Claims (15)
1. Kontinuirani postupak za proizvodnju biogenog aktivnog ugljena, naznačen time da navedeni postupak obuhvaća:
a) osiguravanje polazne sirovine koja sadrži biomasu
b) neobavezno sušenje navedene sirovine radi uklanjanja barem dijela vlage iz navedene sirovine;
c) u jednoj ili više posredno zagrijanih reakcijskih zona, mehaničkim prijenosom navedene sirovine i protustrujnim kontaktom navedene sirovine sa protokom pare koja sadrži inertni plin i sredstvo za aktiviranje koje sadrži najmanje jedan od njih vodu ili ugljični dioksid, da bi se stvorile krute tvari, kondenzirajuće pare i ne kondenzirani plinovi, pri čemu spomenute kondenzirajuće pare i navedeni kondenzirajući plinovi ulaze u navedeni tok pare;
d) uklanjanjem barem jednog dijela spomenutog protoka pare iz navedene reakcijske zone, da bi se dobio odvojeni protok pare;
e) recikliranje barem jednog dijela spomenutog odvojenog protoka pare ili njenog termičko obrađenog oblika na navedenu sirovinu prije koraka (c) i / ili na ulaz plina u spomenutu reakcijsku zonu (e); i
f) obnavljanje barem jednog dijela navedenih krutina iz navedene reakcijske zone (zona) kao biogeni aktivnog ugljena,
po izboru pri čemu se aditiv uvodi prije, tijekom ili nakon jednog ili više koraka (a) - (f), pri čemu se navedeni aditiv bira iz skupine koja sadrži kiselinu, bazu, sol, metal, metalni oksid, metalni hidroksid, metalni halid, jod, jodni spoj ili njihova kombinacija.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da prije koraka (c) sirovina sadrži vlagu u količini od 12 mas.% ili manje, u količini od 6 mas.% Ili manje, ili u količini od 2 mas.% Ili manje.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da se u navedenu sirovinu ne dodaje dodatna voda, pri čemu se navedeno sredstvo za aktiviranje sastoji od vode, a pri čemu voda navedena u navedenom sredstvu za aktiviranje potječe od vlage koja je izvorno sadržana u navedenoj sirovini.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da spomenuto sredstvo za aktiviranje uključuje i vodu i ugljični dioksid, po izboru pri čemu je omjer spomenute vode prema navedenom ugljičnom dioksidu optimiziran da poveća aktivaciju spomenutih krutina.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se najmanje jedna od spomenutih posredno zagrijanih reakcijskih zona održava na reakcijskoj temperaturi odabranoj od 700 ° C do 900 ° C.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da se sve spomenute posredno zagrijane reakcijske zone održavaju na maksimalnoj reakcijskoj temperaturi manjoj ili jednakoj 950 ° C.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da korak (d) obuhvaća uklanjanje barem jednog dijela spomenute kondenzirajuće pare iz navedene reakcijske zone, ili gdje korak (d) uključuje uklanjanje cijelog spomenutog protoka pare iz navedene reakcijske zone.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da se barem jedan dio spomenutog odvojenog protoka pare termički obrađuje prije recikliranja u navedenu sirovinu prije koraka (c) i / ili na spomenuti ulaz plina u reakcijsku zonu.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da spomenuti odvojen protok pare ili njegovog termičko obrađenog oblika sadrži ugljični monoksid i sadržaj HOS-a u ukupnoj količini ne većoj od 1 mas.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da korak (e) nadalje uključuje dodatno zagrijavanje spomenutog odvojenog protoka pare ili njegovog termičko obrađenog oblika.

Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da korak (e) nadalje uključuje podešavanje sastava plina spomenutog odvojenog protoka pare ili njegovog termičko obrađenog oblika, po izboru unošenjem jedne ili više vrsta odabranih iz skupine koja se sastoji od vode, ugljičnog dioksida, dušika i kisika , proizvoljno gdje nakon koraka (e) odvojena struja pare sadrži 0% do 100% vode, 0% do 100% karbon dioksida, 0% do 100% dušika i 0% do 100% kisika, po želji gdje nakon koraka (e) odvojeni protok pare sadrži najviše 16%, najviše 14%, najviše 12%, najviše 10%, najviše 8%, najviše 6%, najviše 4%, ili ne više od 2% kisika, po izboru gdje nakon koraka (e) odvojena struja pare sadrži najmanje 5%, najmanje 10%, najmanje 15%, najmanje 20%, najmanje 25%, najmanje 30% pri najmanje 35%, najmanje 40%, najmanje 45%, najmanje 50%, najmanje 55%, najmanje 60%, najmanje 65%, najmanje 70%, najmanje 75%, najmanje 80%, najmanje 85%, najmanje 90%, unaprijed st. 95% ili 100% ugljičnog dioksida, po izboru gdje nakon koraka (e) odvojena struja pare sadrži najmanje 5%, najmanje 10%, najmanje 15%, najmanje 20%, najmanje 25%, najmanje 30% , najmanje 35%, najmanje 40%, najmanje 45%, najmanje 50%, najmanje 55%, najmanje 60%, najmanje 65%, najmanje 70%, najmanje 75%, najmanje 80%, najmanje 85%, najmanje 90%, najmanje 95% ili 100% kisika, prema želji pri čemu spomenuti nakon koraka (e) odvojena struja pare sadrži najmanje 70 mas.% dušika, najmanje 75% dušika, najmanje 80% dušik, najmanje 85% dušika, najmanje 90% dušika, najmanje 95% dušika ili 100% dušika.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da se barem dio spomenutog odvojenog protoka pare ili njegovog termičko obrađenog oblik uvodi u sustav za dovod koji je konfiguriran za mehaničko dovođenje navedene sirovine u prvu od jedne ili više neizravno zagrijanih reakcijskih zona.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da barem dio navedenog sredstva za aktiviranje potječe od spomenutog odvojenog protoka pare ili njegovog termički obrađenog oblika.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da je navedeni aditiv odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od magnezija, mangana, aluminija, nikla, željeza, kroma, silicija, bora, cerija, molibdena, fosfora, volframa, vanadija, klorid-a željeza, željeznog bromida, magnezijev oksid, dolomit, dolomitni vapno, fluorit, fluorospar, bentonit, kalcijev oksid, vapno, natrijev hidroksid, kalijev hidroksid, vodikov bromid, klorovodik, natrijev silikat, kalijevog permanganata, organske kiseline, jod, jodni spoj i kombinacije toga.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da nadalje obuhvaća unošenje barem jednog dijela spomenutog odvojenog protoka pare ili njenog termički obrađenog oblika u reaktor za uzgoj grafena na podlozi u dvije ili tri dimenzije.
