Claims (5)
- 아크릴로니트릴이 약 80-95중량%, 메틸메타크릴레이트가 약 5-12중량%이며, 나머지가 산 염료자리가 없는 여타의 공 단량체인 조성을 갖으며, 수평균 분자량이 약 9,000-14,750인 중합체를 염함량의 물과 중합체 전체에 대하여 약 38-45중량% 범위의 티오시안산염 수용액에 녹여 약 12.5-16.0중량%의 중합체를 농도를 갖으며, 40℃ 공낙하법으로 결정한 점도가 28-26psi인 방사조성물의 준비, 습윤-겔 섬유를 형성하도록 묽은 티오시안산염 용액으로 전술한 방사용액의 압출, 티오시안산염을 제거하고 중합체 배열을 제공하도록 습윤-겔 섬유의 세척과 신장 및 그 후 습윤-겔 구조를 붕괴시키는 것으로 구성되는 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 아크릴로니트릴 중합체의 조성이 아크릴로니트릴 89-90중량% 및 메틸메타크릴레이트 11-10중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 묽은 티오시안산염 수용액이 10-15중량%의 티오시안산염을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서 묽은 티오시안산염 수용액의 온도가 5-50℃의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 티오시안산염이 티오시안산 나트륨인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
