Claims (15)
- 리튬이온 2차전지로서,리튬이온을 흡수저장·방출 가능한 양극과,리튬이온을 흡수저장·방출 가능한 음극과,상기 양극과 음극의 사이에 개재하는 다공막과,비수전해액으로 이루어지고,상기 다공막은, 상기 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한 쪽의 표면에 접착되어 있고,상기 다공막은, 무기산화물 필러 및 수지결착제로 이루어지고,상기 다공막에 있어서의 상기 수지결착제의 함유량은, 상기 무기산화물 필러 100중량부당 1.5∼8중량부이고,상기 수지결착제는, 아크릴로니트릴 단위, 아크릴레이트 단위 및 메타크릴레이트 단위로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종이상을 포함하는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 버블 포인트법에 의해 구해지는 상기 다공막내의 미세공의 평균 구멍지름이, 0.02∼0.09㎛인 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공막의 신장률이, 15% 이상이고 20.8%이하인 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지결착제의 양이, 상기 다공막이 상기 전극표면과 접착하고 있는 제 1 표면측에서 적고, 상기 제 1 표면의 반대측의 제 2 표면측에서 많아지고 있는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기산화물 필러가, 대입자군과 소입자군의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 상기 대입자군의 평균 입자지름 A와 상기 소입자군의 평균 입자지름 B가, 식(1) : 0.05 ≤ B/A ≤ 0.25을 충족하는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지결착제가 코어쉘형의 고무입자로 이루어지고, 상기 고무입자는 점착성 표층부를 갖는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기산화물 필러가 적어도 Al2O3을 포함하는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지결착제가 250℃ 이상의 분해개시 온도를 갖는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 수지결착제가 250℃ 이상의 결정융점을 갖는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공막이 1층의 막으로 이루어지고, 상기 수지결착제의 양이, 상기 제 1 표면측으로부터 상기 제 2 표면측을 향하여 점차 많아지고 있는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공막이 복수층의 막으로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 표면측에 위치하는 막에 있어서의 상기 무기산화물 필러와 상기 수지결착제의 합계에 차지하는 상기 수지결착제의 함유율보다도, 상기 제 2 표면측에 위치하는 막에 있어서의 상기 무기산화물 필러와 상기 수지결착제의 합계에 차지하는 상기 수지결착제의 함유율이 높은 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공막의 상기 제 2 표면측의 표층부에 있어서, 상기 무기산화물 필러와 상기 수지결착제의 합계에 차지하는 상기 무기산화물 필러의 함유율이 70∼98중량%이고, 상기 표층부의 두께가 상기 다공막의 두께의 20%인 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 음극이, 상기 다공막만을 통하여 소용돌이형상으로 두루 감아지고 있는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 음극이, 상기 다공막 및 세퍼레이터를 통하여 소용돌이형상으로 두루 감아지고 있는 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서의 상기 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조법으로서,(a) 무기산화물 필러 100중량부와, 아크릴로니트릴 단위, 아크릴레이트 단위 및 메타크릴레이트 단위로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종이상을 포함하는 수지결착제 1.5∼8중량부와, 상기 무기산화물 필러의 분산매를 포함하는 페이스트를 조제하고,(b) 상기 페이스트를, 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한 쪽의 표면에 도포하고,(c) 상기 전극의 표면에 도포된 페이스트를 100℃ 이상 180℃ 이하의 온도에서 건조하는 공정을 갖는 제조법.
