Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "RESINA ABSORVENTE DE áGUA, HIDROPOLìMERO, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DOS MESMOS E USOS DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção proporciona um processo de produção através do qual uma resina absorvente de água de excelente qualidade pode ser obtida em um baixo custo por meio de etapas razoáveis de polimerização de solução aquosa. O processo para a produção de uma resina absorvente de água compreende a etapa de polimerização de uma solução aquosa de monómeros formadores de resina absorvente de água incluindo ácido acrílico elou seu sal de sódio como componentes principais, e é caracterizado pelo fato de: (1) a solução aquosa ter uma concentração de componente monomérico de não menos do que 45% em peso; (2) a polimerização ser realizada enquanto água é evaporada, de modo que a proporção (proporção de concentração) entre uma concentração de componente sólido em um hidropolímero quando formado através da polimerização e uma concentração de componente sólido na solução monomérica aquosa é de não menos do que 1,10; e (3) a concentração de componente sólido no hidropolímero quando formado através da polimerização ser de não mais do que 80% em peso.
