Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在不同的站点之间运输容器的系统以及容器支座。
背景技术
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供用于在不同的站点之间运输容器的系统以及容器支座,这提供了高的运输率且同时大的灵活性,以例如优选地在不同站点之间运输特定的容器。
本发明通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的用于在不同的站点之间运输容器的系统解决了此技术问题。
优选的实施形式是从属权利要求的对象,所述从属权利要求因此通过引用成为说明书的一部分。
在用于在不同的站点之间运输容器的系统中,容器(例如实验室分析系统的试样容器)被接收在容器支座内,这通过例如将容器插入到容器支座的开口内来实现。系统包括控制单元,所述控制单元控制容器支座的运输,它例如具有常规的PC机的形式。此外,提供了特别是平的且水平的运输面或二维面,所述面被分为功能上的若干部分面。运输面可例如是矩形的或具有另外的形状。在运输面上可布置可自由运动的容器支座。站点可邻接地布置在运输面上或运输面上方。邻接站点的部分面可用作到站点的过渡面。系统此外包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置通过控制单元控制,其中,为各部分面分别配设各自的驱动装置,特别是严格地配设给多个驱动装置中的一个驱动装置。驱动装置为此设计为向所属的容器支座——即例如处在配设有驱动装置的部分面上的容器支座或处在相邻的部分面上的或处在驱动装置的相应区域内的容器支座——在运输面平面的方向上施加以驱动力。将运输面分为带有各自的驱动装置的部分面导致了容器支座的高数量的运动自由度,即容器支座可除不允许的碰撞之外自由地或部分面粒化地在运输面上运动。这例如实现了容器支座的个别的路径,且因此例如实现了特定的容器或容器支座在站点之间的加速运输。
在一个扩展中,各驱动装置设计为非接触地为所属的容器支座施加以驱动力,即在驱动装置和容器支座之间以无直接机械接触的方式施加以驱动力。
在一个扩展中,各驱动装置设计为替代地在第一、第二、第三或至少一个第四方向上产生驱动力,其中方向分别不同。优选地,第二方向垂直于第一方向,第三方向与第一方向相反,且第四方向与第二方向相反。方向、即驱动力向量优选地处在平行于运输面平面的平面内。
在一个扩展中,运输面包括至少一个被划分为大小相等的、特别是矩形的若干栅格面的运输面区域,其中栅格面至少部分地形成部分面。优选地,运输面包括多个运输面区域,其中各运输面区域被划分为大小相等的若干栅格面,其中不同运输面区域的栅格面的大小不同。这例如实现了容器支座在带有更粗地栅格化的、即更大的部分面的运输面区域内的快速运输,和在带有更细地栅格化的、即更小的部分面的运输面区域内的更高的位置精确性。
在一个扩展中,容器支座包括带有永久地或非永久地磁化的磁性或铁磁性材料,其中驱动装置设计为产生变化的磁场,以向所属的容器支座非接触地施加以驱动力。
在一个扩展中,每个驱动装置包括四个线圈,特别是无铁磁性芯的线圈,以产生磁场。优选地,控制单元分别将四个线圈中的两个同时施加以电流,以产生驱动力或合适的磁场。优选地,线圈布置为使其缠绕轴线形成平行四边形,特别是形成矩形,特别优选地形成正方形,其中平行四边形处在平行于运输面平面的平面内。
在一个扩展中,驱动装置设计为通过压缩空气向所属的容器支座施加以驱动力。
在一个扩展中,驱动装置布置在运输面下方。
在一个扩展中,容器和/或容器支座提供有被动或主动(RFID)应答器,其中系统包括至少一个设计为执行容器和/或容器支座的识别以及容器和/或容器支座在运输面上的位置确定的应答器读取装置。
在一个扩展中,系统包括用于在运输面上产生气垫的装置,以实现容器支座在运输面上的尽可能无摩擦的运动。
根据本发明的容器支座用于接收容器且设计为使用在上述系统中。容器支座特别地在其下侧上即在朝向运输面的侧上或在下部区域内包括由铁磁性材料制成的部分或嵌入件。
在一个扩展中,容器支座被设计用于接收具有试样容器形式的容器,所述容器含有例如体液试样的待分析试样。
在一个扩展中,容器支座是无驱动的容器支座,即容器不带有自己的主动驱动。容器支座优选地不包含用于其驱动的自己的储能器。
在一个扩展中,容器支座包括应答器。
完整的试样分配系统或实验室分析系统可例如包括以上所述的运输系统、站点和多个以上所述的容器支座。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于在不同的站点20、21、22和23之间运输容器10的系统100的示意性透视图。
站点20至23可以是用于医疗试样的试样分析系统的不同的站点。例如如血或尿的体液11(见图2)的待分析的试样在此在具有以塞封闭的试样管10的形式的容器内从外部提供,所述容器接收在无驱动的容器支座30内。在此,站点20至23在此方面通常满足累加的功能,例如一个站点可用于将试样管去塞,另一个站点可用于分装,另一个站点可执行第一试样分析等。
所示的系统100的任务是将试样管10在不同的站点20至23之间运输。容器或试样管10首先分别以所属的容器支座30手工地或机械地布置在由部分面51形成的运输面50的输入区域54内。通过系统100将试样管10或容器支座30从输入区域54运输到站点20至23,在此处对其进行相应的处理,且然后将其运输到由部分面51形成的输出区域56,从所述输出区域56手动或机械地将其从运输面50取出。
为优先进行应在预先给定的最大时间内分析的紧急试样的处理,存在由部分面51形成的紧急输入区域55,以所属的容器支座30将应优先处理的试样管10布置在紧急输入区域55上。
系统包括:控制容器支座30的运输的控制单元40(见图3),例如具有作为处理计算机的PC机形式的控制单元40,被栅格状地划分为大小相等的正方形部分面或栅格面51的且其上可以以可运动的方式布置容器支座30的运输面50,和多个驱动装置,其中,为各部分面51分别配设多个驱动装置中的一个驱动装置,其中,各驱动装置设计为向所属的容器支座30施加以驱动力。运输面50完全被划分为若干部分面51,其中,由于可见性原因仅为典型的部分面提供了附图标号51。
图3示出了典型的部分面51和所属的驱动装置的示意性俯视图。参考图3,在典型的部分面51下方布置了四个无铁磁性芯的线圈60至63,所述线圈形成了典型的部分面51的对应配设的驱动装置。线圈60至63布置为使其缠绕轴线形成正方形,其中正方形处在平行于运输面50或通过运输面50形成的运输面平面的平面内。为另外的部分面51对应配设相应的驱动装置或线圈。
控制单元为别为四个线圈60至63的各两个施加以电流,以产生磁场或驱动力。
参考图2,容器支座30在其下侧上包括由铁磁性材料31制成的部分或永磁体,从而基于通过线圈60至63产生的磁场向容器支座30非接触地施加驱动力。
通过线圈60至63的适当通电,在第一、第二、第三或至少一个第四方向上产生了驱动力。线圈(60、63)、(62、63)、(61、62)和(60、61)例如形成了同时通电的线圈对,其中驱动力的方向可通过通电的换极逆转。
容器支座30可例如通过部分面51的合适地产生的驱动力被推动,和/或合适地由相邻的部分面的驱动装置产生的驱动力被拉到相邻的部分面。可仅使得单个的部分面的单个的驱动装置参与容器支座30的运动或驱动,或可使得多个部分面的多个驱动装置参与容器支座30的运动或驱动。驱动装置同时也可用于制动和/或固定容器支座30。
邻接站点20至23的由部分面51形成的部分面区域52用作向站点的过渡面,即等待队列。在与站点20至23另一侧相邻接的由部分面51形成的部分面区域53用作向站点的优先过渡面,例如作为用于紧急试样的等待队列。
全部功能部分面区域52、53、54、55和56由预先给定的数量的部分面51形成。
图2示出了在图1中示出的系统100的部分的侧视图。
参考图2,提供了压缩空气发生器80,借助于所述压缩空气发生器80产生了压缩空气,所述压缩空气通过合适的供给件被引导到运输面50,在该处所述压缩空气通过运输面50内的开口81离开。压缩空气发生器80和开口81用于在运输面50上产生气垫,以实现容器支座30在运输面50上的尽可能无摩擦的运动。开口81在运输面50上分布,特别是均匀地分布。替代地或补充地,摩擦降低也可磁性地实现,其中为此特别地可动态地产生合适的带有垂直分量的磁场,以降低容器支座30在运输面50上的压力,或导致容器支座30的悬浮。另外的用于降低摩擦的可能性是将运输面50和/或容器支座30的下侧或滑动面涂覆以低摩擦涂层,例如涂覆以特氟龙。可对于此情况取消气垫的产生。
容器30分别提供有应答器32,其中系统100包括至少一个应答器读取装置70,所述应答器读取装置70用于执行对容器支座30的识别和容器支座30在运输面50上的位置确定。例如,如果在系统100内包括至少三个应答器读取装置70,则可通过三角测量实现位置确定。
在所示的系统100中,运输面50包括恰好一个运输面区域,所述运输面区域与运输面50相同且被划分为大小相等的栅格面,其中栅格面形成部分面51。替代地,运输面50可包括多个运输面区域,其中各运输面区域被划分为大小相等的栅格面,其中不同的运输面区域的栅格面的大小不同。这实现了例如容器支座30在带有更粗的栅格化的、即更大的部分面51的运输面区域的快速运输,和在带有更细的栅格化的、即更小的部分面51的运输面区域内的更高的位置精确性。
在所示的实施例中,容器支座30以其朝向运输面50的下侧基本上完全地覆盖了部分面51。应理解的是,特别在大小不同的部分面51的情况中,容器支座30的下侧也可覆盖多个部分面,其中对此情况多个部分面51的驱动装置可产生各自的驱动力的值,而各自的驱动力的值叠加为一个作为结果的驱动力。
在所示的实施形式中,驱动力电磁地产生。替代地或补充地,可为容器支座30施加以用于产生驱动力的压缩空气。
所示的实施形式实现了高的运输率且同时具有大的灵活性,以例如优选地在不同的站点之间运输紧急试样。
Claims (13)
1.一种实验室分析系统,所述系统包括:
-含有待分析试样的容器(10),
-用于接收容器(10)的容器支座(30),
-用于分析试样的多个不同的站点(20至23),和
-用于在不同的站点(20至23)之间运输容器支座(30)的系统(100),所述用于运输容器支座(30)的系统(100)包括:
-用于控制容器支座(30)的运输的控制单元(40),
-运输面(50),其中所述容器支座(30)以可运动的方式布置在所述运输面(50)上,且所述运输面(50)被分为若干部分面(51),其中,在与站点(20至23)一侧相邻接的由部分面(51)形成的部分面区域(52)用作向站点(20至23)的过渡面,在与站点(20至23)另一侧相邻接的由部分面(51)形成的部分面区域(53)用作向站点(20至23)的优先过渡面,且
-驱动装置(60至63),
-其中所述驱动装置(60至63)通过控制单元(40)控制,且
-其中为各个部分面(51)分别配设各自的驱动装置(60至63),且
-其中各驱动装置(60至63)向所属的容器支座(30)施加以以电磁方式产生的驱动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述实验室分析系统的不同的站点是用于试样管的去塞的站点、用于分表的站点和/或用于试样分析的站点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,各驱动装置设计为替代地在第一、第二、第二或第四方向上产生驱动力,其中,第二方向垂直于第一方向,第三方向与第一方向相反,且第四方向与第二方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
-运输面包括至少一个运输面区域,所述运输面区域被划分为大小相等的若干栅格面,其中至少部分所述栅格面形成所述部分面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,
-运输面包括多个运输面区域,其中各运输面区域被划分为大小相等的若干栅格面,其中,不同的运输面区域的栅格面的大小不同。

-容器支座包括铁磁性材料(31),且
-驱动装置设计为产生可变的磁场,以向所属的容器支座施加以驱动力。

-各驱动装置包括四个线圈(60至63)。

-所述线圈(60至63)是无铁磁性芯的线圈。
