Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of an excessive rush current flow at the time of applying voltage from a high-voltage power supply by switching on a heater configuration for a high-voltage power supply when a power supply is turned off, and switching on a heater configuration for a low-voltage power supply only at the time of using a low-voltage power supply. CONSTITUTION: This circuit has a power voltage detection circuit 12, heaters 3a to 3c for low- and high-voltage power supplies, and a switching means 9 to switch on a heater configuration, depending on power voltage. The switching means 9 is formed to select a heater configuration for a high-voltage power supply when a power supply is turned off, and switch a heater configuration for a low-voltage power supply, only when the circuit 12 detects low voltage. As a result, the circuit can be used without troubling a user even in the case of different power voltage and at the same time, the circuit can be made to safely operate without any excessive rush current at the time of applying voltage from the high-voltage power supply via the selection of a heater configuration for the high-voltage power supply, when the power supply is turned off.
