Abstract

技术领域
下面描述涉及转向杆组件,以及更具体地,涉及可伸缩的转向杆组件。
背景技术
车辆方向盘典型地用于驾驶车辆。当车辆装备有自主驾驶辅助系统(“ADAS”)时,方向盘无需旋转,因为自动驾驶系统使车轮转动。该非旋转允许转向杆和方向盘具有另一种用途或目的。
因此,期望提供一种转向杆组件,其使驾驶员能够操纵方向盘的位置或目的。
发明内容
在本公开的一个示例性实施例中,转向杆系统包括转向杆轴、与该转向杆轴耦合的转向输入设备、与转向杆轴和转向输入设备中的至少一个操作地啮合的吸能机构、配置成在缩回位置和驾驶位置之间转移该转向杆轴的杆调节组件、以及指示该转向杆轴是在缩回位置还是在驾驶位置的至少一个信号。当转向杆轴在缩回位置时,车辆的方向控制是自动的,并且当转向杆轴如由所述至少一个信号指示的那样返回至驾驶位置时,所述吸能机构可供使用。
在本公开的另一个示例性实施例中,车辆包括转向杆轴、与该转向杆轴耦合的转向输入设备、与转向杆轴和转向输入设备中的至少一个操作地啮合的吸能机构、配置成在缩回位置和驾驶位置之间转移该转向杆轴的杆调节组件、以及指示该转向杆轴是在缩回位置还是在驾驶位置的至少一个信号。当转向杆轴在缩回位置时,车辆的方向控制是自动的,并且当转向杆轴如由所述至少一个信号指示的那样返回至驾驶位置时,所述吸能机构可供使用。
在本发明的又一个示例性实施例中,操作车辆的转向杆组件的方法包括将转向杆轴从缩回位置向伸长的驾驶位置转移;向控制器发送至少一个信号,其指示转向杆轴是否处于伸长的驾驶位置;以及啮合吸能机构,当转向杆轴如由至少一个信号指示的那样在伸长的驾驶位置时,该吸能机构可供使用。

现在参照附图,其中实施例将被描述而没有被限制,图1示意性地图示了诸如装备了自主驾驶辅助转向(“ADAS”)的车辆之类的车辆10的实施例,车辆10通常具有仪表盘12以及可伸缩的转向杆组件14。转向杆组件14通常包括转向杆轴16以及与其耦合的转向输入设备,诸如方向盘18。

在一个实施例中,转向杆组件14还包括转向杆调节组件30、去耦组件32、扭矩接口组件34以及一个或多个传感器36。调节组件30被配置成移动转向杆组件14以用于驾驶员舒适(例如,伸缩或斜度调节)以及在缩回位置20和驾驶位置22之间移动组件14。调节组件30可包括一个或多个机械/电气机构,诸如电机。调节组件30也可包括缩回机构,其使驾驶员能够机械地、电子地、或手动地将方向盘18从缩回位置20返回到驾驶位置22。
在驾驶位置22中,转向齿轮44将方向盘18的旋转连结到车轮46的转向。转向齿轮44可与转向杆轴16机械连接,或者可替换地,可以诸如在“线控转向”系统中与转向杆轴16电气连接。在一个实施例中,去耦组件32被配置成将组件14的一个或多个部分(例如轴16)与车辆转向齿轮44选择性地去耦,使得方向盘18处于不可旋转模式,从而去除方向盘18通过转向齿轮44控制车轮46的方向的能力。例如,该去耦组件32可以通过离合器或者通过线控转向而机械或电子可激活,或者通过伺服执行机构反转。可替换地或附加地,组件32可提供反转给方向盘18以抵消由自主驾驶员辅助驾驶系统引起的盘18的任何旋转,使得盘18作用和表现为不可旋转。去耦组件32不必沿轴16定位,并且可位于其他位置用于将轴16与转向齿轮44机械地和/或电气地去耦。
进一步,去耦组件32允许将转向杆轴16和盘18在车辆10中向前移至缩回位置20,因为不再由驾驶员使用方向盘18来引导车辆10。缩回动作可通过以下方式完成:例如,通过长冲程电动执行机构经由开关和电机控制器响应于驾驶员意图,或者通过驾驶员手动地松开夹具并将方向盘18和转向杆轴16向前推至缩回位置20。在任何情况下,本文中描述的实施例使转向杆轴16和盘18远离驾驶员的缩回成为可能,以便给诸如工作、阅读、以及玩游戏之类的非驾驶相关的活动提供空间。
在示例性实施例中,转矩接口组件34被配置成检测且监测到方向盘18的驾驶员转矩输入(旋转和平移的),例如以确定驾驶员是否在控制车辆。传感器36被配置成检测及监测驾驶区状况、驾驶员的状况、车辆环境、和/或车辆控制系统。例如,传感器36可以:检测缩回的方向盘和驾驶员之间的可能对于驾驶员安全地重新控制车辆引起不安全情况的物体;检测驾驶员是否不在安全地重新控制车辆的位置;和/或检测需要驾驶员重新控制车辆的不合期望的车辆动态。无论是在缩回位置20、展开的/驾驶位置22,还是在辅助/实用位置24,ADAS系统98通过可位于转向杆轴16或盘18上的转矩接口组件34和传感器36中的一个或两个知道转向杆轴16和盘18的前后位置。传感器可包括但不限于开关和电位计。
将转向杆轴16和盘18从驾驶位置22(或辅助/实用位置24)向缩回位置20移动的缩回或装载过程最后必须被颠倒以将车辆10的转向控制返回给驾驶员。即,驾驶员应该能够前伸、握住方向盘18,且能够相对快速地使方向盘18达到驾驶位置22以重新驾驶车辆10。为了重新驾驶车辆10,驾驶轴16与转向齿轮44机械地和/或电气地重新连接。这种重新连接可通过去耦组件32完成,使得去耦组件32实际上是方向盘耦合器/去耦器。当返回到驾驶位置22时,转向杆16和方向盘18诸如通过去耦组件32和/或可去激活的、双向锁38被至少临时固定在驾驶位置20的该前后位置。当被固定在驾驶位置20时,车辆10经由转向杆轴16中的吸能机构40、方向盘18的形变、以及驾驶员气囊42的展开来减少诸如可能由碰撞产生的驾驶员的动能。在气囊42的展开的状况下,气囊42也能够吸收能量。
现在参照图2A和2B,示出了车辆10的操作100的实施例。以图2A开始,操作的开始104可由图1中以98图解地示出的ADAS系统的控制器102评估。控制器102可从(但未限于)驾驶杆调节组件30、去耦组件32、转矩接口组件34、传感器36、双向锁38以及车辆10内的可与控制器102通信的任何其他部件中的一个或多个接收信息(信号)。操作100将如框106展示的那样确定ADAS系统98的ADAS开关是否打开,诸如通过驾驶员输入来开启ADAS模式来打开。当ADAS开关没有打开时,则,如框108展示的,驾驶员提供方向控制。如框110展示的,致使吸能机构40和气囊42可供使用(气囊42准备好展开,如果需要的话)。
当ADAS开关打开时,则,如框112展示的,ADAS系统98提供方向控制。控制器102如框114展示的那样进一步确定,转向轴16是否还诸如通过去耦组件32去耦。如果未去耦,则如框116展示的,驾驶员不手扶方向盘18,以便继续ADAS控制(否则,ADAS开关将由于通过方向盘18的驾驶员输入而关断,转向轴16将保持与转向齿轮44耦合,且驾驶员将提供控制)。如果转向轴16去耦,则如框118展示的,将盘18的旋转停止。如框120展示的,旋转固定的方向盘18允许杆轴16和盘18的非转向使用。
在操作100期间的某一点处,驾驶员可能想缩回方向盘18。控制器102将诸如经由接收与位置相关的来自转向杆调节组件30或任何传感器36的信号确定,如框122展示的,杆轴16和盘18是否在缩回操作期间完全缩回至位置20。如果没有,则如框124展示的,驾驶员将不手扶方向盘18。然而,如果转向杆轴16和盘18缩回在缩回位置20中,则如框126展示的,车辆10内的车厢空间被扩大,并且如框128展示的,ADAS系统98诸如经由控制器102以及与控制器102可通信的至少一个传感器知道杆16的位置。
现在参照图2B(图2A中示出的操作100的延续),如框130展示的,由于车厢空间扩大(图2A的框126)能够实现非驾驶活动。在操作100期间,控制器102将进一步确定,如框132展示的,驾驶员是否已经握住盘18。如果驾驶员未握住盘18,则如框134展示的,ADAS系统98将继续提供方向控制。然而,如果驾驶员已经握住盘18,则如框136展示的,ADAS系统98准备脱离。如框138展示的,杆轴16开始伸长。杆轴16的伸长可经由驾驶员和/或通过作为对驾驶员输入的响应的自动伸长来完成。控制器102将确定,如框140展示的,杆轴16是否完全伸长。如果杆轴16未完全伸长至驾驶位置22,则ADAS系统98将继续提供对车辆10的方向控制,如框142展示的那样。然而,如果杆轴16完全伸长,则,如框144展示的,驾驶员经由方向盘18提供方向控制,且致使杆吸能机构40和气囊42可供使用(其中气囊42准备好展开,如果需要的话),如框146展示的那样。杆轴16的完全伸长可由控制器102确定,例如通过锁38的活动或来自去耦组件32或转向杆调节组件30的信息确定。
因此,操作100确保,当转向杆轴16伸长至驾驶位置22且驾驶员提供对车辆10的方向控制108时,杆吸能机构40和气囊42可供使用且可激活,如果需要的话。

Claims (14)

杆调节组件,被配置成在缩回位置和驾驶位置之间转移所述转向杆轴;以及,
至少一个信号,指示所述转向杆轴是在所述缩回位置还是在所述驾驶位置,且当转向杆轴在缩回位置时,使车辆的方向控制自动化,并且当所述转向杆轴由至少一个信号指示的那样返回至所述驾驶位置时,吸能机构可供使用。
2.如权利要求1所述的转向杆系统,其中所述吸能机构包括气囊和转向杆吸能机构中的至少一个。
3.如权利要求1所述的转向杆系统,进一步包括被配置成将所述转向输入设备与转向齿轮去耦的去耦组件,所述去耦组件提供所述至少一个信号。
4.如权利要求1所述的转向杆组件,进一步包括转矩接口组件,所述转矩接口组件被配置成检测输入到所述转向输入设备中的转矩。
5.如权利要求1所述的转向杆组件,进一步包括至少一个传感器,所述至少一个传感器被配置成监测驾驶区状况、驾驶员的状况、车辆环境、以及车辆控制系统中的至少一个。
6.如权利要求1所述的转向杆组件,进一步包括去耦组件,所述去耦组件被配置成将所述转向输入设备与转向齿轮去耦,其中所述转向输入设备的至少一部分在转向输入设备的去耦状态下是不可旋转的。
7.如权利要求5所述的转向杆组件,进一步包括与所述转向输入设备耦合或与所述转向输入设备集成的工作面。
8.一种车辆,包括:
转向杆轴;
转向输入设备,与所述转向杆轴耦合;
吸能机构,与所述转向杆轴和所述转向输入设备中的至少一个操作地啮合;
杆调节组件,被配置成在缩回位置和驾驶位置之间转移转向杆轴;以及,
至少一个信号,指示所述转向杆轴是在所述缩回位置还是在所述驾驶位置,并且当转向杆轴在所述缩回位置时,使车辆的方向控制自动化,并且当所述转向杆轴由至少一个信号指示的那样返回至驾驶位置时,吸能机构可供使用。
9.如权利要求8所述的车辆,进一步包括自主驾驶辅助转向系统,所述自主驾驶辅助转向系统具有控制器,所述控制器被配置成接收所述至少一个信号。
10.如权利要求8所述的车辆,进一步包括仪表盘,所述仪表盘包括至少一个容纳区,至少一个容纳区被配置成当所述转向杆组件在缩回位置时容纳所述转向杆组件的至少一部分。
11.如权利要求8所述的车辆,进一步包括转向齿轮以及去耦组件,所述去耦组件被配置成将所述转向输入设备与所述转向齿轮去耦,所述去耦组件提供所述至少一个信号。
12.一种操作车辆的转向杆组件的方法,所述方法包括:
从缩回位置朝向伸长的、驾驶位置转移转向杆轴;
当所述转向杆轴在伸长的、驾驶位置时,从转向杆轴部件向控制器发送至少一个信号;以及,
啮合吸能机构,当转向杆轴由所述至少一个信号指示的那样在伸长的、驾驶位置时,所述吸能机构可供使用。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,进一步包括当所述转向杆轴在伸长的、驾驶位置时,重新耦合转向杆轴与转向齿轮。
14.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中车辆包括自主驾驶辅助转向系统,所述方法进一步包括允许自主驾驶辅助转向系统在所述转向杆轴在伸长的、驾驶位置之前提供方向控制。
