前記電子素子20を平板型表示装置、光電装置、タッチパネル、熱放射素子(例えば、ヒーター)、電界発光表示装置、電磁波(Electromagnetic Interference,EMI)シールドに利用するために、フォトエッチング又はレーザーエッチングの方法により前記透明な導電構造体24を所定のパターンに加工して形成することができる。

- 基板と、該基板の表面に設置された透明な導電構造体と、を含み、
前記透明な導電構造体が複数のカーボンナノチューブのみを含み、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが分子間力で接続されていることを特徴とする電子素子。 - 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが、端と端で接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子素子。
- 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが、前記透明な導電構造体の表面に平行に配列し、等方的に配列されているか、所定の方向に沿って配列されているか、または、異なる複数の方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子素子。
- 前記透明な導電構造体において、隣接するカーボンナノチューブが相互に絡み合っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子素子。
- 前記透明な導電構造体が少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
単一のカーボンナノチューブ構造体が、少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電子素子。 - 一枚の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが、端と端で接続された複数のカーボンナノチューブセグメントを含み、
単一のカーボンナノチューブセグメントが、平行に配列された複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電子素子。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、数枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、
前記数枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムが、隙間なく平行に並列されていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の電子素子。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムは、カーボンナノチューブアレイから引き出して得れたものであることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電子素子。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ層は、少なくとも一枚の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを基板に設置して得れたものであることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電子素子。
- 前記透明な導電構造体が、複数のカーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
隣接するカーボンナノチューブ構造体のカーボンナノチューブが、それぞれ0°〜90°の角度で交叉して設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子素子。 - 前記透明な導電構造体と電気的に接続された、少なくとも二つの電極を設置していることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電子素子。
