Claims (28)
- アイドラ・アッセンブリを中心に半径方向に配置された複数の傾斜角可変の球に各々接触する入力ディスクと出力ディスクとを有する連続可変変速機のための入力トルク・システムであって、
スプライン・フランジを有する入力シャフトと、
スプライン穴を有し、トルク及び軸方向力を伝達するのに適するトーション・ディスクと、
前記トーション・ディスクへ結合される第1の負荷カム・ディスクと、
前記入力ディスクと結合するのに適した第2の負荷カム・ディスクと、
前記第1の負荷カム・ディスクと前記第2の負荷カム・ディスクとの間に複数のローラとを備え、
前記スプライン・フランジ及び前記スプライン穴は、前記入力シャフトから前記トーション・ディスクへトルクを伝達するために、互いに機能的に結合するように適し、
前記第1の負荷カム・ディスクは、ランプを備え、
前記トーション・ディスクは、ベアリング・レースを受け入れるためのリセスを備え、
前記リセスの直径は、前記第1の負荷カム・ディスクの直径よりも小さい入力トルク・システム。 - 前記スプライン・フランジは、少なくとも2つのスプラインを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記CVTの中央のシャフトを中心にして同軸的に取り付けられるトーション・スプリングと、
前記トーション・スプリングを部分的に拘束し、トルク及び軸方向力を伝達するのに適するよう、前記トーション・スプリングへ結合されるトーション・ディスクと、
前記トーション・ディスクへ機能的に結合されるよう、複数のランプを有する第1の負荷カム・ディスクと、
前記入力ディスクに結合するのに適した第2の負荷カム・ディスクと、
前記第1の負荷カム・ディスクによって活性化されるように構成される複数のローラとを備え、
前記トーション・ディスクは、ベアリングを受け入れて支持するためのリセスを備え、
前記リセスの直径は、前記第1の負荷カム・ディスクの直径よりも小さいシステム。 - 複数のランプを有する第2の負荷カム・ディスクをさらに備え、
