【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明が属する技術分野】本発明は粉砕焙煎コーヒー、
茶、インスタントコーヒー、粉砕コーヒーとインスタン
トコーヒーの混合物、チョコレートをベースとする製品
または任意の他の脱水食用物質から選択した飲料製造用
物質を含有する、加圧抽出できる密封カートリッジに関
し、カートリッジは底部および側壁を有する皿を含み、
実質的に円錐形および底部より大きい直径を有する環状
端部および皿の端部の周囲に融着するカバーを有し、そ
の皿のカバーはアルミニウム、アルミニウム／プラスチ
ック複合体、アルミニウム／プラスチック／紙複合体、
単一または複層プラスチックから成る群から選択した酸
素不透過性の柔軟性物質から成り、カートリッジはフィ
ルターまたは軟弱帯を含まず、カバーは抽出を開始する
時に抽出流体の力の作用によってのみ破られるためのも
のである。

【従来の技術】上記密封カートリッジは出願人名義のヨ
ーロッパ特許第５１２，４６８号明細書の主題である。
このカートリッジはヨーロッパ特許第５１２，４７０号
明細書の主題を形成する装置で抽出する。この抽出は次
の方法で行われる、すなわちカートリッジはカートリッ
ジホルダーおよび抽出かごに挿入する。この抽出かごは
皿の底部に孔を開ける針を含み、カートリッジの圧力が
上昇すると、カバーは抽出装置の突き出た、孔開け要素
上に保持する。圧力が一定のレベルに達すると、カバー
はその破裂張力に達し、開口し、コーヒーをカップに流
しこむことができる。抽出が終るとカートリッジを抽出
系から取り出し、そこに次のカートリッジを入れること
ができる。カートリッジが取り出されると、皿の底部に
孔があり、この孔から残留水およびコーヒー粉砕物を取
り出すことができる。この粉砕物の漏出は抽出機の部分
を汚すので問題が起きる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の目的は上記抽
出型と同じ型に供されるカートリッジを完成させること
であり、カートリッジを交換する場合、粉砕物または任
意の他の固形物の漏出を生じないものである。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は請求項１の前文
記載の密封カートリッジに関し、これは開口される場合
皿の底部に固形物質の保留を保証する要素を含む。これ
はカートリッジで抽出されたコーヒー粉砕物または任意
の他の固形物質が逆戻りしない系を各カートリッジに配
置することを含む。この系は抽出ヘッドの現存構造に適
合しなければならない。
【０００５】固形物質の保留を保証する要素は布、バル
ブおよび発泡体から成る群から選択し、この要素はカー
トリッジの底部に配置し、接着結合しまたは密封してい
る。３種の上記要素は先ず第一に費用の点で許容でき、
第二に製造が簡単で、注入針による開口が容易にでき、
熱水に十分に耐性で、抽出後、すなわちカートリッジを
取り出す場合満足できる閉鎖が供されるものである。
【０００６】使用する布はプラスチック繊維、植物繊維
または動物繊維から作った織物または不織布の任意の型
の布でよい。使用布は１５〜１００μの厚さを有するポ
リプロピレンまたはポリエステルから作った布が好まし
い。布は皿の底部で熱密封する。
【０００７】使用バルブは任意の型のもの、例えば十字
形に切った、すなわち４個の分枝を有する柔軟なプラス
チックディスクでよい。３個の分枝、または６個の分枝
に切った分枝を有するバルブであることもできる。バル
ブは接着結合または熱密封でよいが、皿の底部に単に置
くこともできる。このバルブはポリプロピレンまたはポ
リエチレンから作るのがよい。
【０００８】使用発泡体は柔軟なプラスチック、例えば
ＰＵＲ（ポリウレタン）またはＥＶＡ（エチレン−酢酸
ビニルコポリマー）から製造する。皿の底部に熱密封す
る。
【０００９】カバーは皿の周囲に熱融着またはクリンプ
する。この結果、抽出系で１５バールまでの範囲の圧力
に耐えうるカートリッジが得られる。
【００１０】カートリッジに上記した飲料製造用物質を
満たす。この物質は粉砕焙煎コーヒーが好ましい。
【００１１】「皿」は円錐体、半球体またはピラミッド
切頭体要素を意味する。当然、皿の底部は平らであるこ
とを要しない。
【００１２】円錐形および半硬質性カートリッジの主要
部、すなわち皿は２０〜１００μｍの厚さを有するアル
ミニウム、単一または複数層プラスチック、ボール紙／
アルミニウム／プラスチック複合体およびボール紙／プ
ラスチック複合体から選択した物質から成ることができ
る。
【００１３】カートリッジの柔軟性カバーは１５〜６０
μｍの厚さを有するアルミニウムおよび２０〜６０ｇ／
ｍ2 の紙、２０〜６０μｍの厚さのプラスチックおよび
５〜２０μｍの厚さのアルミニウム、または５〜３０μ
ｍの厚さのＥＶＯＨまたはＰＶＤＣおよび２０〜１００
μｍのプラスチック（ＰＰ，ＰＥまたはＰＡ）、または
ＰＥＴ（５〜３０μｍ）および２０〜１００μｍのプラ
スチック（ＰＰ，ＰＥ）、または金属被覆またはＳｉＯ
2 のような有効な障壁を形成する層を有するＰＥＴを含
む複数層物質から選択した物質から製造できる。
【００１４】本発明カートリッジの大きさは製造したい
コーヒー容量により変化できる。コーヒー量は５〜２０
ｇに変化でき、カートリッジの直径は２．５〜６ｃｍお
よびコーヒー層の厚さは１０〜４０ｍｍである。
【００１５】残りの記載は図面を引用して示す、図中図
１は従来技術のカートリッジを示す図である、図２は本
発明カートリッジの第１態様を示す図である、図３は本
発明カートリッジの第２態様を示す図である、図４は本
発明カートリッジの第３態様を示す図である。
【００１６】カートリッジ１は円錐台形の底部５および
側壁６を有する皿２を含む。カートリッジは焙煎コーヒ
ー３を含有し、アルミニウムから製造したカバー４によ
り密封される。このカバーは皿の端部の周囲７に接着さ
れる。抽出を行なう場合、針は帯Ａのカートリッジの底
部に孔を開け、抽出液をコーヒー中にパーコレートす
る。抽出が終ると、コーヒー粉砕物は帯Ａの開口部から
出てくる。本発明の目的は粉砕物のこの出現を阻止する
ことである。このため、少なくとも３つの異なる解決法
がある。
【００１７】図２の解決法は底部１０および側壁１１お
よびカバー１２を有する皿９を有するカートリッジ８に
ポリエステルから製造した布１３の層を供することであ
る。この層はカートリッジの肩１４に融着する。コーヒ
ー層１５は布１３上に置く。この布の利点は針が容易に
貫通することであり、抽出が終り、針がカートリッジか
ら除かれるとその柔軟性およびその弾性により再び閉鎖
でき、粉砕物は開口１６を経て排出されない。抽出系の
十分な清浄性を保証するカートリッジはこうして供され
る。
【００１８】図３は逆止め装置によりカートリッジ形に
第２の解決法を供する。カートリッジ１７は底部１９お
よび側壁２０、同時に皿の周囲２２に融着したカバー２
１を有する皿１８を含む。バルブ２３は底部１９の近く
に接着結合する。コーヒー層２４はこのバルブ上に置
く。このバルブは例えば十字形に切断し、抽出針が挿入
され、除去されると十分な開口および十分な再閉鎖がで
きる。図２のカートリッジに図３のバルブを配置するこ
ともでき、逆に図３のカートリッジに図２の布層を融着
することができる。
【００１９】最後に、図４は底部２７および側壁２８お
よびカバー２９を有する皿２６を含むカートリッジ２５
を示す。カートリッジの底部は柔軟性プラスチック３０
から製造した発泡体の接着結合層を含む。コーヒー層３
１はこの発泡体上に置く。容易に孔が開けられ、抽出針
が除去される場合十分な再閉鎖能力を有する。図４の発
泡体は図３記載のカートリッジに配置することもでき
る。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 粉砕焙煎コーヒー、茶、インスタントコ
    ーヒー、粉砕コーヒーおよびインスタントコーヒーの混
    合物、チョコレートをベースとする製品または任意の他
    の脱水食用物質から選択した飲料製造用物質を含有し、
    実質的に円錐形で、底部および側壁を有し、かつ底部よ
    り大きい直径を有する環状端および皿の端部の周囲に密
    着したカバーを有する皿を含み、カバーはアルミニウ
    ム、アルミニウム／プラスチック複合体、アルミニウム
    ／プラスチック／紙複合体、単一または複数層プラスチ
    ックから成る群から選択した酸素不透過性の柔軟性物質
    から成り、カートリッジはフィルターまたは軟弱帯を含
    まず、カバーは抽出を開始する時に抽出流体の力の作用
    によってのみ破られるためのものである、加圧下で抽出
    に供される、密封カートリッジであって、開口される時
    に、固形物質の保留を保証する要素を皿の底部に含むこ
    とを特徴とする、上記密封カートリッジ。
  2. 【請求項２】 固形物質の保留を保証する要素は布、バ
    ルブおよび発泡体から成る群から選択し、この要素はカ
    ートリッジの底部に配置し、接着結合しまたは密封して
    いる、請求項１記載の密封カートリッジ。
  3. 【請求項３】 カバーは皿の端部に融着またはクリンプ
    する、請求項１または２に記載の密封カートリッジ。
  4. 【請求項４】 皿は２０〜１００μｍの厚さを有するア
    ルミニウム、単一または複数層プラスチック、ボール紙
    ／アルミニウム／プラスチック複合体およびボール紙／
    プラスチック複合体から選択した物質から作る、請求項
    １から３のいずれか１項に記載のカートリッジ。
  5. 【請求項５】 カバーは１５〜６０μｍの厚さを有する
    アルミニウムおよび２０〜６０ｇ／ｍ2 の紙、２０〜６
    ０μｍの厚さのプラスチックおよび５〜２０μｍの厚さ
    のアルミニウム、または５〜３０μｍの厚さのＥＶＯＨ
    またはＰＶＤＣおよび２０〜１００μｍのプラスチック
    （ＰＰ，ＰＥまたはＰＡ）、またはＰＥＴ（５〜３０μ
    ｍ）および２０〜１００μｍのプラスチック（ＰＰ，Ｐ
    Ｅ）、または金属被覆またはＳｉＯ2 のような有効な障
    壁を形成する層を備えたＰＥＴを含む複数層物質から選
    択した物質から作られる、請求項１から４のいずれか１
    項に記載のカートリッジ。
  6. 【請求項６】 ２．５〜６ｃｍの直径および１０〜４０
    ｍｍの高さを有する、請求項１から５のいずれか１項に
    記載のカートリッジ。
