Claims (13)
- ラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)であって、
−移送平面(110)と、
−複数の試料容器搬送体(140)と、
−前記試料容器搬送体(140)を前記移送平面(110)上で動かすように適合されている駆動手段(120)と、
−前記試料容器搬送体(140)が対応する移送経路に沿って動くよう前記駆動手段(120)を駆動することによって前記移送平面(110)の上の前記試料容器搬送体(140)の運動を制御するように構成されている制御装置(150)と、
を備え、
−前記移送平面(110)が第1の電気伝導性材料(111)によって覆われており、
−各試料容器搬送体(140)が、前記移送平面(110)上を動くための平坦な下表面(142)を備えており、前記下表面(142)は孔が形成されていない平坦な面であり、前記下表面(142)は第2の電気伝導性材料(143)で覆われている、

−前記第1の電気伝導性材料(111)がコポリエステル材料を備えている、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記第1の電気伝導性材料(111)がポリエチレンテレフタレート材料を備えている、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記第1の電気伝導性材料(111)が光学的に明るい材料である、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記第1の電気伝導性材料(111)が炭素系電気伝導性添加物を欠いている、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記移送平面(110)がざらついた表面を有している、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項6に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記第2の電気伝導性材料(143)が超高分子ポリエチレンを備えている、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記第1の電気伝導性材料(111)及び/又は前記第2の電気伝導性材料(143)が電気伝導性ポリマーである、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記第1の電気伝導性材料(111)及び/又は前記第2の電気伝導性材料(143)が電気伝導性添加物を備えている、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項9に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記電気伝導性添加物が電気伝導性ポリマーである、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記第1の電気伝導性材料(111)及び前記第2の電気伝導性材料(143)は、前記移送平面(110)の全域における、前記試料容器搬送体(140)と前記移送平面(110)との間に生じる滑り摩擦と静止摩擦が均等化されている、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)において、
−前記駆動手段(120)が、前記移送平面(110)より下に位置付けられ前記制御装置(150)によって制御可能である電磁作動器(120)として形成されており、
−前記試料容器搬送体(140)が、それぞれ、前記試料容器搬送体(140)へ磁気駆動力が印加されるように前記電磁作動器によって生成される磁場との相互作用のための磁気活性素子(141)を備えている、
ことを特徴とするラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - −複数のラボラトリステーション(20)と、
−請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(110)と、
を備えているラボラトリ自動化システム(10)。
