Abstract
Instalación de revestimiento para revestir unos componentes de carrocería de vehículos automóviles con un robot (3, 4) de varios ejes, en cuya mano de robot de varios ejes está montado un dispositivo de aplicación, que aplica el agente de revestimiento, caracterizada por que el dispositivo de aplicación es un cabezal de impresión (8, 9), que descarga el agente de revestimiento desde varias toberas de agente de revestimiento (12; 14.1-14.4; 16.1- 16.6; 20; 29; 36; 44; 45), las toberas de agente de revestimiento del cabezal de impresión (8, 9) están conectadas conjuntamente con un tubo de alimentación de agente de revestimiento (31) a través del cual el agente de revestimiento que hay que aplicar es suministrado, y por que el cabezal de impresión (8, 9) presenta un rendimiento de revestimiento superficial de por lo menos 1 m2/min.

en el cabeza de toberas. Además las filas de toberas individuales están orientadas, preferentemente, transversales, en particular perpendicularmente a la dirección de avance del cabeza de toberas.
En otro ejemplo de realización de la invención el cabezal de impresión presenta aberturas de tobera de distinto tamaño. De este modo pueden estar dispuestas en el cabezal de impresión, por ejemplo alternativamente, filas de toberas con toberas de agente de revestimiento grandes y filas de toberas con toberas de agente de revestimiento pequeñas. Aquí puede tener sentido también que las filas de toberas con las toberas de agente de revestimiento más grandes estén dispuestas decaladas relativamente entre sí, en particular media anchura de tobera.
En otra variante de la invención el cabezal de impresión está montado de manera giratoria y gira durante el revestimiento. Aquí puede presentar el cabezal de impresión toberas de agente de revestimiento de tamaños diferentes, estando las toberas de agente de revestimiento pequeñas dispuestas más cerca del eje de rotación del cabezal de impresión que las toberas de agente de revestimiento más grandes.
En otra variante de la invención están previstos varios cabezales de impresión, que son guiados conjuntamente por el robot de varios ejes y que pueden girar relativamente entre sí, lo que hace posible una adaptación a superficies de componente curvadas.
Ya se mencionó con anterioridad que como pintura de efectos se puede utilizar, por ejemplo, una pintura especial, una pintura metalizada o una pintura mica.
Además puede ser ventajoso dotar las zonas de superficie del cabezal de impresión (p. ej. conducciones) que entran en contacto con el agente de revestimiento, por lo menos parcialmente, con un revestimiento que reduce el desgaste como, por ejemplo, un revestimiento DLC (DLC: Diamond-like Carbon), un revestimiento de diamante, un metal duro
o una combinación de material de un material duro y uno blando. Además las zonas de superficie que entran en contacto con el agente de revestimiento del cabezal de impresión pueden ser revestidas con nitrito de titanio, óxido de titanio o níquel químico o con otra capa, que es fabricada mediante un procedimiento PVC (PVC: Physival Vapour Deposition), mediante procedimiento CVD (CVD: Chemical Vapour Deposition) o procedimiento Eloxal (Eloxal: oxidación electrolítica de aluminio) o estar dotada con un revestimiento “Easy-to-clean”.
Además puede estar prevista, para la mejora de la eficacia de aplicación del cabezal de impresión, una carga electrostática del medio del revestimiento y/o un soporte de aire a presión.
Otra posibilidad consiste en un reconocimiento de posición, el cual registra la posición espacial del cabezal de impresión y/o de la superficie de componente que hay que revestir y controla o regula correspondientemente el posicionamiento del cabezal de impresión.
En la actualidad se realizan también esfuerzos de mezclar pinturas para automóviles directamente en los talleres de pintura a partir de 6-10 pastas básicas. Para ello las pastas se mezclan, de manera convencional, en estaciones de mezcla y se ajustan los tonos de color. A partir de estas pastas se pueden fabricar todas las pinturas (Uni, metalizado y mica o pinturas de efectos) que se utilizan en la industria del automóvil. Es imaginable que estas pastas sean mezcladas directamente en el pulverizador o en una instalación conectada previamente. Esto tiene la ventaja de que se prepara de forma completamente automática únicamente la cantidad necesaria de forma directa antes o durante la aplicación. La dosificación de los componentes individuales puede tener lugar mediante con las técnicas de dosificación conocidas (reguladores de presión, bombas de dosificación, células de medición de ruedas dentadas, células de medición de paso, dosificadores de émbolo, ...). El “espacio de mezcla” puede ser una cámara de mezcla, una pieza de manguera o un sistema de mezcla (p. ej. mezclador Keenix). El problema es la dosificación muy precisa de los componentes individuales para obtener el tono de color exacto. Por ello puede tener sentido un sensor de color para la regulación de la unidad de dosificación.
Como técnica de dosificación puede servir, sin embargo, también la técnica Inkjet. Al mismo tiempo se puede generar la cantidad necesaria a partir de gotitas individuales, las cuales dependen del tiempo de apertura de la tobera y de la presión. Estas toberas Inkjet mezclan el tono de color de nuevo en un espacio de mezcla.
Además existe, en el marco de la patente, la posibilidad de que esté previsto un sensor, el cual registra el recorrido de una trayectoria de guiado, para posicionar el cabezal de impresión con respecto a la trayectoria de guiado.
En un ejemplo de realización preferido está dispuesto un sensor en el cabezal de impresión o en el robot, si bien son posibles fundamentalmente también otras formas constructivas. El sensor puede registrar, por ejemplo, la trayectoria de pintado precedente de manera que la trayectoria de pintado actual se pueda aplicar, en cuanto a una posición relativa determinada, con respecto a la trayectoria de pintado precedente. De este modo es deseable, por regla general, que la trayectoria de pintado actual sea aplicada, a una distancia determinada, paralela con respecto a la trayectoria de pintado precedente, lo que es posible mediante el registro con el sensor descrito con anterioridad.
En el ejemplo de realización preferido se trata, en el caso del sensor, de un sensor óptico, si bien son posibles fundamentalmente también otros tipos constructivos de sensores.
