Description
(a)アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属化合物(以下、「アルカリ化合物」と総称する。)を森林系バイオマスに添加する(ステップS1)。
(b)アルカリ化合物が添加された森林系バイオマスを、酸素含有ガス中にて所定の昇温速度で加熱する(ステップS2)。
以下、各工程につき説明する。
(1)水酸化ナトリウムがその潮解性のために森林系バイオマス内部にまで浸潤し森林系バイオマスと良好に混合する。
(2)森林系バイオマス内部に浸潤した水酸化ナトリウムが森林系バイオマスセルロース中の水酸基を分子間縮合させ分子間の架橋を促進させる。

Claims (5)
- 森林系バイオマスに苛性ソーダを添加し、酸素含有ガス中で加熱する固体燃料の製造方法であって、
前記加熱の温度は、200℃以上500℃以下であること
を特徴とする固体燃料の製造方法。 - 前記苛性ソーダの前記森林系バイオマスに対する配合割合は、前記森林系バイオマスと前記苛性ソーダとの総重量に対する前記苛性ソーダ中のナトリウムの重量が、5質量%〜10質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固体燃料の製造方法。
- 前記酸素含有ガスは空気である請求項1又は2記載の固体燃料の製造方法。
- 前記森林系バイオマスおよび前記苛性ソーダのみを熱媒体を用いることなく加熱することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固体燃料の製造方法。
- 森林系バイオマスに苛性ソーダを添加し、酸素含有ガス中で加熱することにより生成される固体燃料であって、
前記加熱の温度は、200℃以上500℃以下であること
を特徴とする固体燃料。
