Description
Claims (12)
- 양극과, 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터와, 비수전해액과, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한쪽의 전극의 표면에 접착된 다공질 절연막을 포함하고,상기 다공질 절연막은 무기산화물 필러 및 막 결착제를 포함하고,상기 세퍼레이터의 겉보기 체적에 대한 진체적의 비율 R이, 0.4이상 0.7이하이고, 상기 비율 R과, 상기 다공질 절연막의 다공도(多孔度) P가, 관계식:-0.10≤R-P≤0.30을 만족하며,수은 압입식 세공측정기로 측정되는 상기 다공질 절연막의 세공(細孔) 지름 분포에 있어서, 누적 체적이 90%일 때의 세공 지름 D90가, 0.15㎛이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 절연막에 포함되는 상기 막 결착제의 양이, 상기 무기산화물 필러 100중량부당 4중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 절연막에 포함되는 상기 막 결착제의 양이, 상기 무기산화물 필러 100중량부당 1중량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 양극과, 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터와, 비수전해액과, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한쪽의 전극의 표면에 접착된 다공질 절연막을 포함하고,상기 다공질 절연막은 무기산화물 필러 및 막 결착제를 포함하고,상기 세퍼레이터의 겉보기 체적에 대한 진체적의 비율 R이, 0.4이상 0.7이하이고, 상기 비율 R과, 상기 다공질 절연막의 다공도(多孔度) P가, 관계식:-0.10≤R-P≤0.30을 만족하며,상기 다공질 절연막과, 상기 다공질 절연막이 접착하는 전극 표면과의 접합계면에, 상기 비수전해액을 유지할 수 있는 공극이 형성되어 있고,수은 압입식 세공측정기로 측정되는 상기 접합계면의 공극의 세공 지름 분포가, 1∼4㎛의 영역에 피크를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 절연막이 접착하는 전극 표면의 표면조도의 평균치 Ra가, 0.1∼1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 절연막에 포함되는 상기 막 결착제의 양이, 상기 무기산화물 필러 100중량부당 4중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 절연막에 포함되는 상기 막 결착제의 양이, 상기 무기산화물 필러 100중량부당 1중량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 양극과, 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터와, 비수전해액과, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한쪽의 전극의 표면에 접착된 다공질 절연막을 포함하고,상기 다공질 절연막은 무기산화물 필러 및 막 결착제를 포함하고,상기 세퍼레이터의 겉보기 체적에 대한 진체적의 비율 R이, 0.4이상 0.7이하이고, 상기 비율 R과, 상기 다공질 절연막의 다공도(多孔度) P가, 관계식:-0.10≤R-P≤0.30을 만족하며,상기 무기산화물 필러는 다결정 입자를 포함하고, 상기 다결정 입자는 확산 결합한 복수의 1차 입자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 입자의 평균 입자지름이 3㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 다결정 입자의 평균 입자지름이 상기 1차 입자의 평균 입자지름의 2배 이상이며, 또한 10㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 절연막에 포함되는 상기 막 결착제의 양이, 상기 무기산화물 필러 100중량부당 4중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 절연막에 포함되는 상기 막 결착제의 양이, 상기 무기산화물 필러 100중량부당 1중량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 2차 전지.
