Claims (46)
- 患者の組織部位に減圧治療を提供するシステムであって、当該システムが:
減圧を供給する減圧源と;
流体を供給する流体源と;
前記組織部位に隣接配置する複数の膨張式ブラダーであって、流体を受け、未膨張位置から膨張位置まで膨張するよう動作可能な膨張式ブラダーと;
複数のチャンバであって、収縮可能であるチャンバとを具え;
前記複数のチャンバの少なくとも1つが、前記複数の膨張式ブラダーのうちの第1の膨張式ブラダーと第2の膨張式ブラダーとの間に配置されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記膨張式ブラダーが前記未膨張位置から前記膨張位置まで膨張すると、前記チャンバは収縮することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムがさらに:
前記膨張式ブラダーが前記患者の表皮に近接して配置されたときに、密閉空間を形成するために前記膨張式ブラダーを覆うドレープを具え、前記密閉空間は前記チャンバを含み;
前記チャンバは減圧を受けるよう動作可能であり、減圧が前記チャンバをつぶし、前記膨張式ブラダーが互いに近付くよう動かすことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムがさらに:
前記膨張式ブラダーが前記患者の表皮に近接して配置されたときに、密閉空間を形成するために前記膨張式ブラダーを覆うドレープであって、前記密閉空間が前記チャンバを含むドレープと;
減圧を送る減圧導管と;
前記ドレープに連結し、前記導管と前記密閉空間との間に流体連通を提供しうる減圧接続器とを具え;
前記チャンバは減圧を受け、減圧下でつぶれるよう動作可能であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムがさらに:
前記組織部位の近くに密閉空間を形成するために前記膨張式ブラダーを覆うドレープであって、前記密閉空間が前記チャンバを含むドレープと;
前記密閉空間の密閉を実現するために前記ドレープの周囲を前記患者に接合させる接着剤とを具え;
前記チャンバは減圧を受け、減圧下で少なくとも一部がつぶれるよう動作可能であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて:
前記膨張式ブラダーおよび前記チャンバは、上壁、下壁、および柔軟な側壁で形成されており、前記柔軟な側壁の少なくとも一部が、前記膨張式ブラダーと前記チャンバとを仕切り;
前記チャンバは減圧を受けて、前記チャンバが減圧下でつぶれ、前記膨張式ブラダーが互いに近付くよう動かすよう動作可能であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて:
前記膨張式ブラダーおよび前記チャンバは、上壁、下壁、および柔軟な側壁で形成されており、前記柔軟な側壁の少なくとも一部が、前記膨張式ブラダーと前記チャンバとを仕切り;

複数のチャンバであって、収縮可能であるチャンバとを具え;
前記複数のチャンバの少なくとも1つが、前記複数の膨張式のブラダーの第1の膨張式ブラダーと第2の膨張式ブラダーとの間に配置されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項19に記載の装置において、前記膨張式ブラダーが、前記未膨張位置から前記膨張位置まで膨張すると、前記チャンバは圧縮することを特徴とする装置。

前記チャンバは、減圧を受けてつぶれ、前記膨張式ブラダーが互いに近付くよう動かすよう動作可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項19に記載の装置において:

前記流体を供給する流体源と;
前記流体源と前記膨張式ブラダーとの間に流体連通を提供する流体導管と;
前記膨張式ブラダーに前記流体導管を流体連結する流体接続器とを具えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項19に記載の装置がさらに:
前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連通を提供する分配管を具えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項19に記載の装置がさらに:
前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連通を提供する分配管を具え、前記分配管が、前記膨張式ブラダーの動きを実現するよう波形であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項19に記載の装置において:
前記膨張式ブラダーの各々は、膨張位置にある場合、概ね円筒形であり、
前記膨張式ブラダーは、互いに概ね平行であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項19に記載の装置において、前記膨張式ブラダーが、同心円を形成することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項19に記載の装置において、前記チャンバは減圧を受けるよう動作可能であり、減圧が前記チャンバをつぶし、閉じる力が前記組織部位の創傷にかけられるように、前記膨張式ブラダーが互いに近付くよう動かすことを特徴とする装置。
- 患者の組織部位に減圧治療を提供する方法であって:当該方法が、
前記組織部位に多区画の被覆材を適用するステップであって、当該被覆材が:
前記組織部位に隣接して配置する複数の膨張式ブラダーであって、流体を受け、未膨張位置から膨張位置まで膨張するよう動作可能な膨張式ブラダーと;
複数のチャンバであって、収縮可能であるチャンバとを具え;
前記複数のチャンバの少なくとも1つが、前記複数の膨張式ブラダーのうちの第1の膨張式ブラダーと第2の膨張式ブラダーとの間に配置されるステップと;
前記膨張式ブラダーに流体を供給し、前記膨張式ブラダーを前記膨張位置まで膨張させるステップと;
前記被覆材を介して前記組織部位に減圧をかけるステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項37に記載の方法において、前記膨張式ブラダーが、前記膨張位置まで膨張すると、前記チャンバは収縮することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項37に記載の方法がさらに:
前記チャンバがつぶれて前記膨張式ブラダーが互いに近付くように、前記チャンバに減圧かけるステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項37に記載の方法において、前記被覆材を前記組織部位に適用するステップがさらに:
密閉空間を形成するために前記膨張式ブラダーをドレープで覆うステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 患者の組織部位に減圧治療を提供する装置を製造する方法であって、当該方法が:
複数の膨張式ブラダーを形成するステップと;前記膨張式ブラダーに連結される複数のチャンバを形成するステップであって;前記膨張式ブラダーが流体を受け、未膨張位置から膨張位置まで膨張するよう動作可能であり、前記膨張式ブラダーがさらに、前記組織部位に隣接して配置するよう適合されるステップと;
前記複数の膨張式ブラダーおよび前記複数のチャンバを連結させるステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項41に記載の方法がさらに:
分配管を提供するステップと;
前記分配管を用いて、前記膨張式ブラダーを互いに流体連結させるステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項41記載の方法がさらに:
分配管を提供するステップと;
前記分配管を用いて前記膨張式ブラダーを互いに流体連結させるステップと;
密閉空間を形成するために前記膨張式ブラダーを覆うよう適合したドレープを提供するステップとを含み、
前記密閉空間は前記チャンバを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項41に記載の方法において、前記膨張式ブラダーを形成するステップが:
第1のシートを提供するステップと;
第2のシートを提供するステップと;
前記膨張式ブラダー、前記チャンバ、および前記分配管を形成するために、前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに連結するステップとを具え、前記分配管が、前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連通を提供することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項41に記載の方法において、前記膨張式ブラダーを形成するステップが:
第1のシートを提供するステップと;
第2のシートを提供するステップと;
前記膨張式ブラダーと、前記チャンバと、分配管とを形成するために、溶融線に沿って前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに溶融させるステップとを含み、前記分配管が、前記膨張式ブラダー間に流体連通を提供することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項41に記載の方法において、前記膨張式ブラダーを形成するステップが:
上壁と、下壁と、前記上壁と前記下壁とを連結する柔軟な側壁とを形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
