(c) константной области антитела человека, которая включает как делецию Gly в положении 326 (положении 446 в Европейской системе нумерации), так и делецию Lys в положении 327 (положении 447 в Европейской системе нумерации) в аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 3. ! 2. Claims (33)
1. Константная область антитела человека, выбираемая из:
(a) константной области антитела человека, которая включает как делецию Gly в положении 329 (положении 446 в Европейской системе нумерации), так и делецию Lys в положении 330 (положении 447 в Европейской системе нумерации) в аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 1;
(b) константной области антитела человека, которая включает как делецию Gly в положении 325 (положении 446 в Европейской системе нумерации), так и делецию Lys в положении 326 (положении 447 в Европейской системе нумерации) в аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 2; и
(c) константной области антитела человека, которая включает как делецию Gly в положении 326 (положении 446 в Европейской системе нумерации), так и делецию Lys в положении 327 (положении 447 в Европейской системе нумерации) в аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 3.
2. Константная область IgG2, в которой аминокислоты в положениях 209 (положении 330 в Европейской системе нумерации), 210 (положении 331 в Европейской системе нумерации) и 218 (положении 339 в Европейской системе нумерации) в аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 2 заменены другими аминокислотами.
3. Константная область IgG2, в которой аминокислота в положении 276 (положении 397 в Европейской системе нумерации) в аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 2 заменена другой аминокислотой.
4. Константная область IgG2, в которой His в положении 147 (положении 268 в Европейской системе нумерации), Arg в положении 234 (положении 355 в Европейской системе нумерации) и/или Gln в положении 298 (положении 419 в Европейской системе нумерации) в аминокислотной последовательности SEQ ID NO: 2 заменены другими аминокислотами.
