背景

外科手术过程涉及皮肤和相关的组织中的严重的创伤,例如切口。在许多情况下,切口在过程结束时使用机械装置(例如钉或缝线)被闭合,或使用粘合剂被闭合。此后,创伤经常仅仅用干燥的无菌绷带覆盖。当然,通常不只在表皮处有破裂。

在操作中,减压系统10可以在手术室中在外科手术过程之后被应用在患者身上或应用在其它地方。可以包括舒适层(见例如图16)的成形敷料垫枕32的第二表面36将靠着患者的表皮14放置,其中成形敷料垫枕32被放置在被损伤的皮下组织部位20上并且一部分被放置在切口12上。敷料组件30可以对在由护理提供者执行的过程中涉及的典型应用被预先依尺寸制造或当时依尺寸制造。敷料组件30可以被依尺寸制造、成形并且配置成在不同的组织应用(例如腹部的、胸、大腿、手足等)中起作用。
如果上覆盖布62尚未耦合(见其他例证性的实施方案)于成形敷料垫枕32,则上覆盖布62将被放置在成形敷料垫枕32的第一表面34上,额外的部分延伸超出外周边缘38以形成盖布延伸部分64。然后盖布延伸部分64可以被胶带粘在下面(见图2中的172)或用形成上覆盖布62与患者的表皮14之间的流体密封的粘合剂70(图1)粘住。流体密封仅仅需要足以允许减压系统10将减压保持在期望的位置。然后如果尚未安装减压接驳体92,则将应用减压接驳体92,并且减压传送导管90将在一端被耦合。然后,减压传送导管90的另一端将被耦合于减压源82。然后,减压源82可以被激活并且减压可以被传送至成形敷料垫枕32。
当在成形敷料垫枕32处的压力被减少时,成形敷料垫枕32压缩并且横向地收缩,并且形成半刚性的基材或柔性较低的基材。减压通过成形敷料垫枕32传输,使得减压在切口12的点处被施加于患者的表皮14。至少在愈合过程的早期阶段并且由于某些类型的创伤,减压可以通过切口12传输并且进入皮下组织20,以及压力的减少可以直接帮助闭合缺陷,例如皮下空隙22,并且通常向区域提供稳定性。被传送至成形敷料垫枕32的减压还产生再次可以提供稳定性、治疗并且也可以闭合或帮助闭合皮下空隙22的压缩力24。压缩力24优选地不止在表皮14处。例如,压缩力24可以在皮下组织20的水平或其他皮下身体结构处施加力。
当上覆盖布62与成形敷料垫枕32在减压的影响下横向地收缩时,并且当压缩力作用于表皮14时,产生净闭合力26,净闭合力26可以帮助保持切口12闭合并且可以通常对区域提供另外的稳定性。切口12的有效抗张强度可以被增加。闭合力26可以部分地依赖于成形敷料垫枕32与表皮14之间的摩擦以将闭合力传递至表皮14,并且可以涉及力经由粘合剂70或(如果使用胶带(图2中172))通过摩擦从盖布延伸部分64到表皮14的传输。同时,被传送至成形敷料垫枕32并且通过成形敷料垫枕32传送的减压帮助从切口12除去任何渗出液或其他流体。在一个方面,减压系统10抑制表皮14中褶皱的形成。系统10可以向表皮14传送平均量的力,将表皮14保持在用于愈合的平滑的或无褶皱的构型中。
减压系统10可以避免皮肤刺激,例如可能由二级剪切力、二级应变或其他效应导致的患者表皮14的起泡。为了这个目的,成形敷料垫枕32的末端33可以被成形为提供径向压缩力的均匀分布。末端33是成形敷料垫枕32的外部成形部分,并且外周边缘通常是成形敷料垫枕32的最外侧的部分或接合患者的皮肤的最外侧的部分。末端33可以采取很多不同的形状,以帮助均匀地分布压缩力或以其他方式避免应力梯级。末端33的可能的形状包括以下形状:如图1所示的斜切(或有角度的、倾斜的、或锥形的)表面、如图2所示的弓形形状、或分布所述力的其他形状。相反地,当使用具有正方形边缘的垫枕时,当上覆盖布被应用在垫枕上并且进入患者的表皮时,可以形成“帐篷区域”。“帐篷区域”可以导致皮肤刺激,除非采取其他措施。成形敷料垫枕32避免“帐篷区域”。敷料垫枕的成形边缘或末端允许产生压缩力而没有大的“边缘效应”;即,不使剪切力或应力上升到导致皮肤刺激(例如红斑或水泡)的水平。成形敷料垫枕32的成形部分逐渐地分布力以避免刺激。这种小心地将力施加于皮肤以避免刺激的方式通常被称为“均匀分布”压缩力,但并不在文字意义上被严格地使用。作为另一个抵抗皮肤刺激的预防措施,内层可以被添加在成形敷料垫枕32和患者的表皮14之间(见例如图11中的857)或放置在其他位置,如下文结合其他例证性的实施方案进一步解释的。
在手术室中应用减压系统10并且允许减压系统10保持在患者身上直到已经发生足够的愈合可能是期望的。在这方面,可能期望从透视材料形成上覆盖布62、成形敷料垫枕32和任何其他层,以允许护理提供者获得关于切口12和被损伤的皮下组织20的愈合的视觉线索,而不必除去敷料组件30。
现在参照图2,示出了用于处理患者体内的被损伤的或被破坏的或异常的皮下组织的系统110的另一个例证性的实施方案。系统110在大多数方面与减压系统10类似,并且在本实施方案中,部件的相关性通常通过将数字调整100来表示并且可以不被进一步提到。在该特定的例证性的实施方案中,系统110被放置在完好的表皮组织115上,即,在这种情况下没有切口。然而,有包括皮下空隙122的被损伤的皮下组织120。系统110帮助被损伤的皮下组织120,无论是否有切口。
虽然图1的成形敷料垫枕32被示为具有梯形横截面,但是图2的成形敷料垫枕132具有被形成有具有圆弧状边缘或具有弓形横截面的部分的横截面。成形敷料垫枕132的弓形横截面是卵形或椭圆形。成形敷料垫枕132可以被成形为具有双斜面横截面或其他形状。与以前一样,成形敷料垫枕132的形状便于将径向压缩力“均匀地分布”到在系统110的使用期间避免皮肤刺激的程度。成形敷料垫枕132的末端133被示为具有椭圆形横截面。在图2的例证性的实施方案中,密封装置169提供在上覆盖布162和患者的表皮114之间的流体密封,并且在这种情况下,密封装置169是密封胶带172。
现在将进一步描述所产生的力。环境压力在上覆盖布162的第一表面161上提供竖直力131,并且成形敷料垫枕132的收缩产生压缩力124以提供指向表皮114并且到达皮下水平(即,到达皮下组织118)的力。同时,可以产生横向力或闭合力。闭合力通过成形敷料垫枕132被传送至表皮。力127是通过成形敷料垫枕132收缩和压缩而导致的向内的收缩力。当成形敷料垫枕132收缩和压缩时,闭合力通过成形敷料垫枕132传送至表皮114。同时,对于本例证性的实施方案,当减压被施加时,上覆盖布162被拉入接近末端133的区域中,如箭头128所表示的。因为盖布延伸部分164被固定于表皮114,所以力128的水平分量将向内拉表皮,如向内的闭合力129所示出的。

在图3的实施方案中,成形敷料垫枕232的弯曲也帮助产生压缩力。成形敷料垫枕232的第一表面234具有比成形敷料垫枕232的面向内的第二表面236的表面积大的表面积,并且在减压下,表面积的这种不同也便于净压缩力224的产生。

如图5所示,作为减压子系统的一部分的减压传送导管490可以用于将减压提供到传送减压接驳体492,减压接驳体492将减压传送到成形敷料垫枕432中。减压接驳体492可以是口494或进入垫枕432或其他工具的直接应用。
现在主要参照图7,示出了敷料组件530的另一个例证性的实施方案。敷料组件530具有被形成为具有矩形横截面的成形敷料垫枕532。在这种情况下,上覆盖布562例如通过使用胶粘剂550的胶粘而耦合于外周边缘538的外表面539并且耦合于成形敷料垫枕532的第一表面534。胶粘剂550可以便于径向压缩力更平均地施加到患者,即使成形敷料垫枕532被成形为具有直角。虽然耦合被示为完全沿着外周边缘538的外部539并且在第一表面534的外表面535上,但是被耦合的部分可以是部分的或以定位针(tacking)实现。

现在主要参照图9,关于第一轴线674、第二轴线676和第三轴线678示出了医疗垫枕材料635的例证性的实施方案。医疗垫枕材料635可以用于上文提到的成形敷料垫枕中的任一个。虽然在许多应用中,医疗垫枕材料635可以是各向同性的,但是在其他的应用中,有像医疗垫枕材料635一样的各向异性材料可能是期望的。

很多材料可能用于各个层741、732、747。透气干燥层741可以例如从允许流体流入成形敷料垫枕735的亲水无纺材料形成。透气干燥层741可以是帮助避免皮肤刺激或以其他方式增强舒适的舒适层。成形敷料垫枕735可以由可以储存相对大量的流体的相对薄的吸收性结构或材料形成。例如,成形敷料垫枕735可以由经常被称为“水凝胶”、“超吸收剂”或“水解胶体”的类型的超吸收性聚合物(SAP)形成。成形敷料垫枕735也可以由上文提到的歧管材料中的任一个形成。不透气层747可以由很多不同的材料形成,例如将保持流体不泄漏的聚乙烯膜。可以添加另外的基材。各种层741、732、747可以被密封,或与粘合剂(例如热熔性粘合剂)结合,或被热胶粘,或使用任何技术或工具被耦合。
在操作中,当流体被添加入成形敷料垫枕735中时,成形敷料垫枕735变得刚性更强(柔性更低),并且在减压下这导致增加的径向压缩力,例如图1中的径向力24。流体可以以渗出液或其他来自创伤的流体的形式出现,或可以是被补充的流体,例如有意地通过第二口、第二腔或通过经由敷料组件在注入口中注入而添加的盐水。在这种意义上,成形敷料垫枕735可以被认为是液体控制的垫枕,因为另外的液体可以被添加以使成形敷料垫枕735刚性更强(柔性更低)并且导致更大的力。
仍然参照图10,通过描述其他可能的元素示出了敷料组件730的可选的例证性的实施方案。在该例证性的实施方案中,垫枕包括两个构件:由亲水泡沫形成的第一垫枕层741和由疏水泡沫形成的第二垫枕层732。然后,上覆盖布762被放置在第二垫枕层732的第一表面(对于所示的方向是顶表面)上。还可以添加由各种材料制成的其它层。

在一个实施方案中,成形敷料垫枕1132可以包括多个柔性凹口1178。柔性凹口1178可以是在如所示的成形敷料垫枕1132中的横向凹口或横向切口,并且此外或可选地,可以是一个或多个纵向凹口或纵向切口或其他切口。切口可以使用锯(或有凹口的刀刃)、热封刀或其他工具产生。柔性凹口1178增强成形敷料垫枕1132的柔性。当敷料组件1130被施用在患者的关节或其他运动的区域上时,增强的柔性可能是特别地有用的。例如,如果成形敷料垫枕1132在膝盖上被使用,那么成形敷料垫枕1132可能需要弯曲或延伸高达100%或更多,并且柔性凹口1178或脊帮助提供期望的柔性。此外,可以添加多个褶皱1173,以便于运动,如下文进一步描述的。
在一个例证性的实施方案中,成形敷料垫枕1132被如下制造。切割具有19mm的高度的一块GranuFoam材料(例如1.21米×1.8米×0.5米的块),并且使用锯来形成横向槽或横向柔性凹口1178。然后,将可以是舒适层1170的干燥层层压至第二表面或底表面上。然后,使用冲切来切割泡沫块以形成单独的成形敷料垫枕1132。

一个或多个释放构件1182可以可释放地耦合于第二盖布部分1165的第一侧1167。在图15的例证性的实施方案中示出了四个释放构件1182。释放构件1182在敷料组件1130的部置期间提供硬度和帮助。释放构件1182通常是被保持在第二盖布部分1165的第一侧1167上的铸涂纸或膜。

关于制造上文描述的系统和部件,已经示出了部件和它们的组装。在将上覆盖布施用和耦合于成形敷料垫枕的第一表面时,利用按压来除去任何褶皱可能是期望的,否则褶皱可能产生或保留。成形敷料组件的医疗垫枕材料可以使用冲切或使用刳刨机用手切割。
根据另一个例证性的实施方案,用于处理组织部位的减压系统包括指向力构件(directed-force member),指向力构件具有非正交的边缘,例如弯曲的边缘、倾斜的或成角度的边缘或与盖布的一部分粘合的边缘,指向力构件用于在被放置在减压下时均匀地分布力。指向力构件可以被形成为具有用于传输流体的多个通道的泡沫构件。减压系统还包括用于在指向力构件的至少一部分和患者的表皮上提供流体密封的盖布。系统还可以具有用于流体地耦合减压源和指向力构件的减压导管。在一个例证性的实施方案中,指向力构件是具有锥形边缘的泡沫构件。当减压通过盖布被减压源传送至内部部分时,减压使指向力构件施加力。力可以包括逆着患者的表皮或其他组织的可以穿透至大于1毫米、大于2毫米、大于3毫米、大于4毫米、大于5毫米、大于7毫米以及更深的竖直力。竖直力可以帮助使死区以及空隙靠近。力可以是或包括闭合力。
根据另一个例证性的实施方案,减压力产生敷料组件包括具有倾斜的边缘的用于在被放置在减压下时均匀地分布力的指向力构件。指向力构件具有顶侧和底侧。指向力构件由具有多个通道的医疗垫枕材料形成。流动通道可以是互相连接的,例如泡沫。敷料组件还可以包括用于在指向力构件的至少一部分和患者的表皮上提供流体密封的盖布。指向力构件可以具有成角度的末端。可选地,指向力构件可以具有弓形末端。敷料组件也可以具有耦合于指向力构件的底侧的舒适层。舒适层可以是耦合于指向力构件的底侧的透气干燥层,或帮助避免皮肤的浸渍或任何种类的皮肤刺激的任何其他材料。
根据另一个例证性的实施方案,处理患者身上的被损伤的皮下组织的方法包括将成形敷料垫枕定位在被损伤的皮下组织上。成形敷料垫枕具有倾斜的末端并且由医疗垫枕材料形成。方法还包括在患者的表皮的一部分和成形敷料垫枕上部置上覆盖布以提供流体密封,并且提供减压源。方法还包括将减压接驳体耦合于盖布并且将减压传送导管流体地耦合于减压源和减压接驳体。方法还涉及激活减压源以向成形敷料垫枕提供减压来产生压缩力和闭合力。压缩力可以在皮下组织或其他皮下身体结构处实现。
虽然已经在某些例证性的非限制性实施方案的上下文中公开了本发明以及其优点,但是应当理解,可以作出各种改变、取代、置换和更改而不偏离由所附的权利要求限定的本发明的范围。应认识到,结合任何一个实施方案描述的特征也可以适用于任何其他实施方案。

Claims (52)

1.一种用于减压处理系统的敷料组件,所述敷料组件包括:
成形敷料垫枕,其具有第一表面、面向内的第二表面;
倾斜的末端,其形成所述成形敷料垫枕的一部分;
其中所述成形敷料垫枕由医疗垫枕材料形成,所述成形敷料垫枕用于放置在患者的表皮上;
其中所述医疗垫枕材料具有大于20kg/m3的密度;以及
其中所述成形敷料垫枕具有当在减压下时均匀地分布指向力的特征。
2.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述末端的倾斜的表面与法向基准成角度阿尔法(α),并且其中所述角度阿尔法(α)大于五度(α>5度)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述末端的倾斜的表面与法向基准成角度阿尔法(α),并且其中所述角度阿尔法(α)大于十度(α>10度)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述末端的倾斜的表面与法向基准成角度阿尔法(α),并且其中所述角度阿尔法(α)在10度至70度之间的范围内(70°>α>10°)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述末端的倾斜的表面与法向基准成角度阿尔法(α),并且其中所述角度阿尔法(α)在25度至65度之间的范围内(65°>α>25°)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上的上覆盖布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括:
上覆盖布,其布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上,以及
盖布密封装置,其耦合于所述上覆盖布,用于将所述上覆盖布密封于患者的表皮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括:
上覆盖布,其布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上;以及
其中上覆盖布材料耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面。
9.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括:
上覆盖布,其布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上,以及
其中所述上覆盖布包括各向异性材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕还包括在所述敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上形成的多个柔性凹口。
11.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上的上覆盖布;并且其中所述成形敷料垫枕还包括在所述敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上形成的多个柔性凹口。
12.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形末端包括在两个正交的平面中具有梯形横截面的构件。
13.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形末端包括在两个正交的平面中具有弓形横截面的构件。
14.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形末端包括在两个正交的平面中具有椭圆形横截面的构件。
15.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,
其中所述成形末端包括在两个正交的平面中具有弓形横截面的构件;
还包括布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上的上覆盖布;以及
其中所述上覆盖布至少部分地耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的除所述面向内的第二表面以外的所有外部表面。
16.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,
其中所述成形末端包括在两个正交的平面中具有梯形横截面的构件;
还包括布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上的上覆盖布;以及
其中所述上覆盖布至少部分地耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的外部表面。
17.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述医疗垫枕材料包括各向同性材料。
18.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述医疗垫枕材料包括各向异性材料。
19.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的所述面向内的第二表面的舒适层。
20.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上的上覆盖布,并且其中所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面的至少一部分耦合于所述上覆盖布的一部分。
21.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括:
第一垫枕层,其由亲水泡沫形成并且具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面;
第二垫枕层,其由疏水泡沫形成并且具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面;以及
其中所述第一垫枕层的所述第一表面和所述第二垫枕层的所述第二表面被相邻地布置。
22.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括:
第一垫枕层,其由亲水泡沫形成并且具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面,亲水性的所述面向内的第二表面用于靠着所述患者的表皮放置;
第二垫枕层,其由疏水泡沫形成并且具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面;以及
其中所述第一垫枕层的所述第一表面和所述第二垫枕层的所述面向内的第二表面被相邻地布置。
23.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括具有大于25.6kg/m3的密度的网状泡沫。
24.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括具有大于32.0kg/m3的密度的网状泡沫。
25.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括具有大于80.0kg/m3的密度的网状泡沫。
26.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括密度小于表皮组织密度的网状泡沫。
27.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面的内层,并且其中所述内层的所述第一表面至少部分地耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第二表面的一部分。
28.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括:
上覆盖布;
多个柔性凹口,其在所述敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上形成;以及
其中所述末端的倾斜的表面与法向基准成角度阿尔法(α),并且其中所述角度阿尔法(α)在25度至65度之间的范围内(65°>α>25°)。
29.根据权利要求1所述的敷料组件,还包括:
上覆盖布;
多个柔性凹口,其在所述敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上形成;
内层,其具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面,并且其中所述内层的所述第一表面至少部分地耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第二表面的一部分;以及
其中所述末端的倾斜的表面与法向基准成角度阿尔法(α),并且其中所述角度阿尔法(α)在25度至65度之间的范围内(65°>α>25°)。
30.一种用于减压处理系统的敷料组件,所述敷料组件包括:
成形敷料垫枕,其具有倾斜的末端并且具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面;
上覆盖布,其布置在所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面上并且耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面的至少一部分,并且其中所述上覆盖布延伸出所述成形敷料垫枕以形成盖布延伸部分,所述盖布延伸部分具有第一侧和面向内的第二侧;以及
粘合性周边条,其耦合于所述盖布延伸部分的所述第二侧并且可操作以提供在患者和所述上覆盖布之间的密封。
31.根据权利要求30所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括医疗垫枕材料,并且其中所述医疗垫枕材料是各向同性材料。
32.根据权利要求30所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括医疗垫枕材料,并且其中所述医疗垫枕材料是各向异性材料。
33.根据权利要求30所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括被成形为在两个正交的平面中具有梯形横截面的医疗垫枕材料。
34.根据权利要求30所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括被成形为具有末端的医疗垫枕材料,所述末端具有在两个正交的平面中形成弓形部分的横截面。
35.根据权利要求30所述的敷料组件,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括被成形为在两个正交的平面中具有椭圆形横截面的医疗垫枕材料。
36.一种制造用于减压处理系统的成形敷料垫枕的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供医疗垫枕材料;
形成具有第一表面和面向内的第二表面的成形敷料垫枕,其中所述成形敷料垫枕由所述医疗垫枕材料形成;
其中所述成形敷料垫枕可操作以分布减压并且均匀地分布径向压缩力;以及
其中形成成形敷料垫枕的步骤包括使所述成形敷料垫枕形成有倾斜的末端。
37.根据权利要求36所述的制造成形敷料垫枕的方法,其中所述成形敷料垫枕具有角度大于5度的倾斜的末端。
38.根据权利要求36所述的制造成形敷料垫枕的方法,还包括将舒适层耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的所述面向内的第二表面。
39.根据权利要求36所述的制造成形敷料垫枕的方法,还包括以下步骤:提供上覆盖布,并且将所述上覆盖布的第二表面耦合于所述成形敷料垫枕的所述第一表面。
40.根据权利要求36所述的制造成形敷料垫枕的方法,其中形成成形敷料垫枕的步骤包括以下步骤:形成所述成形末端使得所述末端形成在两个正交的平面中具有梯形横截面的梯形构件。
41.根据权利要求36所述的制造成形敷料垫枕的方法,其中形成成形敷料垫枕的步骤包括以下步骤:形成所述成形末端使得所述末端形成在两个正交的平面中具有弓形部分的横截面。
42.根据权利要求36所述的制造成形敷料垫枕的方法,其中形成成形敷料垫枕的步骤包括:
提供具有大于20kg/m3的密度的网状泡沫的块;
将所述网状泡沫切割到期望的高度;
将舒适层层压到所述网状泡沫;以及
用模具切割所述网状泡沫以形成成形敷料垫枕。
43.一种减压、力产生敷料组件,所述敷料组件包括:
指向力构件,其具有倾斜的边缘,用于在被放置在减压下时均匀地分布指向力,所述指向力构件具有顶侧和底侧;
其中所述指向力构件由具有多个通道的医疗垫枕材料形成;以及
盖布,其用于在所述指向力构件的至少一部分和患者的表皮上提供流体密封。

47.根据权利要求43所述的敷料组件,还包括耦合于所述指向力构件的所述底侧的舒适层。
48.根据权利要求43所述的敷料组件,还包括耦合于所述指向力构件的所述底侧的透气干燥层。
49.一种用于处理患者身上的被损伤的皮下组织的方法,所述方法包括:
将敷料组件定位在所述被损伤的皮下组织上,其中所述敷料组件具有成形敷料垫枕,所述成形敷料垫枕具有倾斜的末端并且由医疗垫枕材料形成;
在所述敷料组件和所述患者的表皮的一部分上部置上覆盖布,以提供流体密封;
设置减压源;
将减压接驳体耦合于所述上覆盖布;
将减压传送导管流体地耦合于所述减压源和所述减压接驳体;
激活所述减压源以向所述敷料组件提供减压来产生压缩力和闭合力。
50.根据权利要求49所述的方法,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括具有大于25.6kg/m3的密度的网状泡沫。
51.根据权利要求49所述的方法,其中所述成形敷料垫枕包括具有大于32.0kg/m3的密度的网状泡沫。
