Claims (10)
- 650℃から825℃までの範囲にある軟化点、および少なくとも300gの圧子損傷閾値を有するアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラスであって、アルカリ土類金属、鉛、ヒ素、およびアンチモンを含まないことを特徴とするアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 圧縮応力下にある表面層、および約3000gから約10,000gまでの範囲の圧子損傷閾値を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記表面層が、イオン交換されており、少なくとも20μmの層の深さおよび少なくとも700MPaの圧縮応力を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記軟化点が725℃未満であり、前記ガラスが、50〜70モル%のSiO2、5〜15モル%のAl2O3、5〜20モル%のB2O3、0〜15モル%のLi2O、0〜20モル%のNa2O、および0〜10モル%のK2Oを含み、B2O3/Al2O3比が1.2超であり、リチウムを含まないことを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、該ガラスの粘度が少なくとも5kPである温度で、ジルコンに対して不活性であることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- イオン交換され、圧縮応力下にある表面層、900℃未満の軟化点、および少なくとも5kgの圧子損傷閾値を有するアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラスであって、アルカリ土類金属、鉛、ヒ素、およびアンチモンを含まないことを特徴とするアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、50〜70モル%のSiO2、5〜15モル%のAl2O3、5〜20モル%のB2O3、0〜15モル%のLi2O、0〜20モル%のNa2O、および0〜10モル%のK2Oを含み、リチウムを含まないことを特徴とする請求項6記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記軟化点が約725℃から約775℃の範囲にあり、R’2O3/R2O比が1.5未満であり、R2O/Al2O3比が1.2超であり、式中、R’2O3=Al2O3+B2O3およびR2O=Li2O+Na2O+K2O、前記圧子損傷閾値が5kgから15kgまでの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記軟化点が約800℃から約825℃の範囲にあり、R’2O3/R2O比が1.5から1.7までの範囲にあり、R2O/Al2O3比が1.1から1.2までの範囲にあり、式中、R’2O3=Al2O3+B2O3およびR2O=Li2O+Na2O+K2O、前記圧子損傷閾値が25kgから35kgまでの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記軟化点が約850℃から約900℃の範囲にあり、R’2O3/R2O比が1.5から1.7までの範囲にあり、R2O/Al2O3比が0.95から1.10までの範囲にあり、式中、R’2O3=Al2O3+B2O3およびR2O=Li2O+Na2O+K2O、前記圧子損傷閾値が少なくとも45kgであることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
