Abstract
本考案の目的は、血液,尿などの生体サンプルの分析、前処理などを行う検体処理システムにおいて、保冷が必要な検体および精度管理に必要な試料を搬送ラック単位で保冷し、検体および試料の蒸発や変質を防止可能とし、必要な時にラック単位での検体の出し入れができるようにすることにある。
【解決手段】
検体処理システムの中に、保冷機能を持たせた保冷庫をバッファユニットに設置し、保冷庫外に設置した移載機構により、検体ラックをランダムにアクセスして出し入れすることにより実現できる。

Claims (7)
- 検体処理装置と、該検体処理装置に検体を搬送する搬送装置と、
該搬送装置に接続され、検体を一時的に待機させる待機装置と、
を備えた検体処理システムにおいて、
前記待機装置に該待機装置に待機させる検体の少なくとも一部を保冷する保冷装置を備えたことを特徴とする検体処理システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体処理システムにおいて、
前記待機装置で待機する検体は1つ以上の検体を載置可能な検体ラック上に載置されることを特徴とする検体処理システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体処理システムにおいて、
前記保冷装置はペルチェ素子を使用することを特徴とする検体処理システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体処理システムにおいて、
保冷装置上面に開閉扉を備え、該開閉扉を介して保冷装置外に設置した検体ラック把持機構により、保冷装置内の検体ラックをランダムアクセス可能に格納,取り出しを行うことを特徴とする検体処理システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体処理システムにおいて、
保冷装置側面に開閉扉を備え、該開閉扉を介して保冷装置外に設置した検体ラック把持機構により、保冷装置内の検体ラックをランダムアクセス可能に格納,取り出しを行うことを特徴とする検体処理システム。 - 請求項4項記載の検体処理システムにおいて、
保冷装置内にローラを設置することを特徴とする検体処理システム。 - 請求項1記載の検体処理システムにおいて、
ラックの出し入れに同期して保冷庫の扉を開閉する扉開閉手段を備えたことを特徴とする検体処理システム。
