Description

Claims (23)
- 解剖学的構造の範囲内で流体の流れを測定する装置であって:
血管内に挿入可能であるように構築されて、前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも一部に少なくとも1つの放射を導くように構成される、少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメント;
前記プローブ・アレンジメントを介して前記流体から提供される第1の放射と、自身の波長に応じて参照経路から提供される第2の放射との間の干渉を検出するように構成される、少なくとも1つの第2のアレンジメント;および、
時間の関数としての前記干渉の強度に応じて前記流体の少なくとも1つの特性を決定するように構成される、少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメント;
を備える装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、(i)血管の内部の流体の流れ、速度、平均ピーク速度、最大ピーク速度、平均またはピーク速度のうちの少なくとも1つを含む特定のパラメータ、または(ii)前記特定のパラメータの多次元分布、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、前記少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメントからの測定されている前記流体の距離に応じてまたは時間に応じて前記少なくとも1つの特性を決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、狭窄、閉塞またはステント留置されたセグメントに対する少なくとも1つの近位または遠位で前記少なくとも1つの特性を決定する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、(i)前記血管の壁の少なくとも1つのプロパティまたはジオメトリーを決定、または(ii)前記血管の内部の圧力に基づいて前記血流予備量比を生成、のうちの少なくとも1つをするようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記壁のプロパティは、前記壁の内腔の輪郭または生体力学的プロパティ、あるいは前記壁の組織の特性である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメントは、カテーテル、ワイヤまたは外筒のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体は、血液、透明な媒質、それらの組み合わせ、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の放射または前記第2の放射のうちの少なくとも1つの波長は、時間とともに変化する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のアレンジメントは、各々前記干渉の別個の波長バンドを検出するように構成された検出器の少なくとも1つのアレイを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、前記流体が前記血管の壁のプロパティに関して少なくとも1つの特性および情報に基づいて測定されないところで、流体のさらなる特性を推定するように、さらに構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、前記血管の内部の前記流体の圧力であり、そして、前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、前記血管の壁のプロパティおよび前記流体のプロパティに応じて前記圧力を決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、前記干渉を用いて前記血管の壁の少なくとも1つの三次元情報を決定するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメントは、前記装置のオペレーション中、静止しているように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、さらなる生理的測定値と同期をとって前記少なくとも1つの特性を決定する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記さらなる生理的測定値は、EKG、心拍数、収縮期(最高)または拡張期(最低)血圧、最大の流れ、最小の流れ、動脈圧または動脈圧測定のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメントは、前記少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメントの延長の方向に対してほぼ垂直な軸線に沿って、前記少なくとも一部に前記少なくとも1つの放射を導く、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、流れの速度プロファイルを可聴周波数に変換することによってオーディオ波形を生成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧力測定のためのさらなるアレンジメントをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記さらなるアレンジメントは、(i)前記カテーテルを通って伝播する電磁放射線に基づく圧力情報を生成するように構成される、または(ii)ファブリ・ペローまたはファイバ格子センサのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、(i)相関手順を用いて、または(ii)前記流体と関連した画像のスペックルパターンを分析することにより、のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて前記少なくとも1つの特性を決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第3のアレンジメントは、前記少なくとも1つの特性に基づいて音を生成し、
前記音のオーディオ波形は、前記少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメントの光学系が正確に配置されることを決定するのに使用可能であり、
前記オーディオ波形は、十分な流れ信号を確認するために使用可能である、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 解剖学的構造の範囲内で流体の流れを測定する装置の作動方法であって:
(i)少なくとも1つの放射が適用された前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも一部を含む血管から少なくとも1つの第1のプローブ・アレンジメントを介して前記流体から提供される第1の放射と、(ii)自身の波長に応じて参照経路から提供される第2の放射との間の干渉を検出するステップ;および、
時間の関数としての前記干渉の強度を用いて前記流体の少なくとも1つの特性を決定するステップ;
を含む装置の作動方法。
