Claims (28)
- 創傷と接触状態に配置されるように構成された細長い層であって、前記細長い層が環状形状に形成され得る、細長い層と、
前記細長い層が環状形状に配置されると細長い層から外方に延在するリップであって、患者の筋膜の下方に位置付けられ得る前記リップと、
を備える、陰圧で創傷を治療するための装置。 - 前記細長い層は発泡体から作製される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リップは発泡体から作製される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層は、内方表面および外方表面を有すると共に、前記内方表面と前記外方表面との間に厚さがあり、前記細長い層の前記厚さは、前記内方表面および前記外方表面の高さ未満である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷充填材をさらに備えており、前記細長い層が前記創傷充填材を囲んでいる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材は、陰圧が印加されることにより水平方向に圧縮して創傷のエッジ同士を接近させるように構成されていると共に、創傷を覆って配置される創傷カバーの垂直方向への潰れを防止するために高い剛性に構成された材料を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材は発泡体を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材の下方で創傷を覆って位置付けられるように構成された器官保護層をさらに備える、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材の上方若しくは下方、又はその両方に位置付けられるように構成された1つまたは複数の発泡体層をさらに備える、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷を覆って配置されるように構成された創傷カバーをさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷カバーを陰圧源に連結するための連結部をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷カバーに連結されて創傷に陰圧を印加するように構成された陰圧源をさらに備える、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層の内方表面が、創傷充填材に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記内方表面は、前記細長い層の前記内方表面を前記創傷充填材に取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層の前記内方表面を前記創傷充填材に取り付けるための前記手段は、かえし、接着剤、面ファスナー、面ファスナーのフック、面ファスナーのマッシュルーム形状フック、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される取付け機構を備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層の外方表面が、創傷表面に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記外方表面は、前記細長い層の前記外方表面を前記創傷表面に取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層の前記外方表面を前記創傷表面に取り付けるための前記手段は、かえし、接着剤、組織捕捉具、膠剤、縫合、パリテックス(登録商標)、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記リップは、前記筋膜に前記リップを取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リップを前記筋膜に取り付けるための前記手段は、かえし、接着剤、組織捕捉具、膠剤、縫合、パリテックス(登録商標)、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される取付け機構を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層の外方表面は、前記リップを前記筋膜に取り付けるための前記手段とは異なる、前記細長い層の前記外方表面を創傷表面に取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記リップから外方に延在する複数のフィンガをさらに備える、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガは、スリット付きの器官保護層により覆われる、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガは、前記細長い層の材料とは異なる発泡体材料を含む、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガのための前記発泡体材料は、200ppi〜60ppiの間の細孔密度を有する発泡体を含む、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層および前記リップは、ほぼL字形状断面を形成する、請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層は、第1の端部および第2の端部と、前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部を共に取り付けるための手段とを有する、請求項1から26のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷を覆って位置付けられるように構成された器官保護層と、
前記器官保護層の上に位置付けられるように構成された下側発泡体層と、
前記下側発泡体層の上方の前記創傷内に位置付けられるように構成された第1の創傷充填材であって、陰圧が印加されると水平方向に圧縮するように構成されていると共に垂直方向への潰れを防止するために高い剛性があるように構成された前記第1の創傷充填材と、
中間の発泡体層と、
陰圧が印加されると水平方向に圧縮するように構成されていると共に垂直方向への潰れを防止するために高い剛性があるように構成された第2の創傷充填材と、
前記第2の創傷充填材の上方に位置付けられるように構成された頂部発泡体層と、
前記創傷を覆って配置されるように構成された創傷カバーと、
前記第1の創傷充填材及び前記第2の創傷充填材を囲むように構成されていると共に前記創傷と接触させて配置される細長い層と、
を備えており、
前記中間の発泡体層が、前記第1の創傷充填材と前記第2の創傷充填材との間に位置付けられるように構成され、
前記第1の創傷充填材及び前記第2の創傷充填材の前記垂直方向の剛性が、前記創傷カバーの垂直方向の潰れを防止するように設定され、
前記細長い層が環状形状に形成されることが可能であり、前記細長い層が、前記細長い層が環状形状に配置されると前記細長い層から外方に延在するリップを備え、前記リップが患者の筋膜の下方に位置付けられることが可能であり、
前記下側発泡体層が、前記第1の創傷充填材及び前記第2の創傷充填材の外周を越えて外方に延在するように構成され、
前記下側発泡体層の少なくとも一部分が患者の筋膜の下方に位置付けられるように構成される、陰圧で創傷を治療するための装置。
