Claims (14)
- 0.3mm以下の平均厚さを有するガラス基材を、溶融アルカリ金属塩の浴に浸漬するステップであって、前記ガラス基材の少なくとも第一表面を化学強化するために、前記ガラス基材の前記第一表面が前記溶融アルカリ金属塩に接触し、前記ガラス基材の第二表面が前記第二表面の全体にわたってマスクによって接触されるように浸漬するステップを有し、
前記浸漬するステップの後の前記ガラス基材が、前記ガラス基材の前記第一表面から内側に広がる、前記第二表面における圧縮応力層より大きい圧縮応力層を含む、化学強化されたガラス物品の形成方法。 - 前記マスクが、金属または担持基材の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の形成方法。
- 前記ガラス基材の前記第一表面から内側に広がる前記圧縮応力層が、前記ガラス基材の前記平均厚さの25%を超える、請求項1に記載の形成方法。
- 前記化学強化されたガラス基材が、第二圧縮応力層深さDOL2を有する、前記ガラス基材の中心に向かって内側に広がる第二圧縮応力層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の形成方法。
- DOL2が前記ガラス基材の前記平均厚さの25%を超える、請求項4に記載の形成方法。
- DOL1がDOL2と等しい、請求項4に記載の形成方法。
- DOL1が、DOL2より少なくとも2%大きい、請求項4に記載の形成方法。
- DOL1が、DOL2より少なくとも6%大きい、請求項4に記載の形成方法。
- DOL1が、DOL2より少なくとも10%大きい、請求項4に記載の形成方法。

- 前記化学強化されたガラス基材の前記第二表面の圧縮応力が、少なくとも850MPaである、請求項1から10いずれか1項に記載の形成方法。
- 前記浸漬するステップの間、前記ガラス基材が、前記ガラス基材の湾曲構造を生じさせる装置に固定される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の形成方法。
