Claims (10)
- 約50モル%から約72モル%のSiO2、約12モル%から約22モル%のAl2O3、約15モル%までのB2O3、約1モル%までのP2O5、約11モル%から約21モル%のNa2O、約5モル%までのK2O、約4モル%までのMgO、約5モル%までのZnO、および約2モル%までのCaOを含むガラスであって、56モル%≦SiO2+B2O3≦75モル%、Na2O+K2O−Al2O3≦2.0モル%、B2O3−(Na2O+K2O−Al2O3)>1モル%、および24モル%≦RAlO4≦45モル%、式中、RはNa、K、およびAgの内の少なくとも1つである、ガラス。

- 前記ガラスが、約55モル%から約62モル%のSiO2、約16モル%から約20モル%のAl2O3、約2モル%から約10モル%のB2O3、約1モル%までのP2O5、約14モル%から約18モル%のNa2O、約0.2モル%から約4モル%のK2O、約0.5モル%までのMgO、約0.5モル%までのZnO、および約0.5モル%までのCaOを含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- ガラスをイオン交換する方法において、アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスを、約410℃以下の温度でイオン交換浴中において約8時間までイオン交換する工程を有してなり、前記イオン交換浴はカリウム塩を含み、前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスは、約50モル%から約72モル%のSiO2、約12モル%から約22モル%のAl2O3、約15モル%までのB2O3、約1モル%までのP2O5、約11モル%から約21モル%のNa2O、約5モル%までのK2O、約4モル%までのMgO、約5モル%までのZnO、および約1モル%までのCaOを含み、イオン交換された前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスは、表面から少なくとも30μmの層の深さDOLまで延在する圧縮層を有し、該圧縮層が、少なくとも約500MPaの圧縮応力CSを有し、CS・DOL=44000MPa・μmである、方法。
- 前記ガラスが、4時間以内のイオン交換時間でイオン交換されて、少なくとも約800MPaの圧縮応力および少なくとも約40μmの層の深さを達成する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスが、2時間以内のイオン交換時間でイオン交換されて、少なくとも約800MPaの圧縮応力および少なくとも約30μmの層の深さを達成する、請求項8または9記載の方法。
