Abstract

一种立体喷墨头,包括喷头及喷孔片。喷头包括顶臂及两个侧臂,侧壁分别设于顶臂的两端,顶臂的内侧设有顶喷嘴,侧臂的内侧分别设有侧喷嘴。喷孔片结合于喷头的内缘,喷孔片包括有顶喷区及两个侧喷区,顶喷区对应于喷头的顶喷嘴设有顶喷孔,侧喷区对应于侧喷嘴设有侧喷孔。由于所述的立体喷墨头系一体成型制成,故仅需依喷涂需求来调整喷孔片上喷孔的数量及位置,即可达成分区喷涂的效果,此一分区喷涂的设计可达成节省漆墨的效果,可降低喷涂成本且较为环保。

立体喷墨头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷墨头,特别是涉及一种立体喷墨头。
背景技术
一般消费型电子产品如手机或计算机等的外壳多以喷漆方式进行外观表面的涂装,以达到美化外壳的装饰目的。若需于工件上喷涂特定的区域时,则必须利用治具将不需喷涂的地方加以遮闭,待喷涂完后再将治具拆除,不但喷涂过程较为繁杂,而且此一特定区域喷涂的漆料利用率较低,约只有10%的漆料能真正喷涂于工件上。此一传统的喷漆方法的漆料利用率过低,造成漆料浪费过多,使得漆料成本较高且不环保。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可达成分区喷涂具有省墨效果的立体喷墨头。
一种立体喷墨头,包括喷头及喷孔片。喷头包括顶臂及两个侧臂,侧壁分别设于顶臂的两端,顶臂的内侧设有顶喷嘴,侧臂的内侧分别设有侧喷嘴。喷孔片结合于喷头的内缘,喷孔片包括有顶喷区及两个侧喷区,顶喷区对应于喷头的顶喷嘴设有顶喷孔,侧喷区对应于侧喷嘴设有侧喷孔。
所述的立体喷墨头系一体成型制成,故仅需依喷涂需求来调整喷孔片上喷孔的数量及位置,即可达成分区喷涂的效果,此一分区喷涂的设计可达成节省漆墨的效果,可降低喷涂成本且较为环保。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的立体喷墨头作进一步的详细说明。
参照图1及图2,本发明立体喷墨头10包括喷头20及结合于喷头20内缘的喷孔片30。
喷头20包括顶臂21及两个侧臂22,两个侧壁22分别设于顶臂21的两端,使喷头20形成ㄇ形坠道状,顶臂21及两个侧臂22为一体成型。顶臂21的内侧设有顶喷嘴211,两个侧臂22的内侧分别设有侧喷嘴221。
喷孔片30包括有顶喷区31及两个侧喷区32,顶喷区31对应于喷头20的顶喷嘴211设有多个顶喷孔311,两个侧喷区32对应于侧喷嘴221设有多个侧喷孔321。喷孔片30相应于喷头20的顶喷嘴211及侧喷嘴221而形成为ㄇ形坠道状。顶喷区31及侧喷区32内喷孔的设置可依喷涂需求而调整,而可达成分区喷涂的功效。
参照图3,因喷孔片30的顶喷区31及两个侧喷区32皆设有多个顶喷孔311、321,故当工件40透过输送带50进入立体喷墨头10内时,位于顶臂21内侧的顶喷嘴211用以将漆墨喷涂于工件40的顶面,而位于两个侧臂22内侧的侧喷嘴221则用以将漆墨分别喷涂于工件40的两个侧面。
喷孔片30的顶喷区31及侧喷区32内喷孔的设置可依喷涂需求而调整,参照图4,若欲喷涂中空状的工件41时,可设置另一立体喷墨头10a来喷涂中空区域,可仅于另一喷孔片30a的顶喷区31a的两侧设置喷孔311a,而顶喷区31a的中央不设置喷孔311a。
参照图5,将两个立体喷墨头10、10a前后设置,当中空状的工件41透过输送带50进入前立体喷墨头10内时,前立体喷墨头10可同时将漆墨喷涂于工件41的顶面及侧面。当工件41进入后立体喷墨头10a内时,由于喷孔片30a的顶喷区31a对应工件41而未设置喷孔,故当工件41进入后立体喷墨头10a内时,后立体喷墨头10a将漆墨喷涂于工件41的侧面,工件41的中空部份即不喷涂。由于本发明的立体喷墨头10系一体成型制成,故仅需依喷涂需求来调整喷孔片30上喷孔的数量及位置,即可达成分区喷涂的效果,此一分区喷涂的设计可达成节省漆墨的效果,可降低喷涂成本且较为环保。
前述具体实施方式仅为本发明众多实施方式的有限列举,因此,由本发明的设计思想延伸出的其他实施方式,尤其是形状、尺寸以及元件排列布置方面的不脱离本发明设计思想的变化,均应认为是本发明权利要求所保护内容。

Claims (5)

1.一种立体喷墨头,包括喷头及结合于所述喷头内缘的喷孔片,其特征在于:所述喷头包括顶臂及两个侧臂,所述两个侧壁分别设于顶臂的两端,所述顶臂的内侧设有顶喷嘴,所述两个侧臂的内侧分别设有一侧喷嘴;所述喷孔片包括有顶喷区及两个侧喷区,所述顶喷区对应于喷头的顶喷嘴设有顶喷孔,所述两个侧喷区对应于侧喷嘴设有侧喷孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的立体喷墨头,其特征在于:所述喷头的顶臂及两个侧臂为一体成型。
3.如权利要求1所述的立体喷墨头,其特征在于:所述喷头形成ㄇ形坠道状。
4.如权利要求1所述的立体喷墨头,其特征在于:所述喷孔片形成为ㄇ形坠道状。
5.如权利要求1所述的立体喷墨头,其特征在于:所述喷孔片的顶喷区及侧喷区内喷孔的数量及位置可依喷涂需求而调整。
