Description
(1)質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 10〜30%、Li2O 0〜2%、Na2O 5〜25%、P2O5 0〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しない。
(2)質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 10〜30%、Li2O 0〜2%、Na2O 10〜20%、CaO 0〜2%、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しない。
(3)質量%で、SiO2 55〜76%、Al2O3 16.0超〜21%、Li2O 0〜1.7%、Na2O 10〜25%、CaO 0〜2%、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しない。
(4)質量%で、SiO2 55〜76%、Al2O3 16.0超〜21%、Li2O 0〜1.7%、Na2O 10〜20%、CaO 0〜2%、BaO 0〜2%、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しない。
(5)質量%で、SiO2 55〜73%、Al2O3 16.0超〜21%、Li2O 0〜1.7%、Na2O 10〜20%、CaO 0〜2%、BaO 0〜2%、ZnO 0〜1%、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しない。
(6)質量%で、SiO2 55〜70%、Al2O3 16.0超〜21%、Li2O 0〜1.7%、Na2O 10〜16%、CaO 0〜0.1%、BaO 0〜2%、B2O3 0〜1.0%未満、ZnO 0〜1%、Fe2O3 0〜1000ppm未満、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しない。
Claims (16)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスであって、
ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 10〜30%、B 2 O 3 0〜3%、Li2O 0〜2%、Na2O 5〜17%、K 2 O 0〜1%未満、P2O5 0.01〜10%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しないことを特徴とする強化ガラス。 - ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 10〜30%、B 2 O 3 0〜3%、Li2O 0〜1.7%、Na2O 10〜17%、K 2 O 0〜1%未満、CaO 0〜2%、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55〜76%、Al2O3 16.0超〜21%、B 2 O 3 0〜3%、Li2O 0〜1.7%、Na2O 10〜17%、K 2 O 0〜1%未満、CaO 0〜2%、BaO 0〜2%、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55〜70%、Al2O3 16.0超〜21%、Li2O 0〜1.7%、Na2O 10〜16%、K 2 O 0〜1%未満、CaO 0〜0.1%、BaO 0〜2%、B2O3 0〜1.0%未満、ZnO 0〜1%、Fe2O3 0〜1000ppm未満、P2O5 0.01〜5%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO、及びFを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- 密度が2.48g/cm3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 80℃、10質量%の塩酸水溶液に24時間浸漬させた際の質量減少が100mg/cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が300MPa以上、且つ応力深さが10μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 液相温度が1200℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 104.0dPa・sにおける温度が1300℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 30〜380℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が98×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 表面上に透明導電膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスからなることを特徴とする強化ガラス板。
- 長さ寸法500mm以上、幅寸法300mm以上、板厚0.5〜2.0mmの強化ガラス板であって、
圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が300MPa以上、応力深さが10μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の強化ガラス板。 - 板厚方向の内部に成形合流面を有することを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の強化ガラス板。
- タッチパネルディスプレイに用いることを特徴とする請求項13〜15の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス板。
