Description
(S1)架橋促進剤をバイオマスに添加する
(S2)架橋促進剤を添加されたバイオマスを所定の昇温速度で加熱する
(S3)S2によりバイオマスの温度が一定温度に達した場合その一定温度を所定時間維持する
なお、(S2)、(S3)の工程は、必要に応じて1回以上繰り返してもよい。以下、各工程につき説明する。
(i)水酸化マグネシウムが脱水して酸化マグネシウムが生成される。
(ii)この酸化マグネシウムによって、バイオマスセルロース中の水酸基が分子間脱水縮合する。
(iii)この分子間脱水縮合の際生成される水酸化マグネシウムが脱水して酸化マグネシウムとなり、(ii)で述べた分子間脱水縮合に更に寄与する。
Claims (6)
- 架橋促進剤をバイオマスに添加する工程と、
前記架橋促進剤を添加された前記バイオマスを加熱する工程とを実行して固体燃料を製造する方法において、
前記バイオマスを加熱する工程において前記バイオマスの温度が200℃以上350℃以下に達した場合その温度を一定時間維持する工程を備え、
前記架橋促進剤は、マグネシウム化合物、銅化合物、及びアルミニウム化合物の中の少なくとも1つ又はこれらの組み合わせであること
を特徴とする固体燃料の製造方法。 - 前記温度を維持する時間は、30分以上90分以下である請求項1に記載の固体燃料の製造方法。
- 前記加熱する工程は、前記架橋促進剤及び前記バイオマスのみを熱媒体を用いることなく加熱することを特徴とする請求項1又は2いずれか1項に記載の固体燃料の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により得られる固体燃料であって、
炭素含有率が84〜87重量%、酸素含有率が6〜10重量%であり、前記架橋促進剤を成分として含むことを特徴とする固体燃料。 - 発熱量が33〜36MJ/Kgである請求項4記載の固体燃料。
- 前記バイオマスと前記架橋促進剤の総質量に対する前記架橋促進剤の添加率は、10〜20質量%であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の固体燃料。
