Claims (10)
- 第一表面と、当該第一表面と反対側の第二表面とを含むガラス基材であって、第一表面と第二表面との間の当該ガラス基材の平均厚さが約0.3mm以下のガラス基材と;
第一圧縮応力層深さDOL1を有する、前記ガラス基材の中心に向かって内側に広がる第一圧縮応力層と;
第二圧縮応力層深さDOL2を有する、前記ガラス基材の中心に向かって内側に広がる第二圧縮応力層と;
を含み、
DOL1がDOL2より大きい、
ガラス物品。 - DOL1が、DOL2より少なくとも2%大きい、請求項1に記載のガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス基材の前記第一表面の圧縮応力が、少なくとも500MPaである、請求項1または2に記載のガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス基材の前記第二表面の圧縮応力が、少なくとも850MPaである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。
- 第一表面、該第一表面と反対側の第二表面、および該第一表面と該第二表面との間において0.3mm以下の平均厚さを有するガラス基材を、湾曲構造において位置決めするステップであって、該湾曲構造における該ガラス基材の曲率半径が約10mmから約300mmまでの範囲内である、ステップと;
化学強化されたガラス基材を製造するために、前記第一および第二表面が溶融アルカリ金属塩に接触するように、該湾曲構造において該ガラス基材を該溶融アルカリ金属塩に浸漬するステップと;
を含むガラス物品を形成する方法であって、
該ガラス物品が、
該ガラス基材の前記第一表面から第一圧縮応力層深さDOL1まで内側に広がる第一圧縮応力層と;
該ガラス基材の前記第二表面から第二圧縮応力層深さDOL2まで内側に広がる第二圧縮応力層と、
を含み、
DOL1がDOL2より大きい、

- 第一基材と;
第一表面および該第一表面と反対側の第二表面を含む第二基材であって、該第一表面と該第二表面との間の該第二基材の平均厚さが約0.3mm以下であり、該第二表面が前記第一基材に接着された第二基材と;
