Description
Claims (12)
- ラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−複数の試料容器搬送体(110)であって、各々の前記試料容器搬送体が少なくとも1つの磁気活性素子(115)を備え、各々の前記試料容器搬送体が少なくとも1つの試料容器(120)を搬送する、複数の試料容器搬送体(110)と、
−移送平面(130)であって、前記移送平面は前記試料容器搬送体を支持する、移送平面(130)と、
−複数の電磁アクチュエータ(140)であって、前記電磁アクチュエータは前記移送平面の下方に固定されて配列され、前記電磁アクチュエータは、前記試料容器搬送体へ磁気移動力を印加することによって前記移送平面の上の前記試料容器搬送体を動かす、複数の電磁アクチュエータ(140)と、
−複数の位置センサ(150)であって、前記位置センサは前記移送平面の下方に固定されて配列されており、位置センサが感知領域(160)と電気抵抗(Rx、Ry)を有し、前記電気抵抗は前記感知領域内に位置する前記移送平面上の試料容器搬送体の位置(PS)に依存する、複数の位置センサ(150)と、
−位置測定ユニット(170)であって、前記位置測定ユニットは前記位置センサの前記電気抵抗を評価することによって前記移送平面の上の前記試料容器搬送体の前記位置を測定する、位置測定ユニット(170)と、
を備えているラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)であって、
前記位置センサ(150)は前記移送平面(130)に沿って所与のセンサ長さ(Lx、Ly)を有し、前記センサ長さは前記感知領域(160)を画定し、前記電気抵抗(Rx、Ry)は、前記センサ長さに沿った前記感知領域内に位置する前記移送平面上の前記試料容器搬送体(110)の前記位置(PS)に依存し、
前記位置センサ(150)は、抵抗要素(210)であって、前記移送平面(130)に沿って前記センサ長さ(Lx、Ly)に亘って延びている抵抗要素(210)と、コンダクタンス要素(220)であって、前記電気抵抗(Rx、Ry)を生じさせるように前記抵抗要素を相手に位置変更式電気接点(230)を作る、コンダクタンス要素(220)と、を備え、前記抵抗要素に沿った前記電気接点の位置(PC)は前記試料容器搬送体(110)の前記位置(PS)に依存し、
前記抵抗要素(210)は第1の方向(x)及び前記第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向(y)に延びており、前記位置センサ(150)は、前記第1の方向の電気抵抗(Rx)及び前記第2の方向の電気抵抗(Ry)を測定するためのマルチプレクサ(240)を備えている、
ラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記位置センサ(150)は空間的に偏向可能な要素(190)を備えており、前記空間的に偏向可能な要素の空間的偏向は、前記感知領域(160)内に位置する前記試料容器搬送体(110)の前記位置(PS)に依存し、前記電気抵抗(Rx、Ry)は前記空間的偏向に依存する、請求項1に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記空間的に偏向可能な要素(190)は磁性材料(200)を備えており、前記磁性材料は、空間的偏向を生じさせるように、前記感知領域(160)内に位置する前記試料容器搬送体(110)の前記磁気活性素子(115)と相互作用する、請求項2に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記空間的に偏向可能な要素(190)は、可撓性の膜として具現化されている、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記センサ長さ(Lx、Ly)は20mmから60mmの範囲にある、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記コンダクタンス要素(220)は、前記移送平面(130)に沿って前記センサ長さ(Lx、Ly)に亘って延びている、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記空間的に偏向可能な要素(190)は前記抵抗要素及び/又は前記コンダクタンス要素(220)によって形成され、前記空間的に偏向可能な要素の前記空間的偏向は前記位置変更式電気接点(230)を生じさせる、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記位置センサ(150)は行(250)と列(260)に配列されている、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記位置センサ(150)は前記移送平面(130)と前記電磁アクチュエータ(140)の間に配列されている、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記ラボラトリ試料分配システムは印刷回路板(270)を備えており、前記印刷回路板は前記移送平面の下方に固定されて配列され、前記位置センサ(150)は表面実装素子として具現化されていて前記印刷回路板の表面(280)上へ直接実装されている、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- 前記ラボラトリ試料分配システムは制御ユニット(180)を備えており、前記制御ユニットは前記位置測定ユニット(170)と信号接続にあり、前記制御ユニットは、前記試料容器搬送体(110)が対応する移送経路に沿って動くよう、前記移送平面の上の前記試料容器搬送体の前記位置(PS)に依存して前記電磁アクチュエータ(140)を駆動することによって、前記移送平面(130)の上の前記試料容器搬送体(110)の運動を制御するように構成されている、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。
- ラボラトリ自動化システム(10)において、
−複数の分析前、分析時、及び/又は分析後ラボラトリステーション(20)と、
−請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)であって、前記ラボラトリ試料分配システムは前記ラボラトリステーション間で前記試料容器搬送体(110)及び/又は試料容器(120)を分配するラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)と、
を備えているラボラトリ自動化システム(10)。
