Abstract
【解決手段】 コーヒー豆を微粉砕して第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る。コーヒー豆を粉砕または微粉砕して、第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを作る。第2の粉砕または微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出して、抽出コーヒープロダクトを作る。第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを抽出コーヒープロダクトと混合して第1のコーヒーブレンドを作る。第1のコーヒーブレンドを乾燥して、第1のドライコーヒーブレンドを作る。第1の微粉砕コーヒープロダクトを第1のドライコーヒーブレンドと混合して可溶性コーヒー製品を作る。

Claims (9)
- コーヒー抽出成分と、
微粉砕コーヒー成分とを有し、
前記微粉砕コーヒー成分は抽出されたものではない可溶性コーヒー製品。 - 前記微粉砕コーヒー成分は、乾燥する前のコーヒーエキス及びコーヒーエキスを乾燥してなる前記コーヒー抽出成分の両方に添加されている請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記コーヒー抽出成分は、可溶性コーヒー製品の70%乃至90%を構成しており、前記微粉砕コーヒー成分は、可溶性コーヒー製品の10%乃至30%を構成している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記コーヒー抽出成分は、可溶性コーヒー製品の約70%乃至約99.9%を構成しており、前記微粉砕コーヒー成分は、可溶性コーヒー製品の0.1%乃至30%を構成している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記微粉砕コーヒー成分は、約350ミクロン以下の平均粒径を有している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- 前記微粉砕コーヒー成分は、約350ミクロン以下の粒径中央値を有している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- コーヒーオイル、非コーヒーオイル、非コーヒー芳香及びコーヒー芳香からなる群から選択された添加物をさらに有している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- コーヒー成分、栄養補給剤、風味成分、ハーブ成分からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つをさらに有している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
- コーヒーエキス、濃縮コーヒー、ドライコーヒー、コーヒーオイル、コーヒー芳香、蒸留物、風味粉末、風味オイル、スパイス、粉砕ココア豆または微粉砕ココア豆、粉砕バニラ豆または微粉砕バニラ豆、ビタミン、酸化防止剤、栄養補助食品、食物繊維、オメガ3オイル、オメガ6オイル、オメガ9オイル、フラボノイド、リコピン、セレン、βカロチン、リスベラトロール、野菜エキス、未焙煎コーヒーのドライエキス、未焙煎コーヒーのウェットエキス及びハーブエキスからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つをさらに有している請求項1に記載の可溶性コーヒー製品。
