Claims (18)

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전하이동착체함유층이 양극에 접하는 홀 수송층인 유기소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전하이동착체함유층이 다른 분자구조를 가진 홀-수송성 분자로 각각 구성된 두 층들 사이의 계면으로 구성되어 그들 사이에 있는 홀 이동장벽을 저감시키는 유기소자.

- 기판위에:(A)음극층;(B)주로 유기화합물로 구성된 층구조;(C)홀-수송성유기화합물층;(D)MoO3 로 구성된 양극인접층;(E)양극층;의 순서로 증착된 유기소자이며,"(D) MoO3 로 구성된 양극인접층"은 저항가열증착법에 의해 형성되고,(C) 및 (D)층 사이의 계면층이 전하이동착체함유층이어서, 홀-수송성유기화합물이 (D)층의 MoO3 및 (C)층의 홀-수송성유기화합물의 접촉에 의해 라디칼양이온 상태에 있는 유기소자.
- 기판위에:(A)음극층;(B)주로 유기화합물로 구성된 층구조;(C)MoO3 및 홀-수송성유기분자의 혼합으로 구성된 양극인접층;(D)양극층;의 순서로 증착된 유기소자이며,"(C) MoO3 및 홀-수송성유기분자의 혼합으로 구성된 양극인접층"은 저항가열증착법에 의해 형성되고,"(C) 양극인접층"내의 상기 MoO3 및 상기 홀-수송성유기분자가 전하이동착체 를 형성하여서, 상기 홀-수용성유기분자가 라디칼양이온 상태에 있고, 전하이동착체함유층을 형성하는 유기소자.
