Description
EP1130132A1は、シラン及び二酸化珪素と共にジルコニウム−又は/及びチタン化合物を含有する組成物を記載している。しかしながら、そこに挙げられているジルコニウム−又は/及びチタン化合物は、ジルコニウムアセチルアセトナトを除き、キレートではない。ここからは、ジルコニウムアセチルアセトナトの添加の作用効果も明らかでない。
DE3151115A1は、クロム酸塩フィルム1層及びその上の第2被覆としてのコロイドSiO 2 、樹脂、シラン及び場合によりキレートをベースとする被覆を有する鋼板を教示している。
次ぎに実施例につき本発明を詳説する。
(A)主としてキレート及びシランをベースとする組成物:
水性濃縮物を製造するために、少なくとも1種の部分的に加水分解したシランを少なくとも2週間老化させ、場合によりその際加水分解した。その後、第1表に相応する金属キレートを添加した。その後濃縮物を水で希釈し、場合によりすぐ使用できる処理液体を得るために、pH値調節剤、例えばアンモニアを添加した。次いで、熱亜鉛メッキした鋼又はGalvalume(R)鋼板製の各々少なくとも3枚の金属板を相応する処理液体と25℃でローラ塗布により接触させ、乾燥させた。その際、こうして処理した金属板をPMT90℃で乾燥させ、引き続きその防蝕性に関して試験した。
第1表:キレート及びシラン並びに部分的に無機粒子をベースとする組成物(濃度は質量%及び処理浴はg/Lで記載)
Claims (29)
- 更に被覆する前の前処理用に又は処理用に、クロム(VI)−化合物不含の水性組成物で金属表面を被覆するに当たり、この組成物は、弗化物及び酸を含有することなく、かつ、水の他に、
(a)少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を有する、少なくとも1種のシラン、(b)少なくとも1種の金属キレート、この場合、これは、チタンキレートであり、その際、少なくとも1種の金属キレートは、アミン、ラクテート及び/又はシトレートをベースとするキレート錯体から選択され、水性組成物中で僅かな反応性しか有さず、
(c)3〜250の範囲の酸価を有する少なくとも1種の水溶性又は水に分散させた有機ポリマー又は/及びコポリマーを有する、少なくとも1種の有機塗膜形成剤(その際、有機塗膜形成剤の含量が固体含量に対して10〜45質量%である)、この場合、この有機塗膜形成剤は、アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−コポリマー、アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−スチレン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−混合物、エチレン−アクリル−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリエステル−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリウレタン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−スチレン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−スチレン−コポリマー、アクリレート及びスチレンをベースとする合成樹脂混合物又は/及びコポリマー、ポリカーボネート−ポリウレタン、ポリエステル−ポリウレタン又は/及びスチレンをベースとする少なくとも1種の成分を含有しており、及び
(d)場合により塗膜形成助剤として少なくとも1種の長鎖アルコールを含有し、その際、清潔な、酸漬した、洗浄した又は/及び前処理した金属表面を水性組成物と接触させ、金属表面に塗膜を形成させ、これを引き続き乾燥させ、場合により付加的に硬化させるが、その際、乾燥及び場合により硬化もさせた塗膜が、0.01〜10μmの範囲の層厚を有することを特徴とする、金属表面の被覆法。 - 水性組成物中に、(e1)走査型電子顕微鏡で測定して直径0.005〜0.3μmの範囲の平均粒子直径を有する粒子形の少なくとも1種の無機化合物、(e2)少なくとも1種の滑剤、(e3)少なくとも1種の有機腐蝕防止剤、(e4)少なくとも1種の防蝕顔料、(e5)合成樹脂の中和又は/及び立体安定用の少なくとも1種の薬剤、(e6)少なくとも1種の有機溶剤、(e7)少なくとも1種のシロキサン及び(e8)少なくとも1種のクロム(VI)化合物の群から選択した少なくとも1種の成分(e)が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機塗膜形成剤が、3〜80の範囲の酸価を有する少なくとも1種のコポリマーの含分を、添加される合成樹脂の少なくとも50質量%含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 添加される有機塗膜形成剤の少なくとも30質量%が塗膜形成可能な熱可塑性樹脂から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 合成樹脂の酸基が、アンモニア、アミン又は/及びアルカリ金属化合物で安定化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性組成物が有機塗膜形成剤0.1〜980g/Lを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性組成物が、グリシドオキシアルキルトリアルコキシシラン、(エポキシシクロアルキル)アルキルトリアルコキシシラン及び(エポキシアルキル)トリアルコキシシランから成る群から選択した少なくとも1種のシランを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性組成物がさらに、メタクリルオキシアルキルトリアルコキシシラン、(トリアルコキシシリル)アルキル−コハク酸−シラン、ビス−(トリアルコキシシリルアルキル)アミン、ビス−(トリアルコキシシリル)エタン、アミノアルキルトリアルコキシシラン、ウレイドアルキルトリアルコキシシラン、N−(トリアルコキシシリルアルキル)アルキレンジアミン、N−(トリアルコキシシリルアルキル)ジアルキレントリアミン、トリス(トリアルコキシシリル)アルキルイソシアヌレート、ウレイドアルキルトリアルコキシシラン及びアセトキシシランから成る群から選択された少なくとも1種のシランを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種のシランの含量がこれから生成する反応生成物を含めて水性組成物中で、0.1〜50g/Lであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の金属キレートが、アミン、ラクテート又は/及びシトレートをベースとするキレート錯体から選択したものであり、その際、水性組成物中の少なくとも1種の金属キレートの含量は、これから生成される反応生成物を含めて、0.1〜80g/Lであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の金属キレートが、
アルカリ金属ラクテート、
アルカノールアミン、
アンモニウムラクテート、
シトレート、
ジアルキルシトレート、
ジアルキルエステルシトレート
又は/及び
ジアルキレントリアミン、
をベースとして選択したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 粒子形の無機化合物として、0.005〜0.3μmの範囲の粒子直径を有する粉末、分散液又は懸濁液、コロイド状又は/及び不定形粒子を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 粒子形の無機化合物として、アルミニウム、バリウム、セリウム、カルシウム、ランタン、珪素、チタン、イットリウム、亜鉛又は/及びジルコニウムの少なくとも1種の化合物をベースとする粒子を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 粒子形の無機化合物として、酸化アルミニウム、硫酸バリウム、二酸化セリウム、二酸化珪素、珪酸塩、酸化チタン、酸化イットリウム、酸化亜鉛又は/及び酸化ジルコニウムを添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性組成物が、少なくとも1種の粒子形の無機化合物を0.1〜500g/L含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性組成物が、少なくとも1種の有機腐蝕防止剤を含有するが、その際、水性組成物中の有機腐蝕防止剤の含量は0.01〜5質量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性組成物が、カチオンとしてチタン、ハフニウム又は/及びジルコニウムをベースとするか又は/及びアニオンとして炭酸塩又は炭酸アンモニウムをベースとする少なくとも1種の塩基性架橋剤を含有し、その際、水性組成物中のこのような架橋剤の含量が、0.01〜3質量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 塗膜形成助剤として、C原子4〜20個を有する少なくとも1種の長鎖アルコールを使用する、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 塗膜形成助剤として、ブタンジオール、デカンジオール、ブチルグリコール、ブチルジグリコール、エステルアルコール、エチレングリコールエーテル、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコールエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコール、プロピレングリコールエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコールエーテル、ポリエーテル−ポリオール、ポリエステル−ポリオール及びその誘導体の群から選択した少なくとも1種の長鎖アルコールを使用し、その際水性組成物中の長鎖アルコールの含量が0.01〜10質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 滑剤として、パラフィン、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの群から選択した少なくとも1種のワックスを使用するが、その際、水性組成物中のワックスの含量が0.01〜5質量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 滑剤として少なくとも1種のワックスをエチレン及びアクリル酸含有ポリマー混合物又は/及びコポリマーと一緒に使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から20までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 被覆を部分的に乾燥及び塗膜形成により並びに部分的に化学線、カチオン重合又は/及び熱架橋により硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水性組成物が、殺生物剤、消泡剤および湿潤剤からなる群から選択した少なくとも1種の添加物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から22までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 被覆された金属表面を空気循環温度20〜400℃の範囲の温度で乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1から23までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥させ、又は/及び硬化もさせた塗膜上に各々、印刷インキ、箔、ラッカー、粉末ラッカー、接着剤又は/及び接着剤キャリアから成る少なくとも1種の塗料を塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から24までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 被覆した金属部品、ストリップ又はストリップ片を成形し、ラッカー塗りし、ポリマーで被覆し、印刷し、接着し、熱はんだ付けし、溶接するか又は/及びクランチにより相互にか又はその他の部材と結合させることを特徴とする、請求項1から25までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 更に被覆する前の金属表面の前処理用に又は各表面の処理用の、クロム(VI)−化合物不含の水性組成物において、組成物が、弗化物及び酸を含有することなく、かつ、水の他に、
(a)少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を有する、少なくとも1種のシラン、(b)少なくとも1種の金属キレート、この場合、これは、チタンキレートであり、その際、少なくとも1種の金属キレートは、アミン、ラクテート及び/又はシトレートをベースとするキレート錯体から選択され、水性組成物中で僅かな反応性しか有さず、(c)3〜250の範囲の酸価を有する少なくとも1種の水溶性又は水に分散させた有機ポリマー及び又はコポリマーを有する、少なくとも1種の有機塗膜形成剤(その際、有機塗膜形成剤の含量が固体含量に対して10〜45質量%である)、この場合、この有機塗膜形成剤は、アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−コポリマー、アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−スチレン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−混合物、エチレン−アクリル−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリエステル−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリウレタン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−ポリエステル−ポリウレタン−スチレン−コポリマー、エチレン−アクリル−スチレン−コポリマー、アクリレート及びスチレンをベースとする合成樹脂混合物又は/及びコポリマー、ポリカーボネート−ポリウレタン、ポリエステル−ポリウレタン又は/及びスチレンをベースとする少なくとも1種の成分を含有しており、及び(d)場合により塗膜形成助剤として少なくとも1種の長鎖アルコールを含有し、(a)対(b)の量比が各々これから生成される反応生成物も含めて、0.1:1〜10:1であることを特徴とする、水性組成物。 - 組成物が、少なくとも1種の粒子形の無機化合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項27に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記請求項1から26の少なくとも1項による方法により被覆した支持体の、針金、ストリップ、金属板又はワイアコイル、編み込みワイア、鋼ストリップ、ライニング、スクリーン用の部品、車体又は車体部品、乗物、トレーラー、キャンピングカー又は飛行物体の部品、カバー、ケーシング、ランプ、ライト、信号灯部材、家具又は家具部材、家庭用器具部材、フレーム、形材、ガードレール、ヒーター又は柵部材、バンパー、少なくとも1個の管又は/及び形材から成るかそれを有する部品、窓フレーム、ドアフレーム、自転車フレーム、ネジ、ナット、フランジ、スプリング又は眼鏡フレームとしての使用。
