一般工作流程概念

位置資訊

舉例而言，在較佳實施例中，離散位置資訊可包含在給定時間的個人的位置的「快照」。所述快照較佳遵循或相關聯於用以回應於採取工作流程內的或相關於工作流程的特定動作來攝取或收集位置資訊或其他資訊的請求。
類似地，連續位置資訊較佳包括在一段時間上關於使用者的實體位置的一系列量測值。連續位置資訊可較佳由運動向量或描述在特定時間段上自「開始」點至「結束」點遍及實體環境 的移動的多個向量表示。
當然，應理解，本說明書包含閱讀本揭露的熟習此項技術者將領會的任何類型的「位置資訊」。僅出於說明性目的而提供本文中所提供的「位置資訊」的例示性形式且不應將其視為限制現揭露的本發明概念的範疇。

在其他做法中，依賴於使用者在特定州的存在的工作流程可僅僅需要相比於特定街道地址、GPS坐標、使用者的裝置所連接的小區塔或網路而言相對較不精確的位置資訊。為了使資料處理及通信的效率最大而同時使工作流程對裝置資源的使用及消耗最小，實施為工作流程的基於位置的服務可相應地僅尋求或利用必需級別的特定性位置資訊，即使是在比必定需要的資訊特定的資訊可用的情況下亦是如此。
舉例而言，在一個實施例中，基於對較不精確的位置資訊(諸如，州、區縣、鄉鎮、郵政編碼等)的知曉，可按充分特定性判定使用者的位置，如一般熟習此項技術者在閱讀本說明書之後所理解。
位置資訊亦可包含自行動裝置的一或多個組件收集的資料。所收集的資料可包含位置資訊，或可判定位置的資訊。舉例 而言，在一個實施例中，資料是自行動裝置的GPS天線收集，且包括呈GPS坐標的形式的位置資訊。

獲取且判定位置資訊

若在工作流程的過程中進行，則獲取可視情況回應於及/或結合執行攝取操作而發生，其中使用行動裝置來攝取影像資料。在其他做法中，工作流程可或者及/或另外查詢行動裝置的記憶體以擷取儲存於其中的先前判定/獲得的位置資訊。
在其他實施例中，可自使用者輸入或結合使用者輸入而獲得位置資訊。通常，人類報告的位置資訊將被理解為包含產生自人類的任何形式的位置資訊。

在另一類似情境下，多個使用者參與在本地畫廊或博物館舉辦的藝術展/拍賣。為了促進接收出價，拍賣者提供允許潛在購買者對可購作品出價且近乎即時或即時地審查競拍出價的工作流程。所述工作流程亦(例如)藉由向使用者提供拍賣場內自一個展覽品至另一展覽品的方向而提升潛在購買者檢驗且審查拍賣所提供的物品的能力。
使用者將指示使用者的當前位置的輸入提供至工作流程。在各種做法中，使用者輸入可採取任何適合形式。舉例而言，使用者可攝取最接近於使用者的當前實體位置的展覽品的影像，自清單中的一組預定展覽品選擇展覽品名稱或展覽品的影像，指 示顯示所述展覽品的房間號或名稱，或以其他方式提供使用者當前實體位置的指示。使用者亦提供指示使用者的所要目的地的類似類型的輸入。

在各種實施例中，使用者可部分地或單獨地回應於行動裝置將需要位置資訊的指示提供至使用者而提供輸入。

類似地，在獲取或判定之後，可在工作流程的過程中利用位置資訊。可按任何合適方式來使用位置資訊，且此等使用可涵蓋資料的管理，例如，格式轉換。
位置資訊操縱可包含將位置資訊自一種格式轉換為另一種格式(例如，在街道地址、GPS坐標、網路位址/連接資訊等之間轉換)，以及使位置資訊與額外資訊(包含但不限於元資料)相關聯。元資料可包含與位置資訊相關聯的任何形式的資料，且較佳地，元資料包括關於請求位置資訊及/或利用位置資訊的工作流程的資訊。在各種實施例中，使位置資訊與關於一或多個工作流程的額外資訊相關聯有利地允許在工作流程的後續反覆中及/或結合其他工作流程容易且高效地擷取及利用位置資訊。
在一些實施例中，位置資訊可在以當前揭露的各種方式獲得、判定及/或利用以後儲存至(例如)行動裝置的本端記憶體。較佳地，位置資訊可作為與其他資料(例如，使用行動裝置(尤其是作為工作流程的部分或結合進行工作流程)攝取的影像資料)相關聯的元資料而儲存，且最佳的是，元資料及/或其他資料相關於工作流程、工作流程的操作及/或關於工作流程的商業流程(諸如，經由工作流程促進的金融交易)。
基於位置的工作流程
在本揭露的上下文中，可在各種工作流程的過程中以及工作流程的構成活動及/或規則中獲取、判定、管理及/或利用位置資訊。可按任何合適方式來使用位置資訊，且在一些做法中，此等使用可涵蓋如上文所描述的資料的管理，例如，格式轉換。
大體而言，當前描述的基於位置的工作流程可遵從以下說明性程序，但應理解本文中所論述的各種態樣中的任一者可按如熟習此項技術者所瞭解的任何合適方式組合為在任何數目的應用中具有效用。

在其他實施例中，當前揭露的技術可包含執行諸如圖4 所描繪的方法400的一些或全部。方法400可在任何合適環境中執行，包含在圖1至圖2中所描繪的環境以及其他環境中執行。此外，在一些實施例中，方法400可包含除了圖4所描繪的操作以外的額外操作，或排除圖4所描繪的某些操作。

繼續參考操作404，將所攝取的影像以及相關聯的位置元資料儲存至行動裝置的記憶體。可將所儲存的資料維持於緩衝器中，或擷取以用於隨後在當前工作流程執行個體中使用。或者及/或另外，可擷取所儲存的資料以用於關於同一工作流程的後續執 行個體加以使用，在關於同一商業流程的另一工作流程中使用，在不同工作流程(其自身可相關於或可不相關於同一商業流程)中使用等，如一般熟習此項技術者在閱讀本說明書之後所理解。
在操作406中，方法400包含至少部分地基於在位置元資料中反映的位置資訊來促進工作流程所相關的商業流程。
如上所述，位置資訊較佳以位置元資料的形式儲存及/或與所攝取的影像相關聯。在一個實施例中，位置元資料可包含描述與元資料相關聯的資料的特徵的多個密鑰/值型資料。元資料可內嵌於與元資料相關聯的資料中，或(例如)以包含對與元資料相關聯的資料的引用的元資料檔案或頁面檔案單獨儲存。

當前揭露的技術有利地利用前述位置資訊及/或位置判定技術來增強建立、執行管理及/或以其他方式參與工作流程的使用者體驗。在閱讀本說明書之後，一般熟習此項技術者將瞭解在工作流程中且尤其是在商業定向的工作流程中使用大體上描述的基於位置的技術及/或技藝的特定適用性及優點。
因此，當前揭露的基於位置的工作流程全部關於商業流程，且可在其過程中依賴於一或多個商業活動及/或商業規則。每當工作流程經設計、組態或啟用以輔助人類使用者使用所述工作流程來實現一或多個商業定向的任務時，此工作流程可被視為「關於」商業流程。

雖然本文中可關於一或多個說明性情境、情形或使用狀況而進行描述，但此等技術及技藝應被理解為在關於及/或依賴於資料的不同選擇的廣泛各種情形下可廣泛應用於大量工作流程類型及/或反覆。
消除分類的歧義
舉例而言，在一個實施例中，商業定向的工作流程經組態以促進提供服務，諸如，信用服務、保險服務等。想要申請貸款或信用額度的使用者可經由工作流程提交申請，所述工作流程提供用於鍵入必需資訊的使用者親和且便利的機制。例示性申請需要個人身份識別資訊，使用者可視情況經由直接輸入請求資訊或藉由提交一組預定識別文件(諸如，出生證明、社會保障卡、駕駛執照、護照等)中的一者的影像來提交個人身份識別資訊，如一般熟習此項技術者在閱讀本說明書之後所理解。
在一種情境下，使用者將駕駛執照的影像提交至工作流程以達成提供必需身份識別資訊的目的。工作流程處理影像且試圖對駕駛執照分類以達成影像分析及內容識別/提取的目的。舉例 而言，工作流程可利用客製化影像處理設定或由特定權威機構發佈(且因此符合均一佈局及/或格式化範例)的對應於駕駛執照的提取模板。出於超出本揭露的範疇的原因，工作流程可識別所提交影像中的駕駛執照所屬的多個可能種類。為了在多個可能種類當中消除歧義，工作流程可請求對應於經由工作流程提交申請的時間、將工作流程執行個體化的時間、攝取影像的時間等中的一或多者的位置資訊。使用位置資訊，工作流程可判定所提交的駕駛執照屬於多個可能種類中的一者，作出此判定是由於此種類對應於與對攝取影像的位置具有管轄權的發佈權威機構相同或類似的發佈權威機構。
在此概念的較簡單表達中，馬利蘭州(Maryland)的居民經由工作流程起始信用申請。工作流程引導使用者藉由提交其駕駛執照的影像來提供必需識別資訊。工作流程調用攝取介面且引導使用者攝取其駕駛執照的影像。對使用者透明的是，工作流程同時獲取或判定裝置的當前位置的位置資訊，且使所述位置資訊與所獲取的影像相關聯以作為元資料。工作流程試圖對所成像的駕駛執照分類，且判定所述執照同樣地可能為馬利蘭州或弗羅裏達州(Florida)的駕駛執照。使用位置資訊元資料，工作流程基於指示影像是在馬利蘭州攝取的位置資訊來判定駕駛執照為馬利蘭州的駕駛執照。
相比而言，可利用位置資訊來判定文件對應於不與特定位置相關聯的分類。
舉例而言，在一個實施例中，遞送人員將包裹遞送至目 的地地址。在執行經組態以核實遞送且提供遞送證明資料的工作流程的過程中，遞送人員在接收者門口攝取包裹的影像。較佳在同一影像中(但有可能在額外影像中)，遞送人員攝取描繪裝箱單、收據、發票或充當購買、遞送等的記錄的其他文件的影像資料，且所攝取的影像與對應於在攝取影像時的使用者的位置的位置資訊相關聯。遞送人員將包裹及裝箱單的影像提交至工作流程，在工作流程中影像得以處理且分類演算法應用於所述影像以根據類型(例如，收據、裝箱單、地址標記、存貨單、監管鏈文件等)對所描繪的文件分類。分類演算法可能不能夠決定性地將所成像的文件分類成可能種類中的僅一者，且可利用結合影像資料而收集的位置資訊來消除文件種類的歧義。
在一種做法中，工作流程可判定對應於所攝取的影像的位置資訊不對應於一或多個預定位置(例如，對應於生產設施、檢驗設施、分銷設施、零售位置等的位置)。所述分類可因此至少部分地基於對應於所攝取的影像的位置資訊而將其他合格文件分類取消資格，尤其是唯一地與所攝取的影像資料的位置資訊所不對應的位置相關聯的任何分類。分類決策可視情況基於一或多個商業規則(例如，在產品循環中特定階段(諸如，生產/分銷/銷售/遞送等)將特定文件類型附加至包裹的標準慣例)。
更具體言之，在一種情形下，遞送人員攝取所遞送的包裹及所附加的地址標記的影像。結合影像攝取操作來收集GPS坐標，且將影像以及位置資訊提交至工作流程。工作流程試圖對地址標記分類，但無法決定性地在文件是裝箱單還是地址標記之間 進行判定。基於比較，工作流程判定在遞送人員攝取影像時收集的位置資料不對應於運營商的生產設施或分銷設施的地址。工作流程可單獨地或結合其他資訊(諸如，預定義的商業規則)來利用此失配以消除分類結果的歧義。
舉例而言，假設商業規則需要在遞送人員接收要遞送的包裹之前將裝箱單置放於對應包裹內。基於此知識，尤其是結合以上所涉及的失配，工作流程可推斷所成像的地址標記並非裝箱單，這是因為在遞送人員接收要遞送的包裹之前裝箱單密封且置放於包裹內部。因此，雖然分類演算法可能不能肯定地判定所成像的文件為地址標記，但雖然如此，工作流程仍可經由使用位置資訊來消除最不可能的分類的程序而達成判定正確的分類。
在本文中所描述的各種做法以及一般熟習此項技術者在閱讀本說明書之後將認識及/或瞭解的所述做法的任何功能等效物中，工作流程可利用位置資訊以將視情形而定且尤其是視位置情形而定的功能性提供給工作流程的一或多個操作。
舉例而言，在一些做法中，視位置情形而定的功能性可包含至少部分地基於判定位置資訊來調用工作流程。舉例而言，在判定使用者已到達啟程位置之後調用關於旅行的工作流程，諸如，在判定使用者已到達港口或機場、火車或公共汽車站之後起始簽到程序。
安全資料管理
其他視位置情形而定的功能性可包含至少部分地基於判定位置資訊而干擾、暫停或終止工作流程或工作流程中的一或多 個操作。在一種說明性做法中，工作流程利用敏感資料(諸如，個人身份識別資訊、財務資訊、醫療資訊等)，且所述敏感資料服從隱私保護或限制對敏感資料的存取或使用的其他安全性或資料管理協定。
舉例而言，可僅回應於滿足一或多個先決條件(諸如，使用者提供適當鑑別資訊(例如，用戶名及密碼等)及/或自連接至特定網路(關於敏感資料的通信被限於所述特定網路)的裝置請求對敏感資料的存取)來授予資料存取。換言之，在此情境下，敏感資料可僅由存在於特定位置(例如，伺服通信所限於的網路的場地)處的使用者存取。
為了核實用於對敏感資料的存取的請求為滿足所有先決準則的授權請求，工作流程可針對位置資訊來查詢使用者的行動裝置。在一些做法中，位置資訊亦可充當網路識別資訊(例如，IP位址或連接行動裝置的路由器的身份)。因此，工作流程可判定使用者的位置，以及此位置是否對應於關於敏感資料的授權「存取點」。完全或部分地基於位置資訊匹配如預期用於授權「存取點」的對應資訊，工作流程可被授予或拒絕對敏感資料的存取。

應用程式可安裝於行動裝置上，例如，儲存於裝置的非揮發性記憶體中。在一種做法中，應用程式包含用以在行動裝置上執行影像的處理的指令。在另一做法中，應用程式包含用以將影像發送至諸如網路伺服器的遠端伺服器的指令。在又一做法中，應用程式可包含用以決定是否在行動裝置上執行一些或全部處理及/或將影像發送至遠端位點以執行處理操作中的一些或全部的指令。
基於位置的實體識別
在其他做法中，可利用本發明概念而根據位置資訊來識別所關注實體。
舉例而言，使用者想要知曉哪一(哪些)零售商具有在使用者的當前位置附近的分店。使用者可參與工作流程，且使用位置資訊而識別相關聯於最接近於位置資訊所指示的實體位置的對應位置的至少一個實體。舉例而言，工作流程可有利地基於位置資訊而識別商業實體，其中商業實體可包含廠商、消費者、分銷商、供應商、運營商、零售商等中的一或多者，如一般熟習此項技術者在閱讀本說明書之後所理解。
較高級別的精細度在特定應用程式中為有利的，此是因為較不特定的資訊對於實現位置資訊的所要解析度可為必要的。因此，在此等實施例中，藉由利用相對較不精確的位置資訊而非精確地判定實體位置，可減少處理及/或通信資源使用。舉例而言，在一種情形下，可利用位置資訊以識別地理區域，例如，鄉鎮、城市、州、區縣、銷售地域、分銷地域、服務覆蓋區域、預期路線/路徑等。此情形釋放用於工作流程中或關於工作流程的其他任務及/或其他不相關操作的對應處理及/或通信資源。

即時追蹤及遙測
當前揭露的概念亦可利用位置資訊來促進追蹤參與進行工作流程或以其他方式與進行工作流程相關的資料、貨物及/或個 人。較佳地，在各種實施例中，追蹤即時地或近乎即時地發生且基於作為位置資訊的較佳形式的遙測資料，但是離散位置資訊以及非即時追蹤亦應被視為在本發明概念的範疇內。

舉例而言，為了促進消費者關係及消費者服務，提供服務的企業可利用工作流程來排程用戶的預約窗口。用戶可較佳經由允許用戶與工作流程介接的應用程式(例如，經由下載至用戶行動裝置的應用程式，所述應用程式允許提交求助請求、排程服務預約以及支付所呈遞的服務(以及對服務品質的可選回饋))來提供識別其行動裝置的資訊。服務提供商類似地利用行動裝置，所述行動裝置具有安裝於其上且經組態以自服務提供商(例如，調度者、技術員、監督者等)的觀點促進類似活動的應用程式。

金融交易

在一個此種實例中，使用者參與工作流程以處理付款，例如，向公用事業公司付款。使用者將匯款通知單(remittance slip) 成像且提交影像以作為付款處理的一部分。在接收使用者提交的影像之後，工作流程調用影像處理功能以自匯款通知單識別重要資訊，例如，消費者姓名、消費者帳號、公用事業公司名稱、公用事業公司地址、帳號、到期金額等。工作流程可利用結合攝取使用者提交的影像而收集的位置資訊以在多個候選公用事業公司中消除歧義，例如，藉由選擇實體上最接近於攝取使用者提交的影像的位置的公用事業公司來進行。
在其他實施例中，可至少部分地基於位置資訊而投送金融交易以進行處理。舉例而言，金融機構可基於位置資訊(尤其是諸如IP位址的基於網路的位置資訊)來判定用於將請求等投送至各種伺服器的位置。金融機構可按經設計以向處理請求的中心提供最高品質及最快速度的服務的方式投送請求。

當應用於處理結合任何數目個商業流程提交的表單時，當前揭露的技術亦為有利的，所述商業流程諸如為醫療索賠、利益索賠、保險索賠、貸款申請、新開戶、出租申請、報稅，或依賴於經由一或多種表單進行的資料收集及/或處理的任何其他等效商業流程，諸如一般熟習此項技術者在閱讀本說明書之後所理解。
大體而言，索賠處理及/或表單處理可包括工作流程的資料收集部分，且使用者可提交表單的一或多個影像，或一或多個其他文件(諸如，識別文件、金融文件、醫療文件等)的影像(不管是否適合標準「表單」)。工作流程較佳處理所述影像且利用來自所成像的文件的資料以填入表單上的欄位。
在一種做法中，可存在多個可能適用的表單，且工作流 程可包含至少部分依賴於位置資訊的消除歧義操作以在多個可能適用的表單當中進行解析。舉例而言，雖然跨越不同地理區域的個人可參與實質上類似及/或共同的商業流程，但可使所述共同商業流程與廣泛各種不同表單相關聯，每一表單有可能在個別地區內為「標準的」，但當相比於其他地區中的對應表單時在一或多個態樣中具有極少類似性。

在一個實施例中，第一表單包含呈「MM/DD/YY」格式的日期，而第二表單包含完整日期，諸如，「2012年1月1日」。此外，第一表單包含緊接著申請者面部的肖像影像的姓名、出生日期以及地址欄位，其全部位於縱向定向的表單文件的右上方區域中。同時，第二表單呈「橫向」定向，省略了肖像影像，且在橫向定向的文件的右下方部分上包含姓名、出生日期以及地址欄位。在此實例中，出於說明性目的而誇示若干表單之間的差別。 應理解，實際實施方案亦包含除了關於在其他地區中所利用的對應表單的單個或相對小數目(例如，三個至五個)的明確差別以外表單實質上相同的情境。

舉例而言，在一種做法中，索賠處理工作流程可包含基於與受損車輛的影像相關聯的位置資訊來填寫發生汽車事故的位置。
在額外及/或替代做法中，索賠處理工作流程包含使用自對應於同一位置或類似位置的另一文件收集的資料來填寫對應於特定位置的表單的適當欄位。舉例而言，一個工作流程用自駕駛執照的影像/結合駕駛執照的影像而收集的資訊來填入州事故報告表。對來自駕駛執照的資料的選擇以及所述資料在表單上的置放可至少部分地基於判定駕駛執照是由發生事故的相同州/權威機構頒發。類似位置的判定較佳由相關聯於駕駛執照的影像的位置資訊以及相關聯於工作流程中所涉及的影像或文件(例如，結合事故拍攝的受損車輛的影像)的位置資訊的類似性指示。
在特定較佳實施例中，結合事故發生而拍攝受損車輛的影像，且使其與包括GPS位置資訊的元資料相關聯。類似地，使駕駛執照的影像與包括位置資訊的元資料相關聯。位置元資料可呈任何形式，且可包含不精確或「較不精確的」位置資訊。實情為，在一些做法中，位置元資料可僅為兩字母的州名縮寫，諸如，針對馬利蘭州，為「MD」。工作流程比較位置元資料，且在不需要對結合事故而攝取的文件(例如，在事故現場取得的駕駛員陳述)的影像執行複雜影像分析、資料提取等的情況下，工作流程可用關於事故的有關資訊填入事故報告表。在多個變體中，資料填入可涉及以下各者的任何組合：在待填入資料的表單上定位適當欄位；提供資料以填入表單上的適當欄位；驗證當前填入表單的資料；以及替換當前填入表單的資料。
工作流程基於與每一影像相關聯的位置資訊的類似性來判定此自動資料填入操作的正當性，且可視情況提示使用者確認 所述自動資料填入將在當前參與的工作流程的情形下為恰當的。在判定填入恰當之後，工作流程用先前判定/獲取的有關資訊填入表單。在各種實施例中，所述有關資訊已(例如)自駕駛執照的影像、自中心資料源等得以判定及/或獲取。較佳地，有關資訊是使用駕駛執照的影像而擷取的，諸如，藉由自遠端資料源擷取資訊(例如，基於個人的駕駛執照號及姓氏來擷取維持駕駛執照資料的資料庫的記錄)而擷取。更佳地，有關資訊單獨地或組合地直接自駕駛執照的影像或在執行利用駕駛執照的影像的另一工作流程的過程中得以獲取及/或判定。
資料處理及管理
當前揭露的發明概念亦在資料管理及資料處理應用方面具有效用。
在一個實施例中，例如，可利用連續位置資訊以將關於工作流程的一或多個任務優先化。此等實例亦包含可利用行動裝置的位置資訊以促進資料管理的實施例。舉例而言，在一種做法中，使用者經由依賴於特定源資料的工作流程而參與商業流程。在適合於工作流程中的預期使用之前，所述源資料可能需要一些預處理，例如，資料可能需要特定格式化、品質分析等。
在另一說明性做法中，較佳使用諸如在上文所引用的相關專利申請案中所揭露的一或多個影像處理操作來處理包括文件的影像的源資料，所述相關專利申請案尤其包含所申請的美國專利申請案第13/740,123號及/或2013年3月13日申請的美國專利申請案第13/802,226號，以及2013年5月3日申請的美國臨時專 利申請案第61/819,463號及2013年3月13日申請的美國臨時專利申請案第61/780,747號。在其他實施例中，工作流程需要根據多個預定資料格式中的一者來格式化源資料。
無關於待執行的特定處理，在各種實施例中，在本揭露的範疇內的工作流程可利用位置資訊(例如，經由使用者的行動裝置而收集的位置資訊)以根據使用者的商業流程活動及/或需要建議及/或自動地進行資料處理。
舉例而言，在一種做法中，汽車保險代理參與經組態以促進處理關於涉及用戶的事故的保險索賠的工作流程。代理接收用戶涉及到汽車事故的通知(例如，經由電話呼叫、電子郵件或發送至保險公司的自動通知)。所述通知可包含或伴隨關於事件的額外資料，諸如，描繪事故中所涉及的汽車的影像資料、描繪用戶的駕駛執照及/或其他識別文件的影像資料等。
為了促進處理索賠(例如，藉由提供報價)，保險代理需要特定資訊(或在不需要時將受益於特定資訊)，其中至少一些可獲自影像資料及/或額外資料。另外，代理可能需要在預定時間(諸如，在到達事故現場之後)存取此資訊。在此狀況下，可利用位置資訊以藉由確保所有必需資料在代理需要或以其他方式預備好接收此資料的時刻可用而促進工作流程。
舉例而言，在一種做法中，工作流程根據先前描述的情境而偵測對觸發條件的滿足，諸如，針對事故發生的報價或通知的請求。回應於偵測到觸發條件，工作流程可起始關於事件的資料的處理，管理處置關於事件的資料的工作的處理優先級等。然 而，觸發條件可採取任何合適形式，且可涉及多個條件。在特定較佳做法中，根據保險報價實例，觸發條件可包括接收涉及事故的用戶的通知以及判定代理已在去往事故地點途中的組合。
為了判定代理已在去往事故地點途中，工作流程較佳利用位置資訊。雖然任何位置資訊皆為適合的，但位置資訊較佳呈遙測資料的形式。位置資訊指示代理正在朝向事故位置的軌跡上前往事故位置且將在估計到達時間(time of arrival,ETA)到達。基於代理的ETA，以及處理要求(例如，最小的處理資源、時間)，工作流程可影響資料管理及/或處理。舉例而言，工作流程可起始處理工作，修改現有處理工作(例如，藉由使較多/較少或不同資源專用於執行所述工作)，及/或以適合於確保任何必需資料準備好供代理在到達事故地點之後使用的方式終止處理工作。

在較佳實施例中，自動通知亦可完全或部分地基於位置資料。舉例而言，在本汽車事故情境的情形下，可回應於判定使用者正在汽車中行駛(如可根據對應於以通常經由汽車而實現的速率行進的遙測資料以及對應於沿著主要州際公路或其他已知汽 車交通路線行進的GPS資料來指示)且汽車有可能已涉及事故(例如，如藉由大於臨限「安全」減速度速率的特定減速度速率及/或背離汽車行駛的已知交通路線大於預定距離所指示)而將自動通知發送至保險公司。
如閱讀本說明書的熟習此項技術者所瞭解，此等指示同樣適用於其他情境，諸如，緊急回應工作流程、交通報告工作流程等。另外，根據大量做法，亦可利用適用於本文所描述的其他情境的其他指示以類似方式提供自動通知。
在至少一些做法中，如一般熟習此項技術者在閱讀本說明書之後所理解，可至少部分地回應於如下操作來調用及/或管理工作的處理優先級及/或執行：起始工作流程中的程序；偵測到達實體位置的預定附近範圍內的運動持續預定時間段(例如，如可指示個人開始自第一位置至目的地位置的旅行)；等。
監督批准/審查
在其他實施例中，本發明的基於位置的做法有利地適用於各種商業流程的監督以及批准。舉例而言，在一個實施例中，關於工作流程或作為工作流程的部分的動作可需要由授權實體批准。在工作流程的過程中，當需要來自授權實體的批准時，工作流程可利用位置資訊以定位最近可達授權實體、替代授權實體等。

機會排程

Claims (24)

  1. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法，包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收所述行動裝置的位置資訊，所述位置資訊驗證所述行動裝置在特定時間的位置；使用所述行動裝置的處理器嘗試分類使用所述行動裝置攝取的影像中的一或多個物件，其中所述嘗試分類所述一或多個物件造成歧義分類結果；以及至少部分地基於所述行動裝置在所述特定時間的所述位置，使用所述行動裝置的處理器消除所述歧義分類結果的歧義。

  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的方法，其中所述影響包括基於所述位置資訊來干擾所述工作流程中的至少一個操作。
  10. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法，包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收關於所述工作流程的位置資訊；使用所述行動裝置的處理器基於所述位置資訊來影響所述工作流程的至少一部分，其中所述工作流程的所述受影響的部分包 括索賠處理操作，所述影響包括：若在多個候選表單其中之一上描繪的位置匹配對應於所述位置資訊的地區，自所述多個候選表單當中選擇對應於所述匹配地區的標準表單，以及至少部分地基於與所述候選表單相關聯所述位置資訊、由使用者結合所述工作流程判定或提供的所述位置資訊以及結合所述工作所攝取及/或分析的影像相關聯的位置資訊，來填入所述所選擇的所述表單的至少一個欄位。
  11. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法，包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收關於所述工作流程的位置資訊；使用所述行動裝置的處理器基於所述位置資訊來影響所述工作流程的至少一部分，其中所述工作流程的所述受影響的部分包括金融交易操作，且其中所述影響包括：將匯款通知單成像以獲得影像；調用影像處理功能以自所述匯款通知單識別所述位置資訊；以及收集所述位置資訊以從多個候選公用事業公司中消除公用事業公司的歧義。
  12. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法， 包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收關於所述工作流程的位置資訊；使用所述行動裝置的處理器基於所述位置資訊來影響所述工作流程的至少一部分，其中所述工作流程的所述受影響的部分包括金融交易操作，且其中所述影響包括提供參與金融交易的產品或品牌，所述產品或品牌至少部分地基於所述位置資訊以及以下各者中的一或多者：歷史位置資訊；金融風險設定檔；金融投資設定檔；金融資產設定檔；以及金融債務設定檔。
  13. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法，包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收關於所述工作流程的位置資訊；使用所述行動裝置的處理器基於所述位置資訊來影響所述工 作流程的至少一部分，其中所述工作流程的所述受影響的部分包括金融交易請求，且其中所述影響包括基於所述位置資訊將所述金融交易請求投送至伺服器，其中所述位置資訊是基於網路的位置資訊。
  14. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法，包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收關於所述工作流程的位置資訊；使用所述行動裝置的處理器基於所述位置資訊來影響所述工作流程的至少一部分，其中所述工作流程的所述受影響的部分包括資料管理操作，且其中所述影響包括以下各者中的至少一者：至少部分地基於所述位置資訊來起始處理工作；至少部分地基於所述位置資訊來終止所述處理工作；修改用於所述處理的一或多個處理參數，所述修改至少部分地基於所述位置資訊；以及至少部分地基於所述位置資訊而將資料傳輸至所述行動裝置，其中修改所述一或多個處理參數包括以下各者中的至少一者：更改所述處理工作的優先級；指定一或多個處理資源以執行所述處理工作； 修改專用於執行所述處理工作的所述一或多個處理資源中的數個；以及修改專用於執行所述處理工作的所述一或多個處理資源的身份。
  15. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法，包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收關於所述工作流程的位置資訊；使用所述行動裝置的處理器基於所述位置資訊來影響所述工作流程的至少一部分，其中所述工作流程的所述受影響的部分包括機會排程操作，且其中所述影響包括：判定需要來自多個合格實體當中的一或多個實體的參與的工作流程的至少一部分；以及至少部分地基於所述合格實體所述位置資訊來識別所述多個合格實體當中彼此接近的一或多個較佳實體。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述的方法，更包括：根據所述較佳實體的可用時間而判定互相便利的會面時間；至少部分地基於所述較佳實體的所述位置資訊而判定所述較佳實體的互相便利的會面位置；以及產生針對所述較佳實體的會面請求，所述會面請求對應於所 述互相便利的會面時間以及所述互相便利的會面位置。

  21. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的方法，包括：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收關於所述工作流程的位置資訊；使用所述行動裝置的處理器基於所述位置資訊來影響所述工作流程的至少一部分，其中所述工作流程的所述受影響的部分包括分類操作，且 其中所述影響包括至少部分地基於所述位置資訊而判定文件屬於多個文件種類當中的特定文件種類，且其中所述判定包括至少部分地基於所述位置資訊而將權重施加至種類，所述權重指示所述文件屬於所述特定文件種類。
  22. 一種利用基於位置的資訊來影響商業工作流程的系統，包括：處理器；以及在所述處理器中及/或可由所述處理器執行的邏輯，所述邏輯經組態以使所述處理器：起始工作流程；使用行動裝置的處理器來執行所述工作流程內的至少一個操作；接收所述行動裝置的位置資訊，所述位置資訊驗證所述行動裝置在特定時間的位置；使用所述行動裝置的處理器嘗試分類使用所述行動裝置攝取的影像中的一或多個物件，其中所述嘗試分類所述一或多個物件造成歧義分類結果；以及至少部分地基於所述行動裝置在所述特定時間的所述位置，使用所述行動裝置的處理器消除所述歧義分類結果的歧義。
