Abstract

Una estructura de material compuesta de metal/resina (106) se obtiene al unir un miembro metálico (103) y un miembro de resina (105) hecho de una composición de resina termoplástica (P). Cuando tres partes de línea recta arbitrarias que están presentes en la superficie (110) del elemento metálico (103) en paralelo entre sí y tres partes de línea recta arbitrarias que son perpendiculares a dichas partes de línea recta, es decir, seis partes de línea recta en total, se someten a la rugosificación superficial medida de acuerdo con JIS B0601 (correspondiente norma internacional: lSO4287), los valores de rugosidad superficial medidos satisfacen los requisitos (1) y (2) simultáneamente: (1) al menos una de las partes de línea recta exhibe una relación material del perfil de rugosidad (Rmr, por sus siglas en inglés) de 30% o menos, como se determina a un nivel de sección de 20% y una longitud de evaluación de 4 mm; y (2) los diez puntos de valores de rugosidad promedio (Rz, por sus siglas en inglés) de todas las partes en línea recta como se determina en una longitud de evaluación de 4 mm exceden de 2 µm.
