスライダーと固定的に接触しない、請求項22に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ジンバルが一対の支柱をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つのバネアームが一対のバネアームを備え、
前記舌状部が前記一対のバネアーム間に配置され、前記一対の支柱によって前記一対のバネアームに接続され、

前記舌状部がヘッドスライダー架台を備え、
前記モータの電気的始動により、前記一対の支柱が屈曲して前記ヘッドスライダー架台をトラッキング軸を中心に移動させる、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。 - 前記少なくとも1つのバネアームが一対のバネアームを備え、
前記舌状部が前記一対のバネアーム間に配置され、前記一対のバネアームに接続され、
前記ジンバルが前記舌状部にそれぞれ接続される一対の支柱をさらに備え、
前記ジンバルが前記一対の支柱にそれぞれ接続される一対のモータ搭載パッドをさらに備え、前記一対のモータ搭載パッドが前記一対のバネアームから離れており、
前記モータが前記一対のモータ搭載パッドに搭載され、
前記モータと前記舌状部のいずれかがヘッドスライダー架台を備え、
前記モータの電気的始動により前記一対の支柱が屈曲して前記ヘッドスライダー架台をトラッキング軸を中心に移動させる、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション。
