Claims (40)
- 損傷のある皮下組織を治療する減圧システムにおいて、当該減圧システムが、
斜めの末端部を有し医療用クッション材で形成された成形医療用クッションであって、患者の表皮上に配置され前記損傷のある皮下組織をほぼ覆う寸法の成形医療用クッションと、
前記成形医療用クッションと患者の表皮の一部との間に液密を提供するオーバドレープと、
減圧源と、
前記ドレープに連結され、前記成形医療用クッションへ減圧を供給するための減圧接続部と、
前記減圧源と減圧接続部とを流体接続する減圧供給導管とを具え、
前記成形医療用クッションの斜めの末端部が、減圧下におかれると前記表皮を介して表皮より深い組織部位に患者の身体又は身体の中心線に向う垂直方向の圧迫力を段階的にかけるよう動作可能であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記成形医療用クッションは、密度が25.6kg/m3より大きな網状発泡体を具えることを特徴とするシステム。

- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記成形医療用クッションが超吸収性素材を含み、減圧下で、前記超吸収性素材に液体を添加すると増大する圧縮力を放射方向に生じうることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記成形医療用クッションが、
第1の面および第2の内側対向面を有し液体を添加すると硬度が増大しうる超吸収性材料と、
第1の面および第2の面を有する通気性のドライ層とを具え、
前記超吸収性材料の第2の面の少なくとも一部が前記ドライ層の第1の面に結合されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記成形医療用クッションが、
第1の面および第2の内側対向面を有し液体を添加すると硬度が増大しうる超吸収性材料と、
第1の面および第2の面を有する通気性のドライ層と、

- 手術後の患者の切開部周辺の損傷した皮下組織を治療する減圧システムにおいて、当該減圧システムが、
患者の表皮上に展開され、前記損傷した皮下組織および付随する切開部を覆うよう寸法形成された成形医療用クッションであって、前記表皮を介して表皮より深い組織部位に患者の身体又は身体の中心線に向う垂直方向の圧迫力を段階的にかけるよう動作可能な成形された末端部を有し、第1の面と第2の内側対向面を具える成形医療用クッションと、
ここで前記成形された末端部は斜面を有する医療用クッション材を含んでおり、
前記成形医療用クッションと前記患者表皮の一部との間に液密を提供するシーリングサブシステムと、
前記シーリングサブシステムに減圧を供給しうる減圧サブシステムと、
第1の面と第2の内側対向面を有し、治療領域開口部が形成されたインナー層とを具え、当該インナー層の第1の面が少なくとも一部において前記成形医療用クッションに連結されており、
前記成形医療用クッション、シーリングサブシステム、および減圧サブシステムは、表皮より深い組織部位で発生する圧縮力と、前記切開部に向かい実質的に前記表皮面内の内向力とを生じうることを特徴とするシステム。 - 損傷した皮下組織を治療する減圧システムの製造方法において、当該製造方法が、
医療用クッション材を提供するステップと、
当該医療用クッション材から、第1の面および患者の表皮上に配置される第2の内側対向面を有する成形医療用クッションを成形するステップであって、さらに、前記成形医療用クッションが減圧下におかれると前記表皮を介して表皮より深い組織部位に患者の身体又は身体の中心線に向う垂直方向の圧迫力を段階的にかけるよう動作可能な斜めの末端部を有するように前記医療用クッション材を成形するステップと、
オーバドレープを提供するステップと、
少なくとも一部において前記オーバドレープに結合するシーリング装具を提供するステップであって、前記シーリング装具は使用時に患者の表皮と前記オーバドレープとの間に液密を形成しうるステップと、
減圧送達導管を提供するステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項32に記載の製造方法において、さらに、第1の面と、第2の内側対向面と、治療領域開口部とを具えるインナー層を形成するステップと、前記インナー層の第1の面を前記成形医療用クッションの第2の面の外辺部の少なくとも一部に結合するステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 組織部位を治療するための減圧システムにおいて、
表皮上に配置され、減圧下におかれると前記表皮を介して表皮より深い組織部位に患者の身体又は身体の中心線に向う垂直方向の圧迫力を段階的にかけるよう動作可能な斜めの縁部を有する医療用クッション材であって、流体を送達する複数のチャネルを設けて形成された医療用クッション材と、
前記医療用クッション材と患者の表皮とを覆って液密を提供するドレープと、
減圧源と前記医療用クッション材とを流体接続する減圧導管とを具えることを特徴とする減圧システム。 - 請求項34に記載の減圧システムにおいて、前記医療用クッション材が、先細の縁部を有する発泡体部材を具えることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項34に記載の減圧システムにおいて、前記医療用クッション材が発泡体部材を具え、前記医療用クッション材が減圧下で放射方向の圧縮力を生じうることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項34に記載の減圧システムにおいて、前記医療用クッション材が発泡体部材を具え、前記医療用クッション材が減圧下で持ち上げる力を生じうることを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 請求項34に記載の減圧システムにおいて、前記医療用クッション材が、頂部と、底部と、両側部とを具え、前記ドレープが前記頂部と両側部とに接触することを特徴とする減圧システム。
- 損傷した皮下組織を治療するための減圧システムにおいて、
斜めの末端部を有し医療用クッション材で形成された成形医療用クッションであって、患者の表皮上に配置され、実質的に前記損傷した皮下組織を覆うよう寸法形成された成形医療用クッションと、
前記成形医療用クッションと患者表皮の一部を覆って液密を提供するオーバドレープと、
減圧源と、
前記ドレープに連結され、前記成形医療用クッションに減圧を供給するための減圧接続部と、
前記減圧源と前記減圧接続部とを流体接続する減圧送達導管とを具え、
前記成形医療用クッションの断面が、頂面と、第1の側面と、第2の側面とを有し、
前記オーバドレープが前記頂面、第1の側面、および第2の側面に接触し、
前記成形医療用クッションの斜めの末端部が、減圧下におかれると前記患者表皮を介して表皮より深い組織部位に患者の身体又は身体の中心線に向う垂直方向の圧迫力を段階的にかけるよう動作可能であることを特徴とする減圧システム。 - 請求項39に記載の減圧システムにおいて、前記オーバドレープが前記頂面、第1の側面、および第2の側面に結合されていることを特徴とする減圧システム。
