Claims (94)
1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Sestavek za transfekcijo višjih evkariotskih celic, vsebujoč kompleks, v katerem je nukleinska kislina kompleksirana s snovjo z afiniteto za nukleinsko kislino, ki je v danem primeru konjugirana z intemalizimim faktoijem za celice, označen s tem, da sestavek poleg tega vsebuje endosomolitsko sredstvo, pri čemer a) se endosomolitsko sredstvo nahaja kot sestavina kompleksa, tako daje preko njemu lastne vezivne domene nukleinske kisline ali preko snovi z afiniteto za nukleinsko kislino, na katero je vezano, kompleksirano z nukleinsko kislino, in pri čemer kompleks v danem primeru poleg tega vsebuje intemalizimi faktor, ki je preko snovi z afiniteto za nukleinsko kislino, s katero je konjugiran, prav tako kompleksiran z nukleinsko kislino ali pri čemer b) se kot endosomolitsko sredstvo virus ali virusna komponenta, ki ima sposobnost, da sam zase (sama zase) prodre v celico, ki jo je treba transficirati, nahaja izven kompleksa, v katerem je snov z afiniteto za nukleinsko kislino, ki je v danem primeru konjugirana z intemalizimim faktorjem, kompleksirana z nukleinsko kislino.
