Abstract

Claims (20)
- 組織部位に減圧治療を提供する装置の製造方法であって、当該方法が、
複数の膨張式ブラダーを形成するステップと、
複数のチャンバを形成するステップと、
前記複数の膨張式ブラダーと前記複数のチャンバとを連結するステップとを含み、
前記膨張式ブラダーは、流体を受け、未膨張位置から膨張位置まで膨張するよう動作可能であり、前記膨張式ブラダーが前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるよう構成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法がさらに、
分配管を提供するステップと、
前記分配管を用いて前記膨張式ブラダーを互いに流体連結するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法がさらに、
分配管を提供するステップと、
前記分配管を用いて前記膨張式ブラダーを互いに流体連結するステップと、
密閉空間を形成するために前記膨張式ブラダーを覆うよう構成されたドレープを提供するステップとを含み、前記密閉空間が前記チャンバを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法がさらに、
前記膨張式ブラダーと前記チャンバとを形成するステップが、
第1のシートを提供するステップと、
第2のシートを提供するステップと、
前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに連結し、前記膨張式ブラダーと、前記チャンバと、前記分配管とを形成するステップとを含み、前記分配管が前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連結を提供することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記膨張式ブラダーと前記チャンバとを形成するステップが、
第1のシートを提供するステップと、
第2のシートを提供するステップと、
溶接線に沿って前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに溶接し、前記膨張式ブラダーと、前記チャンバと、前記分配管とを形成するステップとを含み、前記分配管が前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連結を提供することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記膨張式ブラダーを形成するステップが、上壁と、下壁と、前記上壁を前記下壁に連結する柔軟な側壁とを形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 組織部位に減圧治療を提供するシステムであって、当該システムが、
減圧を供給する減圧源と、
流体を供給する流体源と、
第1のシートと、
前記第1のシートに連結し、複数の膨張式ブラダーと、複数の圧縮可能なチャンバと、前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連結を提供する分配管とを形成する第2のシートであって、前記膨張式ブラダーが前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるよう構成され、前記流体源から流体を受けて未膨張位置から膨張位置まで膨張するよう動作可能である、第2のシートと、
前記減圧源と前記流体源とに流体連結するよう構成されたデュアルルーメン導管であって、第1のルーメンと第2のルーメンとを有するデュアルルーメン導管と、
前記複数の圧縮可能なチャンバと前記減圧源とに流体連結するよう構成され、前記流体源と前記複数の膨張式ブラダーとに流体連結するよう構成された接続器であって、減圧と流体とを移送可能な接続器とを具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記複数の圧縮可能なチャンバの1又はそれ以上が前記第1のルーメンに流体連結して減圧を受け、
前記複数の圧縮可能なチャンバが減圧下でつぶれて前記膨張式ブラダーを互いに近づけるよう動作可能であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の圧縮可能なチャンバの少なくとも1つが、前記複数の膨張式ブラダーの第1の膨張式ブラダーと第2の膨張式ブラダーとの間に配置されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧縮可能なチャンバは前記膨張式ブラダーが前記未膨張位置から前記膨張位置まで膨張したときに圧縮することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1のシートは溶接線に沿って前記第2のシートに溶接され、前記膨張式ブラダーと、前記圧縮可能なチャンバと、前記分配管とを形成することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記膨張式ブラダーの少なくとも1つは、前記少なくとも1つの膨張式ブラダーが膨張したときに、当該少なくとも1つの膨張式ブラダーの一方向に沿った膨張を制限する支柱を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記分配管は前記膨張式ブラダーの動きを実現するよう波形であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 患者の組織部位に減圧治療を提供する装置であって、当該装置が、
第1のシートと、当該第1のシートに連結し、複数の膨張式ブラダーと、複数の圧縮可能なチャンバと、前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連結を提供する分配管とを形成する第2のシートと、
減圧源と流体源とに流体連結するよう構成されたデュアルルーメン導管であって、減圧を移送する第1のルーメンと、流体を移送する第2のルーメンとを有するデュアルルーメン導管と、
前記複数の圧縮可能なチャンバと前記減圧源とに流体連結するよう構成され、前記流体源と前記複数の膨張式ブラダーとに流体連結するよう構成された接続器であって、減圧と流体とを移送可能な接続器とを具えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項14に記載の装置において、
前記複数の圧縮可能なチャンバの少なくとも1つが、前記複数の膨張式ブラダーの第1の膨張式ブラダーと第2の膨張式ブラダーとの間に配置され、
前記膨張式ブラダーが前記流体を受ける第2のルーメンに流体連結し、
前記膨張式ブラダーが前記流体を受けて未膨張位置から膨張位置まで膨張し、
前記複数の圧縮可能なチャンバの少なくとも1つが前記第1のルーメンに流体連結して前記減圧を受け、減圧下でつぶれて前記第1の膨張式ブラダーと第2の膨張式ブラダーとを互いに近づけるよう動作可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項14に記載の装置において、前記複数の膨張式ブラダーの少なくとも1つは、当該少なくとも1つの膨張式ブラダーが膨張したときに、当該少なくとも1つの膨張式ブラダーの一方向に沿った膨張を制限する支柱を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項14に記載の装置において、前記分配管は前記膨張式ブラダーの動きを実現するよう波形であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項14に記載の装置において、
前記膨張式ブラダーの各々は膨張したときに概ね円筒形であり、前記膨張式ブラダーが互いに概ね平行であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項14に記載の装置において、前記膨張式ブラダーが同心円を形成することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項14に記載の装置において、前記圧縮可能なチャンバが減圧を受け、減圧下でつぶれるよう動作可能であり、閉じる力が前記組織部位にかけられるように前記膨張式ブラダーを互いに近づけることを特徴とする装置。
