Claims (10)
- イオン交換され、少なくとも10kgfのビッカース中央/放射状亀裂発生閾値を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記イオン交換されたアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラスが、少なくとも約400MPaの圧縮応力および少なくとも約15μmの層の深さを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記イオン交換されたアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラスが、少なくとも5Nの荷重でヌープダイヤモンドにより形成された引掻き傷の幅wの2倍超延在する横方向の損傷を含まないことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 少なくとも500gfの圧痕荷重が印加されたときに、緻密化変形による圧痕変形を示し、表面下剪断破壊を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 少なくとも27cm3/モルのモル体積を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 約69MPa未満のヤング率を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記アルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラスが、50〜72モル%のSiO2、9〜17モル%のAl2O3、2〜12モル%のB2O3、8〜16モル%のNa2O、および0〜4モル%のK2Oを含み、8≦Na2O+K2O≦18であり、該アルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラスが、リチウム、ヒ素、アンチモン、およびバリウムの内の少なくとも1種類を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の改質剤が少なくとも1種類のアルカリ金属酸化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 電子装置のためのエンクロージャの少なくとも一部分を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のアルミノホウケイ酸塩ガラス。
