Claims (6)
- 第1の導電層と、
前記第1の導電層上の、電界発光層と、
前記電界発光層に存在する欠陥部を閉塞するように、前記欠陥部に充填された絶縁材と、
前記電界発光層および前記絶縁材上の第2の導電層と、を有し、
前記電界発光層は、最上層に金属酸化物層を有し、
前記電界発光層は、前記金属酸化物層と接する第1の層を有し、
前記第1の層は、正孔輸送性を有する物質およびアクセプター性物質を含み、
前記第2の導電層は、前記金属酸化物層と接する領域を有し、かつ、前記絶縁材と接する領域を有する発光素子。 - 請求項1において、
前記電界発光層は、前記第1の層と接する第2の層を有し、
前記第2の層は、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類金属、アルカリ金属化合物、アルカリ土類金属化合物、または、希土類金属化合物を有する発光素子。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、
前記金属酸化物層は、酸化モリブデン層である発光素子。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子を発光部に備える照明装置。
- 第1の導電層を形成し、
前記第1の導電層の上に、電界発光層を形成し、
前記電界発光層は、最上層に金属酸化物層を有し、
前記電界発光層は、前記金属酸化物層と接する第1の層を有し、
前記第1の層は、正孔輸送性を有する物質およびアクセプター性物質を含み、
前記金属酸化物層の上に絶縁層を形成し、かつ、前記電界発光層に存在する欠陥部を閉塞するように、前記欠陥部に前記絶縁層の一部を充填し、
酸素プラズマ処理を行うことにより、前記絶縁層のうち、前記欠陥部に充填された前記絶縁層の部分を残存させ絶縁材を形成し、かつ、残りの前記絶縁層の部分を除去し前記金属酸化物層の上面を露出させ、
前記金属酸化物層上及び前記絶縁材上に第2の導電層を形成する発光素子の作製方法。 - 請求項5において、
前記金属酸化物層は、酸化モリブデン層である発光素子の作製方法。
