전방향족 폴리아미드와 방향쪽-지방족 규칙 배열코폴리아미드로 구성된 고분자 혼성체 섬유의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 각각 폴리-파라-페닐렌테레프탈아미드 섬유 (가) 및 폴리-파라-페닐렌테레프탈아미드-폴리-4,4′-테레프트 아닐리드아디프아미드(85:15 무게 %) 혼성체 (나)의 X선 회절기 의한 적도방향의 회절강도 곡선이다. 여기서, 혼성체 섬유가 결정형성 및 분자배열 상태가 월등히 우수한 것으로 나타난다.
제2도는 제1도의 혼성체 섬유를 300℃에서 열처리 및 연신한 후에 X선 회절패턴이다. 여기에서 주요회절 반점의 강도 및 위치가 폴리-파라-페닐 렌테레프탈아미드 섬유의 그것과 일치함을 확인할 수 있는다.
제3도는 제1도 및 제2도의 혼성체 섬유의 이상적인 분자집합 모형이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 고유점도가 5.0 이상인 폴리-파라-페닐렌테레프탈 아미드 중합체 50-95 중량%에 다음 일반식의 방향족-지방족 규칙배열 공중합 중합체(고유점도 2.0 이상)50-5 중량%를 혼합하여 이것을 98-103%범위의 농황산에 혼합된 중합체 14-24 중량%를 용해하여 단일상의 액정 방사액을 제조한 다음, 이것을 80-100℃에서 공지의 기격 견습식 방사법에 의해서 방사, 응고, 수세한 다음, 200-300℃에서 열연신 및 열처리하는 것이 특징인 초고강도 및 초고탄성률의 고분자 혼성체 섬유의 제조방법.
