- 導電層が、グラフェン層と基板との間に配置された導電コーティングを含む、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 導電層が、導電コーティングとグラフェン層との間に位置する基板を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- グラフェン層が導電コーティングを形成する、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 少なくとも1つの導電層が、電気的に絶縁性の基板上に配置された導電コーティングを含む、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 第2の導電層が第2のグラフェン層を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- グラフェン層が、100nmまでの間の平均厚みを有する、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン。
- 請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンを含む、装置。
- グラフェンを含む第1の導電層を提供するために、基板表面にグラフェン層を配置する段階、および
第1の導電層に1つ以上の電極を電気的に接続する段階、
を含み、
第2の導電層を形成する段階、および第1の導電層と第2の導電層との間に配置されたスペーサ層で第1の導電層と第2の導電層とを分離する段階をさらに含み、導電層が積層式の構成で配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンを作製する方法。 - 第2の導電層を形成する段階は、第2の導電層を提供するために、第2の基板の表面に第2のグラフェン層を配置する段階を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
