Claims (11)

  1. 주성분으로서 아크릴산 및/또는 그의 알카리 금속염을 함유하는 단량체 수용액을 하이포아인산 화합물 존재하에서 중합반응시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 물에 대해 불용성인 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체는 주성분으로서 50 내지 95%가 중화된 아크릴산 나트륨을 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체는 수용액은 약0.001내지 약0.5중량%의 가교결합제를 포함하고 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합은 라디칼 중합 개시제를 이용하여 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 개시제는 과황산염류 또는 아조화합물류인 것임을 특지으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또느 제5항에 있어서, 상기 개시제는 환원제와 조합하여 산화환원개시제 형태로 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이포아인산 화합물은 하이포아인산, 하이포아인산 나트륨, 하이포아인산 칼륨, 하이포아인산 칼슘, 하이포아인산 바륨 및 하이포아인산 암모늄 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하이포아인산 화합물은 단량체 수용액에 대해 10 내지 10,000ppm의 양으로 사용되는 것임을 특징으로하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 하이포아인산 화합물은 단량체 수용액에 대해 100 내지 2,000ppm의 양으로 사용되는것임을 특징으로하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 수용액중에서 아크릴산 및/또는 그의 알칼리금속염의 농도는 20 내지 80%인것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 수용액중에서 아클릴산 및/또는 그의 알칼리금속염의 농도는 30 내지 60%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 중합체의 제조방법.
