Description
Claims (18)
- 実験室分析システムの異なるステーション(20−23)間で、試料(11)を含む容器(10)を搬送するシステム(100)であって、前記容器が容器キャリヤ(30)に収容され、
前記容器キャリヤの搬送を制御する制御ユニット(40)と、
副領域(51)に格子状に分割される搬送領域(50)であって、ステーションに隣接する副領域が、前記ステーションへの転送領域として機能し、前記搬送領域(50)上で前記容器キャリヤが移動可能に配列されることが可能な搬送領域(50)と、
前記制御ユニットにより作動される駆動手段(60−63)であって、それぞれの駆動手段が、それぞれの副領域に割り当てられ、他の容器キャリヤとの許容できない衝突を避けるために、副領域(51)の細分化された単位で前記関連する容器キャリヤが移動でき、それによって異なるステーション(20−30)間で前記関連する容器キャリヤのための個別のパスを形成することができるように、関連する容器キャリヤに駆動力を加えるように設計され、前記関連する容器キャリヤを固定するように機能することが可能である駆動手段(60−63)とを備え、
それぞれの駆動手段が、少なくとも第一、第二、第三、または第四の方向に選択的に前記駆動力を発生させるように設計され、
前記搬送領域(50)には、前記副領域(51)により形成され、異なるステーション(20−30)のそれぞれに隣接する2つの副領域区域(52、53)が設けられ、前記副領域区域(52、53)が、通常試料の待機ラインおよび緊急試料の待機ラインとしてそれぞれ機能することを特徴とするシステム(100)。 - 前記実験室分析システムの前記異なるステーションが、前記容器(10)からストッパを取り外すステーションと、分注するステーションと、試料分析のステーションとからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- それぞれの駆動手段が、関連する容器キャリヤに非接触式で前記駆動力を加えるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のシステム。
- 前記搬送領域が、同一サイズの格子状領域に分割される少なくとも1つの搬送領域区域を備え、前記格子状領域が少なくとも部分的に前記副領域を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記搬送領域が、複数の搬送領域区域を備え、それぞれの搬送領域区域が同一サイズの格子状領域に分割され、異なる搬送領域区域の格子状領域のサイズが異なることを特徴とする請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記容器キャリヤが、強磁性材料(31)を備え、
前記駆動手段が、関連する容器キャリヤに前記駆動力を与えるために、可変磁場を発生させるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - それぞれの駆動手段が、4つのコイル(60−63)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- それぞれの駆動手段が、強磁性コアを有さない4つのコイル(60−63)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記駆動力を発生させるために、前記4つのコイルのうちの2つにそれぞれ電流を流すことを特徴とする請求項7または8記載のシステム。
- 前記コイルが、それらの巻回軸が平行四辺形を形成するように配置され、前記平行四辺形が、前記搬送領域に平行な平面に位置することを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動手段が、圧縮空気によって、関連する容器キャリヤに前記駆動力を与えるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動手段が、前記搬送領域の下方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器および/または前記容器キャリヤにトランスポンダ(32)が備えられ、
前記システムが、前記容器および/もしくは前記容器キャリヤの識別、ならびに/または、
前記搬送領域上での前記容器および/もしくは前記容器キャリヤの位置決定を実行するように設計される、少なくとも1つのトランスポンダリーダ(70)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記搬送領域上にエアクッションを発生させる手段(80、81)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 容器(10)を受け取る容器キャリヤ(30)であって、
該容器キャリヤが、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて使用するために構成され、
前記容器キャリヤが、強磁性材料(31)でできた部分または挿入物を備えることを特徴とする容器キャリヤ。 - 前記容器キャリヤが、分析される試料(11)を含む試料容器(10)の形の容器を受け取るように設計されることを特徴とする請求項15記載の容器キャリヤ。
- 前記容器キャリヤが、ドライブフリー容器キャリヤであることを特徴とする請求項15または16記載の容器キャリヤ。
- 前記容器キャリヤが、トランスポンダ(32)を備えることを特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の容器キャリヤ。
