Abstract
一種療復用胸罩結構，其包括有：一胸罩本體，其包括有一胸罩層體，該胸罩層體至少包括有兩側之胸罩側層體，該二胸罩側層體之端緣處設有相結合之扣件組或黏扣組件；一彈性調整組，其包括有二彈性調整層體，該彈性調整層體為具有彈性及透氣之層體，該二彈性調整層體分別結合固定於該胸罩層體內側位置，該二彈性調整層體外端緣分別設有用以相結合定位之端黏扣組件；如此一來，能便利女性於胸部手術療傷期間之使用，並得以適當調整其鬆緊需求狀態，以確保傷口之穩定癒合及方便引流管、人工血管之設置使用，以確保女性手術後胸罩穿載之安全性。
Description
本創作有關於一種胸罩結構，尤指一種用於女性胸部手術療傷期及癒後修飾之療復用胸罩結構。
現代人由於壓力性的工作型態、複雜性的生活方式，常導致重大疾病產生，就以女性同胞而言，其前10大癌症分別為：乳癌，大腸癌，肺癌，肝癌，甲狀腺癌，子宮體癌，子宮頸癌，皮膚癌，卵巢癌，胃癌。同時，由於現今醫學較為發達，許多疾病可通過醫學的及早發現和手術方式而得以治療，但其整個療傷期的妥善處理也是相當重要。就以乳癌、肺癌之開刀手術，由於女性同胞乳房生理構成和胸罩穿載之因素，卻須考慮較多配合事項，例如：包括癒後之胸罩穿載修飾等。
相關女性胸部手術後，於傷口處會用厚紗布加紗繃加以包紮處理，必要時並以束胸衣加壓裹覆，避免傷口流血或裂開。由於療傷期需密切觀察胸部傷口有無流血及傷口周圍是否腫脹，故胸部傷口會放置1-2個引流管，以引流血水，或設置人工血管以供排輸血使用；且更需注意「術後致命殺手」的急性肺動脈栓塞，避免沒有足夠血液可以輸送至肺部交換氧氣，進而導致可能發生的急性呼吸衰竭、昏厥、休克、甚至是猝死。
因此，女性在胸部位置術後的療傷期除了需注意傷口的保護，如不能造成紗布/紗繃的移動而破壞傷口癒合，還要能配合設置引流管、血管，甚至能協助處理癒後的修飾處理，而現有的胸罩構成並不具有此功能需求。因此，如何設計並解決前述該等缺失問題，使得女性同胞於胸部術後療傷期及癒後修飾具有適當之胸罩使用，誠是業者應進一步加以研
發、突破之重點方向。
緣此，本創作人有鑑於習知胸罩結構於手術療傷期間、癒後修飾期間使用上的缺失及其結構設計上未臻理想之事實，本案創作人即著手研發其解決方案，希望能開發出一種更具使用調節性、便利性及安全性之療復用胸罩結構，以服務社會大眾及促進此業之發展，遂經多時之構思而有本創作之產生。
本創作之目的在提供一種療復用胸罩結構，其能便利女性於胸部手術療傷期間之使用，並得以適當調整其鬆緊需求狀態，以確保傷口之穩定癒合及方便引流管、人工血管之設置使用，以確保女性手術後胸罩穿載之安全性者。
本創作之再一目的在提供一種療復用胸罩結構，其能便利女性於胸部手術癒後修飾期間使用，使能迅速恢復正常生活及防止進一步之心理性傷害者。
本創作為達上述目的所採用之技術手段係包括有：一胸罩本體，其包括有一胸罩層體，該胸罩層體至少包括有兩側之胸罩側層體，該二胸罩側層體之端緣處設有相結合之扣件組或黏扣組件；一彈性調整組，其包括有二彈性調整層體，該彈性調整層體為具有彈性及透氣之層體，該二彈性調整層體分別結合固定於該胸罩層體內側位置，該二彈性調整層體外端緣分別設有用以相結合定位之端黏扣組件。
前述實施構成，其中該胸罩層體設有二對應縱向條狀之黏扣組件，該彈性調整層體內端緣外側設有一縱向條狀之黏扣組件。
前述實施構成，其中該胸罩層體設有二對應塊狀之黏扣組件，該彈性調整層體上緣外側設有一塊狀之黏扣組件。
前述實施構成，其中該胸罩層體之上方設有二肩帶體，該肩帶體設有一調節扣件。
前述實施構成，其中該胸罩層體設有二對應之容置袋，該二容置袋設有一容置開口。
前述實施構成，其中該胸罩層體設有至少一用以供引流管或人工血管穿設定位之定位穿孔。
前述實施構成，其進一步包括有至少一義乳墊，該義乳墊包括有一義乳墊體及義乳帶體，該義乳帶體從該容置開口置入該容置袋內以進行定位。

請參閱第1、2圖，本創作療復用胸罩結構係包括有一胸罩本體10及彈性調整組20，該胸罩本體10係包括有一胸罩層體11，該胸罩層體11係進一步包括有一胸罩中央層體12及該胸罩中央層體12兩側之胸罩側層體13、14，即該胸罩層體11及二胸罩側層體13、14組合構成該胸罩層體11。其中，該胸罩層體11(胸罩中央層體12)係設有二對應縱向條狀之黏扣組件121，另該胸罩層體11上緣係設有二對應塊狀之黏扣組件122；該胸罩側層體13之端緣處係設有扣孔131，該胸罩側層體14之端緣處係設有扣件141，該扣孔131、扣件141係可對調位置設置，用以組成扣件組而相扣合；該胸罩側層體13之端緣內側(靠近人體方向，下同)底處係設有黏扣組件132，該胸罩側
層體14之端緣外側(遠離人體方向，下同)底處係設有黏扣組件142，該黏扣組件132、黏扣組件142用以相黏合，且其相對位置亦可互換。
再者，該胸罩本體10於該胸罩層體11之上方係設有二肩帶體15，該肩帶體15係設有一調節扣件151。該胸罩本體10於該胸罩層體11適當位置係設有二對應之容置袋16，該二容置袋16約位於該胸罩中央層體12分別與該二胸罩側層體13、14之交接位置處，但不為所拘，該容置袋16係設有一容置開口161；該胸罩層體11於適當位置係設有至少一定位穿孔17，如圖所示，該定位穿孔17係設於該胸罩層體11之底緣或上緣處，但位置並不為所拘，該定位穿孔17用以供引流管、人工血管之穿設定位。
該彈性調整組20係包括有二彈性調整層體21、22，該彈性調整層體21、22係為具有彈性及透氣之層體，該彈性調整層體21、22內端緣外側分別設有一縱向條狀之黏扣組件211、221，該彈性調整層體21、22上緣外側分別設有一塊狀之黏扣組件212、222；該黏扣組件211、221係分別用與該二黏扣組件121相黏扣，該黏扣組件212、222係分別用與該二黏扣組件122相黏扣，用以將該彈性調整層體21、22(彈性調整組20)固定於該胸罩層體11上(即內側位置)。該彈性調整層體21外端緣內側係設有一端黏扣組件213，該彈性調整層體22外端緣外側係設有一端黏扣組件223，該端黏扣組件213、223可相黏扣，並得以藉黏扣位置之調移而調整該彈性調整層體21、22之彈性束縛力。
請一併參閱第3圖，用以說明本創作療復用胸罩結構用於手術後之療傷期應用狀況，該彈性調整層體21、22(彈性調整組20)係可預先固定於該胸罩層體11上，而該胸罩層體11(胸罩本體10)係藉該肩帶體15穿載於一病患100身上，如此藉該彈性調整層體21、22之適當鬆緊調整，使該彈性調整層體21、22得以對傷口101進行穩固之束貼作用，以防止該傷口101因身體之活動而被傷及，影響其癒合能力或更造成傷口擴大。繼將該扣件141與扣孔131相扣合，及將該黏扣組件132與該黏扣組件142相互調整位置而黏合，即得以完成其穿戴而進行療傷期之穩固傷口使用。同時，該定位穿孔
17得以提供引流管或人工血管之穿設定位，用以引流血水或供排輸血使用，以確保手術後療傷期之安全性掌控。
請一併參閱第4圖，用以說明本創作療復用胸罩結構用於手術癒後修飾期之應用狀況，本創作可進一步包括有二義乳墊30，該義乳墊30係包括有一義乳墊體31及義乳帶體32；其使用時，係將該義乳帶體32從該容置開口161置入容置袋16內以進行較佳之定位，繼將該彈性調整層體21、22及該胸罩側層體13、14相扣合定位，即完成該義乳墊30之設置穿戴使用，如第5圖所示。
本創作療復用胸罩結構藉由上述構成，其能便利女性於胸部手術療傷期間之使用，並得以適當調整其鬆緊需求狀態，以確保傷口之穩定癒合及方便引流管、人工血管之設置使用，以確保女性手術後胸罩穿戴之安全性；再者，本創作更能便利女性於胸部手術癒後修飾期間使用，使能迅速恢復正常生活及防止進一步之心理性傷害。
本創作已藉上述較佳具體實施例進行更詳細說明，惟本創作並不限定於上述所舉例之實施例，凡在本創作揭示之技術思想範圍內，對該等結構作各種等效變化及修飾仍屬本創作之範圍。

- 一種療復用胸罩結構，其包括有：一胸罩本體，其包括有一胸罩層體，該胸罩層體至少包括有兩側之胸罩側層體，該二胸罩側層體之端緣處設有相結合之扣件組或黏扣組件；一彈性調整組，其包括有二彈性調整層體，該彈性調整層體為具有彈性及透氣之層體，該二彈性調整層體分別結合固定於該胸罩層體內側位置，該二彈性調整層體外端緣分別設有用以相結合定位之端黏扣組件。
- 如請求項1所述之療復用胸罩結構，其中該胸罩層體設有二對應縱向條狀之黏扣組件，該彈性調整層體內端緣外側設有一縱向條狀之黏扣組件。
- 如請求項1所述之療復用胸罩結構，其中該胸罩層體設有二對應塊狀之黏扣組件，該彈性調整層體上緣外側設有一塊狀之黏扣組件。
- 如請求項1所述之療復用胸罩結構，其中該胸罩層體之上方設有二肩帶體，該肩帶體設有一調節扣件。
- 如請求項1所述之療復用胸罩結構，其中該胸罩層體設有二對應之容置袋，該二容置袋設有一容置開口。
- 如請求項1所述之療復用胸罩結構，其中該胸罩層體設有至少一用以供引流管或人工血管穿設定位之定位穿孔。
