Claims (5)
- 吸気口を有するとともに内部に電気ヒータを有する気化器と、
前記容器内の電気ヒータの高温側表面に所定濃度のアルコール水溶液を所定量供給するアルコール水溶液供給器と、
前記気化器および吐出口とそれぞれ連通されるとともに内部に気密に往復移動可能に嵌挿されたピストンを有するシリンダと、
前記気化器と前記シリンダとの間および前記吐出口と前記シリンダとの間にそれぞれ介装された二個の開閉バルブと、
を具えてなる、基準濃度アルコールガス生成装置。 - 前記ピストンを電気的に駆動するピストン駆動手段と、
前記二個の開閉バルブを電気的に駆動するバルブ駆動手段と、
前記電気ヒータおよび前記アルコール水溶液供給器の電気的な作動を制御するとともに前記ピストン駆動手段および前記バルブ駆動手段の作動を電気的に制御するコントローラと、
を具えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の基準濃度アルコールガス生成装置。 - 前記電気ヒータは、ペルチェ素子であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の基準濃度アルコールガス生成装置。
- 前記アルコール水溶液供給器は、インクジェット方式でアルコール水溶液を所定量供給することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの何れか記載の基準濃度アルコールガス生成装置。
- 前記アルコール水溶液供給器は、マイクロシリンジでアルコール水溶液を所定量供給することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの何れか記載の基準濃度アルコールガス生成装置。
