Abstract

一种汽车转向车轮转向角度显示装置，属于汽车用仪表装置，用于显示汽车转向车轮转向时的转动角度。目的是提供一种能直观显示汽车转向车轮转向角度的装置，可帮助驾驶员准确控制汽车转向，提高行车安全。在汽车的转向机构上安装一个角度传感器，其具体安装位置可以在方向盘、转向柱、转向机、拉杆、转向节臂、转向节和转向车轮的任何一个可以直接或间接感知汽车转向车轮转向信息的位置，角度传感器将转向车轮的转向角度变化转换为电量信号的变化并输出至信号处理电路，信号处理电路将角度传感器输入的信号进行相应的处理后输出到显示电路进行显示。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用仪表装置，特别是一种汽车转向车轮转向角度显示装置。用于显示汽车转向车轮转向时的转动角度。
背景技术
汽车的转向机构包括有方向盘、转向柱、转向机、拉杆、转向节臂、转向节和转向车轮，汽车的转向是通过操纵方向盘转动，驱动转向柱、转向机、拉杆、转向节臂、转向节，牵引转向车轮实现的。目前的汽车没有转向车轮转向显示装置，驾驶员无法直观看到汽车转向车轮转向的有关状态。在操纵汽车转向的过程中全靠驾驶员主观判断和经验来操纵方向盘，控制汽车的转向。
发明内容
针对已有技术的缺点，本发明的目的是提供一种能直观显示汽车转向车轮转向角度的装置，帮助驾驶员准确控制汽车转向，提高行车安全。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在汽车的转向机构上安装一个角度传感器，其具体安装位置可以在方向盘、转向柱、转向机、拉杆、转向节臂、转向节和转向车轮的任何一个可以直接或间接感知汽车转向车轮转向信息的位置，角度传感器将转向车轮的转向角度变化转换为电量信号的变化并输出至信号处理电路，信号处理电路将角度传感器输入的信号进行相应的处理后输出到显示电路进行显示。该传感器可以是电阻式、电容式、电感式、光电式或其他形式的角度传感器(或称应变器、变送器)，信号处理电路是与该角度传感器和显示电路相配的电信号处理电路，显示电路可以是感应式电流表、LED显示器、液晶显示器或其他形式的显示装置电路等。根据不同的使用习惯和具体情况，显示的状态可以是汽车的实际转向角度、转向车轮转向角度或方向盘转动角度等。
本发明的有益效果是：能直观显示汽车转向车轮转向角度并且，
一、可使驾驶员在汽车大转弯、公路掉头、倒车、停库时，提高掌控汽车行使方向的直观性、准确性，降低事故的发生率。
二、可有效提高新驾驶员掌控汽车行使方向的准确性，缩短培训周期和提高行车安全。

图中：1为方向盘、2为转向柱、3为转向机、4为拉杆、5为转向节臂、6为转向节、7为转向车轮、8角度传感器、9为信号处理电路、10为显示电路、11为电池。
具体实施方式
参见附图，本发明的特征是：在汽车的转向机构上安装有一个角度传感器8(或称应变器、变送器)，其具体安装位置可以是转向机构中的方向盘1、转向柱2、转向机3、拉杆4、转向节臂5、转向节6、转向车轮7的任何一个部件中，只要该位置可以感知转向车轮转向角度信息即可。角度传感器8与信号处理电路9连接，信号处理电路9与显示电路10连接。角度传感器8将转向车轮的转向角度变化转换为电量信号的变化并输出至信号处理电路9，信号处理电路9将角度传感器输入的信号进行相应的处理后输出到显示电路10进行显示。显示电路10可以是感应式电流表、LED显示器、液晶显示器或其他形式的显示电路等。角度传感器8可以是电阻式、电容式、电感式、光电式或其他形式的角度传感器。信号处理电路9是与角度传感器8和显示电路10相配的电信号处理电路。
在本发明的实施例中，角度传感器8安装于转向机3上，角度传感器8的输出端与信号处理电路9的输入端连接，信号处理电路9的输出端与显示电路10的输入端连接，显示电路10的电源输入端与电池11的一端连接，电池11另一端与角度传感器8的电源输入端连接。
因为汽车转向车轮的转向角度与汽车的实际转向角度有着一定的内在关联，所以本发明亦可直接或经一定的运算处理后作为汽车的实际转向显示。

Claims (3)

1、汽车转向车轮转向角度显示装置，其特征在于：在汽车的转向机构上安装有一个角度传感器(8)，角度传感器(8)与信号处理电路(9)连接，信号处理电路(9)与显示电路(10)连接。
2、根据权利要求1的汽车转向车轮转向角度显示装置，其特征在于：角度传感器(8)的具体安装位置可以是转向机构中的方向盘(1)、转向柱(2)、转向机(3)、拉杆(4)、转向节臂(5)、转向节(6)或转向车轮(7)中的任何一个部件中。
3、根据权利要求1的汽车转向车轮转向角度显示装置，其特征在于：角度传感器(8)的输出端与信号处理电路(9)的输入端连接，信号处理电路(9)的输出端与显示电路(10)的输入端连接，显示电路(10)的电源输入端与电池(11)的一端连接，电池(11)另一端与角度传感器(8)的电源输入端连接。
