Claims (30)
- 創傷と接触状態に配置されるように構成された細長い層の材料であって、前記細長い層が環状形状に形成され得る、細長い層の材料と、
前記細長い層が環状形状に配置されると細長い層から外方に延在するリップであって、患者の筋膜の下方に位置付けられ得る前記リップと
を備える、創傷治療用の装置。 - 前記細長い層は発泡体から作製される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リップは発泡体から作製される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い層は、内方表面および外方表面を有すると共に、前記内方表面と前記外方表面との間に厚さがあり、前記細長い層の前記厚さは、前記内方表面および前記外方表面の高さ未満である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷充填材をさらに備えており、前記細長い層が前記創傷充填材を囲んでいる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材は、陰圧が印加されることにより水平方向に圧縮して創傷エッジ同士を接近させるように構成されていると共に、創傷カバーの垂直方向への潰れを防止するために比較的高い剛性に構成された材料を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材は発泡体を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材の下方で創傷を覆って位置付けられるように構成された器官保護層をさらに備える、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷充填材の上方若しくは下方、又はその両方に位置付けられるように構成された1つまたは複数の発泡体層をさらに備える、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷を覆って配置されるように構成された創傷カバーをさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷カバーを陰圧源に連結するための連結部をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷カバーに連結されて創傷に陰圧を印加するように構成された陰圧源をさらに備える、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 前記層の内方表面が、創傷充填材に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記内方表面は、前記層の前記内方表面を前記創傷充填材に取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記層の前記内方表面を前記創傷充填材に取り付けるための前記手段は、かえし、接着剤、ベルクロ(登録商標)、ベルクロのフック、ベルクロのマッシュルーム形状フック、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される取付け機構を備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記層の外方表面が、創傷表面に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記外方表面は、前記層の前記外方表面を前記創傷表面に取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記層の前記外方表面を前記創傷表面に取り付けるための前記手段は、かえし、接着剤、組織捕捉具、膠剤、縫合、パリテックス(登録商標)、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記リップは、前記筋膜に前記リップを取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リップを前記筋膜に取り付けるための前記手段は、かえし、接着剤、組織捕捉具、膠剤、縫合、パリテックス、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される取付け機構を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記層の外方表面は、前記リップを前記筋膜に取り付けるための前記手段とは異なる、前記層の前記外方表面を創傷表面に取り付けるための手段を有する、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記リップから外方に延在する複数のフィンガをさらに備える、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガは、スリット付きの器官保護層により覆われる、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガは、ストリップの前記材料とは異なる発泡体材料を含む、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガのための前記発泡体材料は、200ppi〜60ppiの間の細孔密度を有する発泡体を含む、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記層および前記リップは、ほぼL字形状断面を形成する、請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記層は、第1の端部および第2の端部と、前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部を共に取り付けるための手段とを有する、請求項1から26のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷を覆って位置付けられた創傷カバーと前記創傷内に位置付けられた創傷充填材とを通して前記創傷に陰圧を印加するステップを含み、前記創傷充填材は前記細長い層の材料によって囲まれ、前記リップは前記筋膜の下方に位置付けられる、請求項1から27のいずれか一項に記載の前記装置を使用して創傷を治療する方法。
- 前記創傷は腹部創傷である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 器官保護層を、前記創傷を覆って位置付けて、次いで前記創傷充填材を前記創傷内に位置付けるステップをさらに含む、請求項28または29に記載の方法。
